Bu kılavuz makinanın kullanılması ve bakımı hakkında size genel bilgi verir.Herhangi bir teknik sorunla
karşılaşırsınız lütfen yetkili servisimize veya bayimize başvurun.
1-Bu makina tanıtma ve kullanma kılavuzunda belirtilen tanımlar ve güvenlik talimatları doğrultusunda bir ilaçlama
makinası olarak kullanılır.
2-Bu tanımlamaları aşan hiçbir uygulama doğru değildir. Bu tür bir kullanımda imalatçı ortaya çıkan zararlar ve
yaralanmalardan sorumlu değildir. Bütün sorumluluk kullanıcıya aittir.
3-Doğru kullanım; kullanıcının, imalatçının çalışma koşullarına servis ve bakım şartlarına uyması anlamına gelir.

This manual will inform you about the operation and maintenance of the machine in general.If you encounter any
technical problem,please contact our suppliers or authorized services.
1-This machine has been designed to be a sprayer and in compliance with what specified in the machine description
and safety warnings of this instruction manual.
2-Any other use is not allowed.Our company is not responsible for the damages caused by the not prescribed
operation.The user is fully responsible.
3-Correct usage means that the operator works regarding the service and maintenance conditions specified by the
manufacturer.
4-Only people familiar with this sprayer and well aware of its risks can use, repair and maintain it.
5-All the conditions regarding the safety and prevention of accidents must be taken into consideration and satisfied.
6-The manufacturer is not responsible for damages caused by non-authorized changes made on this machine.This
sprayer is designed to be used if all safety measurements,specified in the manual,are taken.
7-The misuse and mistakes of the operator may cause a serious injury or damage to himself and other living beings.
2-GÜVENLİ KULLANIM KURALLARI/SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1-Makinanın kontrol ve kullanımını tamamıyla anlayana kadar bu kılavuzu ve pompa tanıtma ve kullanma
kılavuzunu okuyun.Makinanın nasıl kontrol ve stop ettirileceğini öğrenin.
2-18 Yaşından küçükler ve makinayı yeterince tanımayanlar makinayı kullanamazlar.
3-Makinayı kullanan kişi çalışırken diğer insanlar ve eşyalardan yeterince uzak
olduğundan emin olmalıdır. Direkt ve dolaylı hatalardan kullanıcı sorumludur.
4-Çalışırken el ve ayak yaralanmalarına karşı maksimum dikkati gösterin.
5-Güvenli bir kullanım için daima orjinal yedek parça kullanın.
6-Aleti traktöre yüklediğinizde traktöre bağlantı emniyet pimlerinin iyi takılıp takılmadığını
kontrol ediniz.
7-Aletle ilaçlama yaparken kapalı elbiseler, kapalı güvenlik ayakkabıları ,ilaçlamaya uygun
eldiven ve maske kullanın.
8-Bütün bağlantı elemanlarının sıkılığını kontrol edin.
9-Kuyruk mili hızı 540 devir / dakikanın üzerine çıkarılmamalıdır.
10- Güvenlik cihazları iyi durumda değil ise makinayı çalıştırmayın. Sık sık olarak hortum

ve bağlantılarını kontrol edin.
11-Eğer çalışırken bir cisme çarpılırsa makinayı durdurun ve hasarı kontrol edin.
12-Gün ışığında yada yeterince aydınlatılmış ortamda çalışın.
13-Asla makinayı çalışır vaziyette kullanıcısız bırakmayın.
14-Makinanın orjinal parçalarını çıkarmayınız. Taral A.Ş.Yetkili servis haricindeki şahıslara tamir ve tadil
ettirmeyiniz.
15-Orijinal parça kullanılmamasından doğacak sorumluluklar tümü ile kullanıcıya aittir.
16-Atomizörünüz üzerinde hiçbir parçayı iptal etmeyin.
17-Atomizörünüzü ilaç deposu boş iken çalıştırmayın.
18-Pompa maksimum basıncını kesinlikle aşmayınız.
19-Pompanızı yağsız çalıştırmayınız.
20-Atomizörünüzü yanıcı ve patlayıcı sıvıların nakliye ve pülverizasyonunda kullanmayın.
21-Çalıştırma ve durdurmada regülatör mandalını boşa alın.
22-Asla basınçlı sıvıyı elektirikten güç alan aletlere veya elektrik güç hatlarına doğru direkt püskürtmeyin.

