She is also Research Dean at the same hospital, and Head of the Pediatric Residency training program. Her clinical work as well as her research focuses on immunodeficiency, infectious diseases, and Down syndrome. She is part of the Board of the European Society for Immunodeficiencies (ESID) as Chair of the Educational Working Party, and member of the Medical Advisory Panel of the International Patient Organisation for Immunodeficiencies (IPOPI). She has edited the Diagnostic Protocol for Suspected Immunodeficiency in the Netherlands (2000) and Europe (2006, 2011). Board of Allergy and Immunology Consultant Pediatrics Immunologist Bangkok University Thailand Prof Helen Chapel Professor Clinical Immunology, Oxford University, UK Professor Helen Chapel is a Professor of Clinical Immunology at the University of Oxford. She has been clinical immunology consultant at the Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals since 1978 and has a particular interest in primary immune deficiencies and their treatment. She has published on the several types of common variable immunodeficiency disorders, as well as patient outcomes of immunoglobulin therapies for replacement and immunomodulation. She started the ESID summer school in 1999 and continues to serve on the faculty, as well as to teach at other PID schools elsewhere. She is a member of the IUIS PID committee and Medical Vice-president of IPOPI. She is a Paediatrician specializing in clinical paediatric immunology and allergy at Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre and Visiting Senior Consultant Paediatrician at the Children’s Medical Institute, National University Hospital, Singapore. Prof Dr Lokman Mohd Noh Consultant Paediatric Immunologist University Kebangsaan Malaysia Medical Centre Cheras, Kuala Lumpur Prof Zarina Abdul Latiff Head, Department of Paediatrics, Senior Consultant Paediatrician & Clinical Geneticist, UKM Medical Centre Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Professor Dr Zarina Abdul Latiff is a Senior Consultant Paediatrician and Clinical Geneticist in UKM Medical Centre (UKMMC). She is presently the Head of Paediatrics in UKM and Head of the Thalassaemia Centre, in UKMMC. Professor Dr Zarina is also an Associate Fellow at the UKM Medical Molecular Biology Institute (UMBI), which is a Centre of Excellence (for research), with the Malaysian Ministry of Education.
