“Global Wind Day” is a message which emphasizes the contributions for the earth’s abilities and it provides
information about the wind energy to everyone who is interested in the wind energy. In this day, various activities
are organized in order to attract the public opinions’ attention to wind, wind energy and tell the benefits of this clean
energy to the world.
You may imagine the intensity and stress of the national and international congresses , Turkey Wind Power Sector
Meetings, several meetings and preparation of exhibitions and conferences that we attended representing our
country during the year.
However, on June 15, “ World Wind Day” , which has become a tradition in our activities and TWEA Photo Contest
and Painting Contest, make us forget the stress and tiredness that we feel through the year. The photograps which
has taken by photographers, the students’ pictures and their view point makes us happy.
As TÜREB; this year we have organized the traditional “Wind in Turkey” TWEA Photo Contest four times which we
organized firstly in 2012. In this album; the results of the TWEA IV photo contest 15th June Global Wind Day we have
organized within the activities of “Wind in Turkey” TÜREB IV.
This year, 520 Photograph Artists participated to the competition and 1.557 photographs were evaluated. After a
careful evaluation, 33 of these photographs have been selected for exposition. I would like to thank all participants
who reflect the importance of wind energy with their frames and I would like to congratulate the artists who are
awarded.
On a behalf of Turkish Wind Energy Association’s Administrative Board, I would like to thank Jury Representatives
and Turkish Photography Art Federation for their fruitful participation as well as our generous sponsor Borusan
EnBW Partnership, Republic of Turkey Energy Market Regulatory Authority for their kind hosting, Republic of Turkey
Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources for their supports and all the others who contributed to these events that
TWEA’s IV. Photography Competition and I celebrate the everyone’s 15 June Global Wind Day.

Türkiye Rüzgar Enerjisi Birliği olarak; yurt içinde ve yurt dışında Ülkemizdeki Rüzgar Enerjisi konusunda
farkındalık yaratmak , rüzgar enerjisine ilgi duyan herkesin bilgi almalarını sağlamak ve en önemlisi
ülkemizdeki rüzgar potansiyelinin ekonomiye kazandırılması konusunda yapılacak yatırımlara katkı
sağlamak amacıyla önemli çalışmalarda bulunmakta, etkinlikler düzenlemekte ve çeşitli etkinliklere de
katılmaktayız.
Yıl boyunca düzenlediğimiz ulusal ve uluslararası kongreler, Türkiye Rüzgar Enerjisi Sektör buluşmaları,
çeşitli toplantılar ve yine yıl boyunca ülkemizi temsilen katıldığımız fuar ve kongrelerin hazırlık aşamaları,
koşuşturmacası, stresi, heyecanını tahmin edebilirsiniz.
Ancak, 15 Haziran “Dünya Rüzgar Günü” etkinliklerimiz olan ve artık gelenekselleşen TÜREB Fotoğraf
Yarışması ve TÜREB Resim Yarışması, bizlere yıl boyunca yaşadığımız koşturmacayı, stresi, yorgunluğu
unutturmaktadır. Fotoğraf Sanatçılarımızın fotoğrafları ve öğrencilerimizin resimleri ile rüzgara bakış
açıları bizleri mutlu kılmaktadır.
TÜREB olarak; artık gelenekselleşen ve ilkini 2012 yılında düzenlediğimiz “Türkiye’de Rüzgar” konulu
TÜREB Fotoğraf Yarışmasının bu sene dördüncüsünü düzenledik. Bu albümde; 15 Haziran Dünya Rüzgar
Günü Etkinlikleri kapsamında düzenlemiş olduğumuz “Türkiye’de Rüzgar” konulu TÜREB IV. Fotoğraf
Yarışmamızın sonuçları yer almaktadır.
Bu sene yarışmamıza 520 Fotoğraf Sanatçısı katılmış ve toplam 1.557 fotoğraf değerlendirmeye
alınmıştır. Değerlendirme sonucunda bu fotoğraflar arasından ödül alan ve sergilenmeye değer görülen
33 fotoğraf seçilmiştir. Rüzgarın hayatımızdaki önemini fotoğraf karelerinden yansıtan tüm katılımcılara
teşekkürlerimizi sunuyoruz.
TÜREB IV. Fotoğraf Yarışmasının hazırlanmasında, bizlere yol göstererek fotoğraf yarışmasının en iyi şekilde
sonuçlanmasını sağlayan jüri üyelerimize ve Türkiye Fotoğraf Sanatı Federasyonu’na, dört yıldır katkılarını
esirgemeyen sponsorumuz Borusan EnBW Ortaklığı’na, bizlere bu etkinlikte ev sahipliği yapan T.C. Enerji
Piyasası Düzenleme Kurumu’na ve desteklerinden dolayı, T.C. Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanlığımıza,