23-Asla basınçlı sıvıyı insan veya hayvanlara doğru püskürtmeyin.
24-Atomizörünüzdeki pompa hava kabı içerisinde pompa çalışmıyorken dahi basınç (3-4 bar ) vardır. Pompa hava
kabının sökülmesi gerektiğinde hava sübabından mutlaka havanın tahliye edilmesi ve daha sonra civataların
sökülmesi gerekir.
25-Pompa basınç devresinde bulunan emniyet valfini sökmeyin. Ayarını bozmayın. Bu valf pompa maksimum
basıncının % 20 üzerine çıkınca açar ve sıvıyı depoya tahliye eder.
26-Temizlik haricinde her türlü tamir ve bakım işlemlerini yetkili servise yaptırın . Bunun dışındaki
uygulamalardan doğacak hasarlardan kullanıcı sorumludur
27-Her kullanımdan sonra deponuzu iyice yıkayın ve pompayı temiz suyla birkaç saniye çalıştırın.
28-Depoda kalan ilacın ve tortusunun yok edilmesi geçerli emniyet kurallarına göre olmalıdır. Bu konuda ilaç
üreticilerinin geçerli koruma yöntemlerini tatbik ediniz.
29-Makinanızı plastik parçalara zarar veren maddeler içeren ilaçların pülverizasyonunda kullanmayınız.
30-Depo emiş filtresini daima temiz tutunuz.
31-Hareket halindeki parçalar tarafından kolaylıkla kapılacak uçuşan elbiseler giymeyiniz.
32-Pompa üzerine bağlı şaft muhafazayı ve transmisyon şaftı muhafazasını sökmeyiniz.
33-Traktör kuyruk mili ile pompa mili arasına bağlanan transmisyon şaftı mümkün olduğu kadar yatayla düz
olmalıdır.Mümkün değilse dahi yatayla 20 dereceden fazla açı yapmamalıdır.
34-Türbo pervane ve kayış kasnak bölgesine makinanız çalışır vaziyette iken kesinlikle elle veya başka bir cisimle
müdahele etmeyiniz.
35-Bu makina kılavuzda belirtilen tanımlar ve güvenlik talimatları doğrultusunda bir ilaçlama makinası olarak
kullanılır. Aksi kullanımlarda doğabilecek zararlarda sorumluluk tamamen
kullanıcıya aittir.
36-Şaftı kullanırken şunlara mutlaka dikkat edin;
36A-Koruyucu kılıf üzerindeki zincirleri traktör veya alete uygun bir
şekilde bağlayınız.
36B-Şaft üzerindeki koruyucu plastik muhafazayı çıkarmayınız. Basamak

1-Read this manual carefully and completely before operating the machine.Get familiar with how to control and
stop your machine.
2-People under 18 or not familiar with the machine should not operate the sprayer.
3-The operator should keep distance with people as well as equipments.The user is responsible for injuries or
damages caused by direct or indirect incorrect usage of the machine.
4-Take special care to your hand and legs while working with the machine.
5-For your safety always use original spare parts.
6-When you öount the machine to the tractor, make sure that the safety pins for the connection with the tractor are
mounted well.
7-Use appropriate clothing, shoes, gloves and mask while using the machine.
8-Check all connecting elements if in good condition.
9-Do not exceed 540 rpm for the pump.
10-If any part or control does not work properly, stop the machine and check if need replace with new parts.Check
hoses and connections regularly.
11-If you hit anything while in operation stop immediately and check your machine.
12-Operate your machine during day time or well illuminated areas.
13-Do not leave the machine unattended while in operation.
14-Do not remove any part of your machine.Get it served with authorized people of TARAL A.S.
15-Any injuries caused by using incorrect or fake parts are not accepted as warranty.
16-Do not omit any part of the machine.
17-Do not operate your machine when the chemical tank is empty.
18-Do not exceed maximum operating pressure of the pump.
19-Do not operate the pump without oil.
20-Do not spray explosive or flammable fluids with the machine.
21-Release regulator valve before first start or stopping the machine.
22-Do not spray directly to machines which operates with electricity.
23-Do not direct pressurized liquid to people.
24-There is pressure in the air container of the pump even not in operation.(3-4 bar) If service needed for the pump,
release this pressure first using the valve and then dismantle screws.
25-Do not remove the safety valve on the pump.Do not adjust it.This valve opens and let the liquid flow in to the
tank, when the pressure is above 20% of the maximum pump pressure.
26-Contact authorized service centre for all kind of repair and adjustment except cleaning.The user is responsible
for all the damages caused by other applications.

