Zwaluw® Hybriseal® 306 Coating
Sprayable and brushable hybrid coating
Application with (pneumatic) caulking gun: Cut nozzle as wide as
possible and apply sealant without air entrapment. The thickness of the
layer should be at least 4mm. When the coating needs to be modeled
or smoothened a brush combined with Zwaluw (Mixed) Finisher should
be used.
Application with type Universal Spray Gun A.N.I. SAM/2002: Open
cartridge. Place white nozzle on the cartridge and fix it by screwing.
Place het black nozzle over the white nozzle. Place cartidge with both
nozzles in the spray gun. Use the black closing ring to fix the cartridge
and to close the gun airtight. Airpressure: Set airpressure to gun (red
button) between 2,0 and 2,5 bar. Set airpressure in the gun (blue
button) between 4,0 and 5,0 bar.

construction parts. Zwaluw Hybriseal® 306 Coating is originally
developed as a coating for the automotive and transport industry for
repairing damages in the original structure.

Zwaluw® Hybriseal® 306 Coating
Sprayable and brushable hybrid coating
grease and dust. Clean substrates with Zwaluw Cleaner. Zwaluw
Hybriseal® 306 Coating adheres perfectly without the use of a primer to
most non porous substrates. Porous substrates to be pre-treated with
Zwaluw Primer B1. Always test adhesion prior to application. Use
Zwaluw Finisher to smooth the joint. Joints larger than 5 mm must be
provided with a Flexfoam backer rod.

Application tools: Zwaluw Hybriseal® 306 Coating can be applied with a
(pneumatic) caulking gun or an airpressured spraygun, combined with a
brush and Zwaluw (Mixed) Finisher.
Boyanabilirlik
Zwaluw Hybriseal® 306 Coating is perfectly paintable with water based
and most 2 component paints. Synthetic paints can dry slower. It is
recommended to test compatibility with paint prior to application. For the
best results, we recommend to paint within 8 hours after application.
Temizlik
Uncured material and tools can be cleaned by using Zwaluw Cleaner.
Cured material can only be mechanically removed. Hands can be
cleaned with Zwaluw Wipes.
