management. CCTV monitoring prevents urban crime by providing authorities the necessary legal evidence to
lead to the arrest of criminals and stopping of vehicle for traffic violations. The license plate of a speeding vehicle
can clearly be recognize in day or nighttime, which helps prevent illegal stopping/parking, illegal U-turns and the
illegal use of emergency lanes. Furthermore, the system can monitor a fire or natural disasters such as flood to
minimize human casualty and to prevent an accident by guiding pedestrians to the safest place to cross a street.