27-Wash throughly your tank after every usage and run the pump with clean water for a few seconds.
28-While cleaning the tank take necessary safety measurements as described by chemical manufacturer.
29-Prevent using chemicals which can damage plastic part of your machine.
30-Keep suction filter always clean.
31-Do not wear clothes that can be grasped by moving parts.
32-Do not remove the shaft covers of the pump and transmission shaft cover.
33-The transmission shaft between P.T.O. Shaft of the tractor and pump shaft should be parallel to the ground.If not, it
should make a max.angle of 20°with the horizontal level.
34-Do not approach to the fan and belt-pulley with your hand or anything else during operation.
35-This machine is used as a chemical sprayer according to the instructions given in the manual.The user is
responsible.For damages caused by applications performed otherwise.
36-Take the following points into consideration.
36A-Connect the chains on the cover regarding the tractor and machine.
36B-Do not remove the plastic cover of the shaft.Do not step on it, otherwise it may cause death or injury.
3-GARANTİ ŞARTLARI/WARRANTY TERMS
Makina tanıtma ve kullanma kılavuzundaki talimatlara uygun şekilde kullanılması ve normal koşullarda
çalıştırılması şartıyla, Taral firması tarafından imal edilmiş olan ve özellikler garanti belgesinde belirtilen makina,
satış tarihinden itibaren 2 yıl süre ile garanti edilmiştir.23.02.1995 Tarihli 4077 nolu tüketicinin korunması hakkında
kanun ile belirlenmiştir.
1-Gümrük ve Ticaret Bakanlığı Tüketicinin Korunması ve Piyasa Gözetimi Genel Müdürlüğünce verilen
17.Mayıs.2002 tarih ve 34-2836 no ile verilen garanti belgelerinde belirtilen garanti şartları geçerlidir.
2-Garantinin başlangıç tarihi, satıcı firma tarafından alıcıya teslim tarihini Garanti belgesinde kendine ayrılan yere
yazarak imzaladığı tarihtir.
3-İmalatçı firmanın sorumluluğu, defo veya imalat hatalarına bağlı olsa bile, aracın kullanımı esnasında kişilere ve
eşyalara verilen zararı kapsamaz. Buna bağlı olarak dolaylı ve doğrudan verilen zarar ve hasarın bedeli
ödenmeyecektir.
4-Makina üzerine damgalanmış seri numarası değiştirilmiş ise, herhangi bir değişiklik yapılmış ise, makina bir
kazaya uğramış ise, satın alan sözleşmedeki ödeme yükümlülüklerine gerektiği gibi uymamış ise, montaj firmanın
yetkili elemanları tarafından yapılmamış ise, imalatçı firmanın onayı alınmadan değişiklik veya onarım yapılmış ise
garanti geçerli değildir.
5-Herhangi bir anlaşmazlık durumunda Gümrük ve Ticaret Bakanlığı Tüketicinin Korunması ve Piyasa Gözetimi
Genel Müdürlüğüne başvurabilir.Taral A.Ş. Garanti kapsamına giren her türlü isteği dikkate alacaktır.
6-Aletin kullanım ömrü (10) yıldır.
7-TARAL YETKİLİ SERVİS KİTAPÇIĞI bu makineyle birlikte size verilecektir.Servis ve yedek parça ihtiyaçlarınız
için bu kitapçığı kullanabilirsiniz.
In case of using in accordance with the instructions given in the introduction and operation manual and under the
normal working conditions, the machine produced by the company Taral and of which specifications are stated in
the warranty certificate, is guaranteed for 2 year period.
1-The warranty terms stated in the warranty certificates, given with the number of 34-2836 and dated 17 May 2002,
by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Istanbul Industry and trade City Management are valid.
2-The warranty period starts, when the company, which makes the sale writes down the date of delivery to the buyer
on the appropriate blank in the warranty certificate.
3-The responsibility of the producer company does not include the damages to the human beings and other items
during operation, even if they depend on the flaw or production errors.Therefore the cost of any direct and indirect
damage and loss will not be paid.
4-If the serial number stamped on the machine is changed,if any modification is made,if the machine is involved in
an accident,if the buyer does not obey the responsibilities in the contract appropriately,if the assembly is not done by
the authorized personnel of the producer company,if any modification or maintenance is performed without the
permission of the producer company,the warranty is not valid.
5-In case of any disagreement, the user can appeal to the General Management of the Protection of the Competition
in the Ministry of Industry and Trade.TARAL A.S. will take all the requests within the warranty into consideration.
6-The operation life of the machine is 10 years.
7-TARAL AUTHORIZED SERVICE BOOKLET will be given to you with the machine.You can make use of this
booklet for your service or spare parts needs.
4- İLK ÇALIŞTIRMA/FIRST OPERATION
Değerli müşterimiz, ürünümüzü kullanmaya başlamadan önce, ürünle birlikte verilen İLK ÇALIŞTIRMA KUPONU
ile birlikte size en yakın TARAL Yetkili Servisine başvurarak makinenizin İLK ÇALIŞTIRMASINI yaptırınız. Bu
işlem için, makinaya eklenecek yağ, yakıt vb. sarf malzemeleri hariç herhangi bir ücret ödemeyeceksiniz. Bu işlem
sırasında size makinanın kullanımı ve bakımı hususunda bilgi verilecektir. TARAL Yetkili Servisince İlk Çalıştırma
işlemi yapılmamış makineler GARANTİ KAPSAMI DIŞINA ÇIKACAKTIR.

