It can control the valve full automaticly under severe whether conditions without need Of manpower and electricity. Varieties are available depending on geograhpycal conditions, engineering considerations and operational requirements. Standard products are suitable to work at temperature interval of - 29 to 80¡c. Actuators suitable to work under - 70¡c can be produced upon request. All pressure carrying equipments used in goh actuator comply to asme sec. Viii and inspected as per NDT methods. Modifications for problem solution according to scope of usage, pressure differences, climatic & site conditions, erection and maintenance requirements are offered by expert vastaß personnel. KullanÝm amacÝ, basÝn deÛißkenleri, iklim ve saha koßullarÝ, kurulum ve bakÝm ßartlarÝna gre uygun zm modifiye edilir. 4 Gas Over Hydraulic Actuator Catalog / 2008 a Standard accessories Hand pump : To control the valve manually without using the pipeline gas (all other alternative combinations include the hand pump). Gas Filtration : Flowing gas used to operate the actutor is cleaned through the filters. Reservoir Tank RT : When the flowing gas is not available to operate the actuator, a spare gas tank with at least a single operation capacity is necessary. Tork-limit TL : Prevents over loading of valves by adjusting the output torque of actuator. Power loss Detection PLD : To control any loss of power. Our actutors work generally under below pressure intervals : ¥ Operational power available between 7 to 100 bar interval ¥ Operational power required for special designs upon request Standard operational varieties may be selected after power source is determined and very special selections may also be offered. Different modifications (DP, ESD, etc.) are available upon request and reservoir may be added. Remote Control RC When the valve is required to control from control panel, GOH actuator is equipped with remote control system. DP, ESD, etc. Modifications and reservoir addition may be required. ÜsteÛe gre farlÝ modifikasyonlar yapÝlabilir.(DP,ESD vs) rezervuar ilave edilebilir. 6 Gas Over Hydraulic Actuator Catalog / 2008 a Line Break LB When the decreasing rate of line pressure is more than the adjusted rate, the actuator is required to close the valve automatically. ESD, RC, DPS, etc. Modifications are available. No need for electricity to initiate the line break action. Üstenmesi halinde deÛißik konfigrasyonlar yapÝlabilir.(ESD, RC, DPS vs) Emergency Shut Down ESD This is necessary to close the valve by GOH actuator when predicted emergency cases occur. Alternative selections are possible; ¥ Low Pressure Control (LP) : To control open or close at low pressure, ¥ High Pressure Control (HP) : To control open or close at high pressure, ¥ High & Low Pressure Control (LP&HP): To control open or close at both high and low pressure. GOH Aktuatorn Valf zerine montajÝ bu konuda bilgi sahibi uzman bir ekip tarafÝndan yapÝlmalÝdÝr. Following information is necessary to make the actuator selection; 1. Torque values of the valve used ( break to open / BTO, run to open / RTO & run to close / RTC ) 2. Max torque output of GOH should be 40% more then that required for valve. 3. Flow direction and gas pressure ( max - min - norm) 4. Valve stem diameter and wedge dimensions. 5. Actuator connecting flange standard ISO 150 5211 or short code of the same ( Fxx ) and dimensions. 6. Valve data sheet (VDS) & actuator data sheet (ADS) should be filled in detail and additional requirements should be indicated. After proper actuator selection and procurement, the assembly of the same at site should not be initiated before comparing the info of DS with the existing valve specifications. The connecting flange and stem dimensions should also be checked for coincidence and the GOH actuator has to be lifted by convenient means in order to assemble to the valve. Pilot line fitings should be carefully connected to the proper places indicated on the pipeline, considering the up & down stream directions. Boru hattÝnda daha nceden baÛlantÝ iin bÝrakÝlmÝß yerlere pilot hattÝ fittingleri giriß ve ÝkÝß ynleri dikkate alÝnarak baÛlanmalÝdÝr. 8 Gas Over Hydraulic Actuator Catalog / 2008 a OPERATING PRINCIPLES ALIÞTIRMA PRENSÜPLERÜ Local Control LC The actuator (GOH) is prepared for full automatic open / close operation. LC is standard feature for all types. Line pressure creates the required power through hydraulic cylinders & scotch - yoke and resulting torque operates the valve. The valve can be operated manually by means of hand pump when control lever is brought to open or close position from the automatic. Remote Control RC GOH actuator may be affected by remote control system. An electrical connection is provided between GOH & control panel and solenoid valves are actuated by signals. Connecting line is also suitable to convey valve position and line information. Additional solutions and optional selections are offered upon user's requirements. KullanÝcÝ istekleri dikkate alÝnarak uzaktan kontrol iin ilave opsiyonlar ve zmler saÛlanÝr. a GOHCAT/8/R0 9 Line Break System LB Determination of Line - Break status is of vital importance for safe operation of the pipeline. The system compares the line pressure to the predetermined pressure drop rate. When pressure drop rate is more then reference rate the valve shall be automatically closed, hence the leakages of the line which are out of control shall be stopped. (0.5 - 1 - 1.5 - 2 - 2.5 - 3 - 3.5 - 4 bar). Hat Kesme Sistemi LB Line-Break tesbiti Boru hattÝnÝn gvenli ißletilmesini gzlemlemek amacÝyla gereklidir. This option should be detailed by the end user. (Voltage loss detection, low pressure control ect.) Differential Pressure Switch DPS This feature prevents opening of actuator & valve under high differential pressure, hence keeping the valve safe. When the differential pressure increases more than a preset value, the valve can be controlled neither locally nor remotely, while such a great differential pressure may result trim defects or pipeline hazards. The gas pressure can be ventilated when the output torque increases above a preset torque value, hence preventing any hazard to valve and valve stem. Hand Pump Enables the actuator to operate the valve without need of line pressure in emergency cases. Gas Filtration Flowing gas needed for all actuator activities are cleaned through a 40 mesh filter which should be also cleaned within necessary periods depending on usage frequency. Maintenance All GOH Actuators should be maintained once a year or atmost within 14 months. Periodical maintenance is suggested to be handled by Vastas personnel and gas filter, hydraulõc oil level, hydraulic pump have to be checked, parts needed to be changed should be renewed and adjusted levels of LB, ESD, Torque limit, etc., should be recalibrated.