Fotoğrafımda bir mücadele vardır. Geçmişle geleceğin, karanlıkla aydınlığın
mücadelesi. Eğer karbon temelli yakıtlar terk edilip bir an önce yenilenebilir
enerji kaynaklarına geçilmez ise gelecek nesiller için hayat çok zor olacak.
Hemen karar vermemiz gerek. Güneş battı. Hava kararmak üzere.

There is a struggle in my photo. The future with the past, the struggle of light
with darkness. If we don’t abondon the carbon based fuels, andı f we don’t
prefer the renewable energy sources life will be difficult for future generations.

Yıllar önce özel bir Radyo Kanalı Bursa’da Uçurtma Şenliği diye yarışma
düzenlemişti. Yarışmacılardan biri kasa içinde 15 adet uçurtmayı birbirine
bağlamıştı. Çoğu gökyüzünde uçarken müthiş bir yağmur yağmaya başlayınca
hem yarışma iptal oldu hem de uçurtmaların tamamının uçtuğunu görmek ve
fotoğraflamak kısmet olmadı.

Years ago, a special Radio Channel had organized the kite competition. One of
the competitor had connects the 15 kite in a safe. Many in the sky while flying
at a great rain began to see that both the competition was canceled and all the
ends of the kite and not to photograph fortune.

1 Şubat 2015 Rüzgar öylesine sert esiyordu ki rüzgarın sesiyle uyanmıştık evde
kahvaltımızı yapıp rüzgarın enerjisini görmek için hemen sahile indik gördüğüm
manzara bir fotografçı olarak muhteşemdi insan boyunu aşan dev dalgalar ve
devamlı ıslık çalan rüzgar ağaçların arasında yürüyen eşim arkasından gelen
dev dalgadan habersizdi işte o an bastım denklanşöre sırılsıklam olmuştuk ama
doğayla bu kadar iç içe olmaktan mutluyduk.

February 1, 2015 the wind so hard. We woke up the voice of the wind and we
we had breakfeast at home after that we immediatelly go to the seaside to
see the wind energy.I scene was so beautiful for me as a photographer. The
giant waves that exceeding the human and wind constantly whistling…My wife
wasn’t aware of the giant waves which behind her.And I push the shutter. We
wet through but we were happy to be intertwined with nature so much.

2011 yılında Türkiye Sörf Şampiyonasında fotoğrafçı olarak görev aldım. Gökçe
Ada ayağındaki yarışmada hakem botundan çektiğim bu fotoğraf beni çok
etkiledi. Sörf fotoğrafları bende özgürlük duygusunu çağrıştırır. Rüzgarı arkasına
almış özgürlüğe yelken açanların mücadelesinin fotoğrafı.

I participated as a photographer Surf Championships in Turkey in 2011. The
photo was impressed me which I took in Gökçeada as a referee. Surf photography
reminds me freedom. The photo tells the persons’s figt who take the wind to the
back and sail to the freedom.