Dear consumers, before starting to use our product, make the first operation of your machine by visiting the TARAL
authorized service, which is nearest to your location, together with the FIRST OPERATION COUPON supplied with the
machine. You will not be charged for this, except for the materials to be added to the machine like oil, fuel, etc. During
this procedure you will be informed about the operation and maintenance of the machine. The machines, which are not
gone through the first operation procedure performed by TARAL authorized service, will be EXCLUDED FROM THE
SCOPE OF WARRANTY.

It is very important to choose the suitable machine to be used in the agricultural combat performed against those
blightes in the agricultural sector.In order to be successful in the plant protection, there is a need for a perfect machine
besides the choice of the correct chemical and proper usage. In this respect, after a long time period and detailed

technology completely by local resources in our factory, certified with "TSE ISO 9001 QUALITY CERTIFICATE".The
sprayer tanks are light and resistant against corrosion caused by the chemical and external effects.This introduction and
operation manual does include the latest technical data which are avaiyable.The manufacturing company has the right
to make any modification any time it wishes without releasing any information or without being punished.

Depo dışına monte edilmiş çek valfli harici filtre (1) ile filtre edilerek emilen mayi, emiş hortumu (2) ile pompaya (3)
gelir. Pompadan yüksek basınçla çıkan mayi pompa basıç hortumu(4) vasıtası ile regülatöre(5) ulaşır.Burada regüle
edilen mayinin bir kısmı sirkilasyon hortumuna(6) gelerek depo içerisine basınçla akar ve depo içerisindeki ilacın
karışmasını sağlar. Regülatörden gelen mayinin bir kısmıda ilaçlama hortumları(7) vasıtası ile ilaçlama kollarına(8) ve
memelere(9) veya ilaçlama tabancalarına gelerek yüksek basınçla pülverize olur ilaçlama sağlanır. Regülatöre gelen
mayinin fazlası da bu esnada geri dönüş hortumu(10) ile depo içerisine boşaltılmaktadır. Depoya dere havuz v.b.
yerlerden mayi doldurma işlemi içinde depo üzerine monte edilmiş ejektöre(11) harici emiş hortumubağlanmakta
ejektör basınç hortumu (12) ile verilen basınçlı mayi ejektörde vakuma sebep olmakta ve bu durumda harici emiş
hortumu ile emiş yapılmaktadır.
The sucked liquid after being filtered by the external filter (1) with the check valve, mounted outside the tank comes

