Kündekârî;
sekizgen, beşgen, yıldız gibi geometrik şekillerde kesilmiş küçük ahşap parçalarının çivi ve tutkal yardımı
olmaksızın yalnızca birbirlerine geçirilmeleriyle düz yüzeyler elde etmeyi amaçlayan bir tekniktir. Böylece
nem ve ısı değişikliği sebebiyle yekpare ağaç levhalarda görülen eğrilme ve çarpılmalar önlenir. Tercih
edilen ağaç türleri öncelikle ceviz, meşe, şimşir, armut, abanoz ve gül ağacıdır. Tekniğin temeli küçük ağaç
parçalarının damarları, dolayısıyla eğrilme yönleri birbirine zıt gelecek şekilde yivler ve girinti çıkıntılarla
birleştirilmesi esasına dayanır. Genellikle parçaları çerçeveye alan çıtalarla kenar tahtaları ve göbekler
oyma-kabartma arabesk motiflerle, bazen de sedef kakmalarla süslenmiştir.
Art of Kündekâri
Kündekâri which is the art of fitting wooden pieces such as polygon, pentagon, or star shapes, ornamented with
various traditional motifs to one another without using any glue or nails, requires a lot of expertise in order to
obtain a flat surface. The wood used is chosen so as not to be affected by heat and moisture in changing weather
conditions. Cracks and swelling that appears in woodwork over time is avoided because of channels left between
the joints. Walnut, Oak, Box, Pear, Ebony and Rose trees are preferred. The fundamental principle of the
technique is based on the grain of the wood; the technique is thus based on connecting pieces of wood according
to their corresponding grooves and extensions. Generally, the areas surrounding the pieces are ornamented with
wooden trim, engraved arabesque figures, or enamel-inlaid centerpieces. They are then embellished by adding
small wooden pieces in various shapes and colors. In some examples, carvings or mother of pearl and ivory inlaying have been added to the composition. Since no adhesives are used, no splitting is seen over time on wooden
surfaces where kündekâri is applied.

KANAT: 1,5 mm kalınlığında, CCRS DKP A-1 kalite sactan imal edilir. Güçlendirilmiş iç yapısı sayesinde yangın anında
çatlamaz ve duman geçirmez. Kanadın içi sac profiller ile güçlendirilir. Profiller arası taş yünü izolasyon ile doldurulur.
Kanat çevresine yangın anında genişleyen conta yapıştırılır.
KASA: 2 mm kalınlığında, CCRS DKP A-1 kalite çelik sactan imal edilir. Kasa tipi yarım kasa şeklinde üretilir.
MENTEŞELER: 2 adet menteşe kullanılır. (Kanat başına 2 adet / 1 adet yaylı 1 adet yaysız)
BOYA: İstenilen RAL koduna göre boyanabilir.
KİLİT: Pushbar veya Panik bar takılabilir.
DİĞER ÖZELLİKLER: İstenilen ölçüye göre tek ya da çift kanat özel imalat olarak üretilebilir.
Fire Doors: Comply with TS - EN - 1634 - 1 standards, with production specs of fire-proofing for 90 - 120 - 240 minutes.

WING: Manufactured from steel sheets with the quality of CCRS DKP A-1 and a thickness of 1.5mm. Thanks to the
strengthened internal structure, it is fireproof, smoke proof and will never crack if a fire occurs. It is strengthened
by an iron profile. The space between the iron profiles is filled with rock wool. In case of a fire, the product has a
expandable joint seal mounted towards the wing.
FRAME: Manufactured from steel sheets with the quality of CCRS DKP A-1 and thickness of 2mm.
HINGES: 2 no. hinges are used. (2 nos per wing / 1 of them is with spring type, other one is without spring)
PAINT: Any colour from our paint range is available according to the required RAL code.
LOCK: Pushbar or Panic Bar is available.
OTHER SPECS: Single wing or double wing options are available according to the required dimensions.