Yarışmada dereceye giren fotoğrafımı Tekirdağ ili Uçmakdere bölgesinin
zirvesinden takip ettiğim 2013 yılı yamaç paraşütü şenliğinde çekmiştim.
Görüş açısını farklı sunabilme adına oldukça zahmetli tırmanış yapmış olmamın
karşılığını 2015 yılı TÜREB kataloğuna girmekle almış olduğumu düşünüyor,
saygı ve hürmetlerimi sunuyorum.

festival in 2013. To be able to provide different viewing completed the difficult
climbing and I thougt that I took the feedback of this effort by taking place

Ülkemizin müthiş zengin kültürel dokusuna sahip Hatay’a yapmış olduğumuz
gezide, bölgede bulunan portakal bahçelerinin baş döndüren harika kokuları
ile çizilmiş bir rotada ilerliyorduk. Dağlara tırmandıkça görmüş olduğum rüzgar
türbinlerini fotoğraf karelerine aktarmak çok keyifliydi.

The trip that we have done to the Hatay wich has rich cultural heritage of our
country, we were moving at a dizzying route drawn with wonderful scents of
oranges. It was very joyful that taking photos of wind turbines when I was
climbing the mountains.

Gökçeada’ya yaptığımız kısa gezimizin sonunda, feribotu kaçırmamak için hızla
giderken, Ege rüzgarlarına karşı eğilse de direnen ve bir grup koyuna gölgelik
eden bu ağacı gördük ve durduk. Sert esen rüzgara rağmen bu kareyi çekebildim.

At the end of the our trip to the Gökçeada,when we were driving fast we saw a
tree that was resisting the wind altough fallen down ,and being a canopy to a
group of sheep and we stopped. I could taken this exposure despite of the cold

çok özel anların bir hatırasıdır. Nevşehir’de yaşarken korkudan balona hiç

Yıl 2013, aylardan Ağustos... Bu sıcak yaz gününde İzmir Kent Ormanı’nda
yeşilin ve mavinin keyfini sürerken, hiç kimsenin ummadığı kadar kısa bir
süre içerisinde şiddetli rüzgar ve yağmur çevremizi kuşatmıştı. Sığındığım
kafeteryanın camından ansızın gelen doğanın bu muhteşem gücünü fotoğrafa
yansıtmaya çalıştım.

2014 yılında Düzce Üniversitesinde, eşimin ablasının mezuniyet töreni için
bulunuyordum. Mezun olan öğrenciler keplerini havaya attıktan sonra bir
anda onlarca balon gökyüzünü kapladı. Rüzgarlı bir gün olduğu için balonlar
gökyüzünde kaybolmadan çok hızlı hareket etmem gerekiyordu ve bu fotoğraf
çekebildiğim 3 fotoğraftan birisi oldu.

In 2014 I was in Duzce, for my wife’s sister graduation ceremony. After graduated
students throw up their caps, sky was covered with dozens of balloons at once.
Because of it was the windy day, I had to move rapidly before the baloons lost
in the sky. This photo was the one that I could took.

Bu fotoğrafı çekmek için çok sıcak bir günde deniz kıyısında çalışmıştım herkes
denize girip serinlerken ben fotoğraf çekiyordum. Kiteboard yarışı yapılacaktı,
verilen startla sahilde dizilen sporcular denize koşarak sörf tahtaları ve
paraşütleri ile dalgaların ve rüzgarın ritmine ayak uydurarak en iyi performansı
sergilemeye çalıştılar. Ben de start verildikten hemen sonra bu kareyi çektim.

I worked on a very hot day the sea to take this photograph . I was shooting
photographs when others swimming. There was the kiteboard contest. After
the start the sportmans began to run towrds the sea and than they took the
surfboards and waves and keeping up with the rhythm of the wind and they
tried to exhibit the best performance.I took the photo after the start.

İrem SİYAHGÖZ
Seyahat halindeydim. Sadece dışarı çıkıp rüzgarı hissetmek ve o anı kalıcı hale
getirmek istedim. Sislerin arasında sakince dans eden rüzgar türbini bir an
görünüyor bir an kayboluyordu. Tam bana göz kırptığı anda onu fotoğraflamak
çok keyifliydi.

I was traveling. I just wanted to go out and make to feel the wind and it lasting
memories. Wind turbine quietly dancing in the mist was lost for a moment and
seems for a moment. As soon as to taking its photo when it wink to me was so
funny.