regulator comes through the sprayer hoses (7), to the boom (8) and nozzles (9) or to the spraying guns, where they are
atomized with high pressure and the spraying is done.The overflow coming to the regulator is drained with the backflow
hose (10) into the tank.There is an ejector (11) located on the tank in order to fill the tank with water from a reservoir like
small river, pool, etc. A suction hose is connected to this ejector, the pressurized liquid given via the ejector pressure hose
creates vacuum in the ejector and suction is made in this fashion.

If the external filter with the check valve is to be cleaned, when the tank is full, turn the lever

of the external filter with check valve to the left and pull (In this position check valve closes
the suction hole and prevent the flow). Clean the filter by turning and removing the cap of the
external filter with check valve. After finishing the cleaning assemble the filter and its cap
on to the appropriate position, push the external filter with check valve forward, turn right

1.Attach 6m suction hose with filter (4) to ejector connector after openning its cap
(Figure 6,2). Pay attention to that the O-rings at the end of the hose are well seated.Plunge the aluminium filtered
end of the suction hose to water source. Height difference should not be more than 6 meter for sucking.
2.Attach ejector hose (Figure 6,4) (can be found in tank basket filter under the tank lid) to one of empty tap of regulator
and other side to ejector (2).
3.Pour 5-10 liters of water inside to tank to prevent dry running of the pump.
4.Keep the regulator main tap at off position and all taps close position except ejector tap.
5.Run the tractor ‘s PTO shaft.
6.After a few seconds of work of the pump, adjust the pressure to highest level (max.40 bar for high pressure
pumps,max.20 bar for low pressure bars) by screwing down the pressure adjustment knob. Your tank will be filled within
5-10 minutes depending on PTO rpm, pump type and tank volume.

ile ilaçlama yapılabilmektedir. 15 Metrelik hortum uçları dağıtım musluklarına takılarak yüksek basınç sayesinde
uzun mesafeye çok iyi bir dağılım sağlayarak ağaç ve mahsülünüzü sis perdesi içine alabilmektedir.
Ağaç dallarında gövdeye doğru ilaç sızıntısı olmadığı gibi yaprakların bütün sathına toz bulutu halinde nüfuz ederek
yapışmaktadır.
It is produced of brass, only. The closing position enables narrow and wide orifice sections. It can withstand
pressure levels of 80 atm, can spray a range of 10-15 m depending on the different plate's diameter. 2 spraying guns
can be used. The hose tips for 15 meters can be plugged onto the distribution taps, can cover your tree and crop
inside the fog curtain by making a very good distribution over the long distance with the help of the high
pressure.While there is no chemical leakage from the branches of the tree to its stem, the atomized chemical can still
penetrate into the whole surface of the leaves.
5.4-FAN GRUBU TÜRBO FAN/BLOWER (FAN) UNIT
Pompa ve fan arasındaki hareket iletimi kayış kasnak ile yapılmaktadır. Böylece transmisyon mili pompayı
çalıştırdığında türbo fan da çalışmış olur.
Transmission between pump and tank is via V-belts and pulleys. So, whenever
transmission shaft is engaged to pump, blower unit also runs.
KAYIŞ AYARI/BELT ADJUSTMENT
Fan belli bir süre çalıştıktan sonra kayış gevşeyebilir. Bu durum,
ilk çalıştırmada anormal bir sesten, lastik kokusundan ve makinenin
titreşiminden anlaşılabilir.Kayış ayarı için şasinin her iki tarafındaki
Somunları (1) gevşetin (tamamen sökmeyin) ve tüm fan grubunu

After some usage, V-belts of fan unit can get loose. This might be
understood by having abnormal sound at first start, smell of rubber
and vibration of the machine. To adjust V-belts, unfasten the nuts (1)
on both sides of the frame (do not remove completely) and move the
complete blower unit up and fasten the nut (2). Then fasten the screws
on both sides, which hold complete frame of the blower (Figure.7)

upper nut (1), Fasten lower nut (2). When the belt is tight enough
(not allowing the tank move up) fasten upper nut (1) to secure the hook.

