Aylin Özkaya graduated from Boğaziçi

Aylin Özkaya graduated from Boğaziçi ( the Bosphorus) University, Faculty of
Economics and Administrative Sciences, Business Administration Department.
She started her professional carrier at Arthur Andersen Audit Division in 1990.
She worked as assistant, senior auditor and experienced auditor at İstanbul,
Ankara and Paris offices during the period between 1990 and 2002. She worked
as Experienced Audit Manager during 2001 and 2002.
In 2001, she has obtained Certified Public Accountant Certification in Turkey.
Aylin Özkaya taught Analysis of Financial Statements and Financial Accounting
courses at the Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Economics and
Administrative Sciences between 2005 and 2007. After September 2007 she
taught Introduction to Financial Accounting and Reporting courses at Sabancı,
Özyeğin and Bilgi Universities. Currently she is working as a Knowledge Manager
at Ernst and Young, Istanbul Office.

During her carrier at Arthur Andersen, Aylin Özkaya attended many training
courses in Turkey and abroad on the subjects of Auditing, International Financial
Reporting Standards (IFRS), Analysis of Financial Statements, Establishment and
Development of Accounting Sysytems, Uniform Chart of Accounts applicable in
Turkey, Accounting records, Payroll and Financial Reporting. She worked as
audit manager and senior auditor in the preparation of financial statements and
audit reports in accordance with Capital Market Board principles, IFRS and US
GAAP. Additionally, she performed some projects such as the audits of internal
control systems, establishment and development of accounting systems,
valuation and project feasibilities. She gave training courses in Financial
Accounting and Reporting and Auditing.
She performed the responsibilities that has been mentioned above for many