Balıkesir’imizin fotoğrafik açıdan önemi yeri olan Karakol köyündeki yel
değirmeni ayakta kalmak için adeta direniyor. İlimizin de ayakta kalan bu
değirmeninden başka İbirler, Halkapınar, Çaypınar ve Davutlardaki 36 adet yel
değirmeni gelişen teknoloji ve ilgisizlik nedeniyle yok olup gitmiştir.

The wind turbine is resisting to be alive which is in the Karakoy Village. Except of
this alive windmill, 36 windmill which is in the İbirler, Halkapınar, Çaypınar and
Davutlar vanished because of the developing technology and disinterestedness.

Uluslararası bir enerji şirketinde yöneticilik yapıyorum. Ülkemizde rüzgâr
enerjisinin henüz konuşulmaya başlandığı yıllarda bir hafta sonu Alaçatı’da
havanın bulutlandığı ve karardığı saatlerde bir diğer enerji kaynağı güneşin göz
kırptığı rüzgâr türbinlerinin fotoğrafını çekmemek haksızlık olurdu. Büyük bir
zevkle gereğini yaptım.

I’m a manager in international energy company. In a weekend that the wind
energy just talking in our country in Alaçatı in the hours that the weather is
cloudy and getting dark it might be a injustice to don’t taken the wind turbines

Mine ERTUĞRUL
2013 yılında Bursa – Mustafakemalpaşa’da düzenlenen fotomaraton bünyesinde
çektiğim çalışmamdır. Fotoğrafı çekerken çok çeşitli duygu yoğunluğu yaşadım,
hem büyük bir keyif, hem adrenalin ve hem tehlikeli bölgelerde çekim
yapmaktan dolayı riskler yaşadım…
Etkili bir çalışma istiyorsak, her zaman risk almamız gerekir… Ben de öyle yaptım.
Sonuç güzel olduğu için de bu risklere değdi…

16 Mayıs 2015 Doğum günümü kutlamak için arkadaşla Yeni Foça’ya gittik.
Dönüşte gün batımı fabrikanın bacasından çıkan dumanlar rüzgarın etkisiyle
dağılmasını seyrederken orda çalışan insanları düşündüm. Yel değirmenin
rüzgardan dönerken ritim olarak hoşuma gitti ve otobüste çektim. Çok
mutluyum güzel bir doğum günü hediyesi oldu.

Me and my friend went to the Foça to celebrate my birthday on 16th May 2015.
I thought the people that work in the factory when ı was saw the smoke which
dispersed by the wind that is on the factory’s chimney. I like the wind mill’s
rhythm when they are turning and I took the photograph from the bus. I’m very
happy, bcause ıt was very beautiful birthday gift to me.

Marmara Denizi kıyısında bulunan Dutliman Köyü yakınlarında bulunan
rüzgâr türbinleri gerek büyükleri gerekse Marmara Denizi’nin enginliklerine
bakmalarıyla beni derinden etkilemişti. Tesadüfen orada bulunan, tepenin
eteklerine yayılan koyun sürüsü ve çoban, tepede yalnız başına duran rüzgâr
türbinine arkadaşlık ediyor, Marmara Denizinden esen rüzgârı birlikte
karşılıyorlardı; bana düşen ise bu anı ölümsüzleştirmekti.

Hatay ilinin belen beldesinde çekildi. Fotoğrafın çekimi için beş arkadaş
mersinden sabah dörtte hareket ederek belene geldik hava çok soğuk olması
ve rüzgarında etkisiyle tepede çekimde zorlandık. Aşağıya dağın eteğine indik
orada arkadaşlar çay koydu kahvaltı hazırlanırken bende bu fotoğrafı çektim.

The photograph has taken in Belen which is the province of Hatay. To take the
photo, five friends we came to the Belen by moving at 04.00 am in the earlier of
the morning. It is very cold and the effects of wind on the hill were forced shots.
We went down to down the mountain. Our friends maket a tea and when they
are preparing the breakfast I took the photo.