The angle of the wings on the propeller can be adjusted,if less or more
air volume required or the tractor power is not enough to operate the
machine. Propeller of the machineis set to position 3 at factory. To set differently proceed the steps below.

Fan ayar işlemlerini Türbo fanı traktörden söktükten ve fan muhafazayı kaldırdıktan sonra uygulayın.
1-Metal aparatı kullanarak pervanenin merkezindeki kırmızı parçayı (1) alın ve merkezdeki kapağı (2) çekin.
2-Kanatları istenen açıya ayarlayın.
3-Kapaktaki 5 numarasını pervanedeki nokta ile çakışacak şekilde kapağı yerleştirip sağa çevirin. Kapak üzerindeki
numara ayarlanmış olan kanat seviyesini göstermelidir.
4-Kırmızı kapağı kanatları tutarak yerleştirin ve aparatla kırmızı kapağı sıkın.
Execute blower adjustment procedure after removing the sprayer from the tractor and remove the protection shield of the
fan unit.
1-Using the metal apparatus, take the red part in center of propeller (1) and pull the center cover (2).
2-Rotate the wings to desired angle.
3-Place the cap matching 5 on the cap and dot on the propeller body then turn it to right. The number on the cap should
show the level of wing adjusted.
4-Place the red caps, while the wings are holded, fasten the red cap with apparatus.

MEME AÇMA-KAPAMA/NOZZLE On-Off
Memeler ayarlanabilen ve sabit ilaçlama tipleri için çift taraflı olarak yerleştirilmiştir. Ayarlanabilen taraf 1,5 mm, sabit
taraf ise 1,2 mm seramik uçlara sahiptir. Ayarlanabilen taraf genellikle yüksek (uzak) mesafelerin ilaçlanması
gerektiğinde kullanılır.
Meme yönü herhangi bir açıda döndürmek suretiyle ayarlanabilir. Her 90° 'lik dönüşte 2 “açık” 2 “kapalı” pozisyon
vardır.
Nozzles are double sided with adjustable spray pattern and fixed pattern. Adjustable side has 1.5 mm; fixed side has 1.2
mm ceramic tips. Adjustable side is mostly used if high distance spraying required.Nozzle direction can be adjusted by
turning it any angle. In general there are 2 ''on'', 2 ''off'' positions for each rotation of 90°.
5.5-KULLANMADAN ÖNCE/BEFORE USAGE
Yapılan zirai mücadelede başarıya ulaşmak için aşağıdaki hususlara uymanız gerekmektedir.

5-Makinanızı çalıştırmadan önce mutlaka pompa tanıtma ve kullanma kılavuzunu dikkatlice okuyunuz.
6-Pompa yağ seviyelerini kontrol ediniz.
In order to be successful in the plant protection you have to follow the instructions below.
1-Choose the appropriate chemical for your plant protection.
2-Determine the time of spraying properly, considering the climate conditions.
3-Prepare the chemical mixtures according to the instructions of the chemical producers.
4-The effectiveness, life and operation without any defect of the machine depend on the proper maintenance and regular
service. Do not neglect this issue.
5-Read the introduction and operation manual of the pump carefully before running the machine.
6-Check the pump oil level.
5.6-ALETİN TRAKTÖRE BAĞLANMASI/MOUNTING OF THE MACHINE TO THE TRACTOR
Taral türbo atomizörler bütün üç nokta hidrolik sistemli traktörlere monte edilebilecek şekildedir. Aletinizi traktöre
şaftlı sistemde bağlamak için; Traktörünüzün kaldırma kollarını , aletin bağlama pimlerine yanaşacak şekilde manevra
yaparak yaklaştırınız. Traktörden inerek sağ ve soldaki kaldırma kollarını pimlere geçirerek emniyet pimlerini takınız.
Standart traktör orta kolunu, aletin tam dikey pozisyonu sağlanacak şekilde alet şasisi üzerinde bulunan 2 delikten uygun
olanına bağlayıp emniyet pimini takınız.Transmisyon şaftını traktöre kuyruk mili ile pompa mili arasına bağlayınız.
Transmisyon şaftı mümkün olduğu kadar çalışma şartlarında yatayla düz olmalıdır. Her ne olursa olsun yatayla 20ºden
fazla açı yapmamalıdır.
NOT : Bu şekilde şaftı kuyruk mili ve pompaya monte ettikten sonra traktör hidrolik kollarını ve
şaftı birbirine veya traktörün herhangi bir yerine değip değmediğini kontrol ediniz. Bu arada şaft
boyunun yeterli olup olmadığını kontrol ederek ayarlayınız.Şaft muhafazasını asla sökmeyin.
Şaftı monte ettikten sonra, şaft zincirini plastik muhafazanın dönmesini önleyecek şekilde uygun
bir yere bağlayın.

Taral sprayers can be mounted on all the tractors with 3-point linkage hydraulic systems.
To be able to mount your machine to the tractor with shaft system; Bring the lifting levers of your tractor closer to the
connection pins of your machine by making maneuvers. After getting out of the tractor, mount the safety pins by
connecting the lifting rods at the right and left to the pins. Assemble the safety pins by connecting the standard tractor
middle rod to one of the suitable 2 holes located on the chassis of the machine in such a way that the vertical position of
the machine is enabled. Connect the transmission shaft between the tractor P.T.O. shaft and the pump shaft. The
transmission shaft should be parallel to the ground in working conditions. It must not make any angle larger than 20o
with the horizontal level in any circumstances.
NOTE: After completing the assembly of the shaft to the P.T.O. and pump, check that the tractor hydraulic levers and
shaft do not touch each other or any point on the tractor. Check also whether the length of the shaft is suitable or not,
adjust it if necessary.Do never remove the shaft protection. After mounting the shaft, connect the shaft chain on an
appropriate place in such a way that the plastic cover is not rotated.
5.7-ALETİN ÇALIŞTIRILMASI/STARTING OF THE OPERATION OF THE MACHINE
İlaçlamaya başlamadan önce aşağıdaki hususlara uymanız gerekmektedir.
1-Çek valfli harici filtrenin (Şekil 3)' daki gibi kolunun ileri (çek valf açık) konumda olmasına dikkat ediniz.
2-Depoya 1 - 2 teneke su koyunuz.
3-Emiş hortumunun bir ucunu kuyu veya su kanalına daldırınız. Diğer ucunu ejektöre (depo doldurma aparatına)
takınız
4-Traktörünüzü çalıştırın ve kuyruk miline hareketi debriyaj ile tatlı bir şekilde iletin. Rolanti çalışmada pompa ve
regülatörün faal olup olmadığını geri dönüşün çalışıp çalışmadığını gözleyin Tutukluk varsa arızayı giderin.

ejektör basınç hortumu musluğunu kapatınız. Emiş spiral hortumunu yuvasından çıkarınız. Alet ilaçlamaya hazır
hale gelmiştir.
6-Dağıtım musluklarını açarak ilaçlamaya başlayabilirsiniz. İstediğiniz çalışma basıncını regülatör mandalı ile
ayarlayınız. Tarla ilaçlama kolları ile yapacağınız ilaçlama da en fazla (maksimum) çalışma basıncınız 8 Atmosfer
olmalıdır. Tabanca ile yapacağınız ilaçlamalar için regülatör basınç ayar mandalını 40 atmosferi geçmeyecek şekilde
ayarlayınız.
7-Depo dolu iken çek valfli harici filtrenin temizlenmesi gerektiği zaman çek valfli harici filtre kolunu şekil 2 'de
olduğu gibi sola çevirip çekiniz. ( Bu durumda çek valf emiş deliğini kapatacak mayi akışı önlenecektir.)Çek valfli
harici filtre kapağını çevirip sökerek filtreyi temizleyiniz. Temizleme işlemi bittikten sonra filtre ve kapağını yerine
takıp çek velfli harici filtre kolunu ileri itiniz sağa çevirip kilitli pozisyona getiriniz.(Şekil 3 )
You have to follow the instructions below before starting to operate.
1-Make sure that the lever of the external filter (Figure 3) with the check valve is in the forward position (check valve is
open).
2-Put 1-2 barrels of water to the tank
3-Plunge one of the tips of the suction hose into the well or water channel. Connect the other end to the ejector (Tank
filling apparatus).
4-Run the tractor and transfer the rotation to the P.T.O. via the clutch smoothly. At idling observe the operation of the
pump and regulator and check whether the backward flow exists. If there is a malfunction, fix the problem. See the
pressure pawl in the manometer at different levels.
5-By positioning the regulator pressure choice pawl to 2 or 3 open the tap connected to the ejector pressure hose,
increase the speed of the tractor until liquid is coming from the suction hose, see the suction. In this way your tank will be
full in a short time. You can use this apparatus in your other water filling works. But the vertical distance between the
apparatus and water level must not exceed 6 m. After filling the tank, close the ejector pressure hose tap by releasing the
regulator pawl. Remove the suction spiral hose from its housing. The machine is ready for spraying.
6-You can start spraying by opening the distribution taps. Adjust your desired value of working pressure by using the
regulator pawl. The maximum value of working pressure must be 8 atm during spraying with the boom. For the usage of
the spraying gun you can adjust the regulator pawl so that the pressure does not exceed 40 atm.
7-If the external filter with check valve is needed to be cleaned, when the tank is full, turn the external filter with check
valve lever to left and pull, as shown in Figure 2 ( In this way check valve will close the suction hole and the liquid flow is
prevented). Clean the filter after turning and removing the cap of the external filter with check valve. After finished with
cleaning mount the cap and filter into their positions, push the external filter with check valve, rotate to right and fix in
the locked position (Figure 3).

6-BAKIM/MAINTENANCE
6.1-HER KULLANIMDAN SONRA/AFTER EVERY USAGE
Her çalışma sonunda, bu çalışmalar kısa süreli dahi olsa kullanılan sıvı ile temasta olan pompa parçaları temiz su
ile yıkanmalı ve temizlenmelidir.Bu yıkamayı yapabilmek için pompayı 4-5 dakika temiz su ile çalıştırın.Daha
sonra emiş hortumunu sökün, temiz suyun tamamen boşalmasını sağlayın.Bu suyu sıvının kullanıldığı yere veya
kullanımının zarar vermeyeceği bir yere boşaltın.
Even after very short time of usage, all parts which in contact with chemical should be washed with clean water.
Run the pump for 4-5 minutes with clean water. We suggest to spray this liquid to orchard that just have been
sprayed. During this operation we suggest to use higher PTO speed and lower pressure.
6.2-YAĞ DEĞİŞİMİ/CHANGING OIL
Bu işlem sırasında pompa çalıştırılmamalıdır.İlk yağ değişimi yaklaşık 50 saat kullanım sonunda, diğer değişimleri

Do not run the pump while performing oil change.Change oil after 50 hours of first usage and regularly after 300350 hours. TARAL recommends 20W-50 engine oil or equivalent.
6.3-EMİŞ ve BASINÇ SUPAPLARININ KONTROLU/SUCTION and PRESSURE VALVES
Bu işlem esnaında pompa çalıştırılmamalıdır.Yılda en az bir kere supaplar kontrol edilmelidir.Taral supap
bakımlarının yetkili servislerde yapılmasını tavsiye etmektedir.
Do not run the pump while servicing the valves.The valves should be checked at least once a year against blockage
and wear. We recommend that valve checks have to be done by autorized service centers.
6.4-MEMBRANLARIN KONTROLÜ/DIAPHRAGMS
Bu işlem esnasında pompa çalıştırılmamalıdır.Membranlar senenin belirli zamanlarında bilhassa sonunda kontrol
edilmelidir. Pompayı sökün, membranların üzerinde çizik olup olmadığına veya gözle görülebilir zarar görüp
görmediğine bakın gerekirse değiştirin.
Do not run the pump during this operation.Pump diaphragms should also be checked regularly especially at the
end of the year against wear and tear.Disasemble the pump, check whether there’s scratch on the diaphragm or any
damage can be seen, replace it if needed.
6.5-HAVA KABI LASTİĞİNİN KONTROLÜ/AIR CAP CHECK
Bu işlem pompa çalışmazken yapılır ve hava kabı içindeki hava tahliye edilmeden açılmaz. Hava kabında yaklaşık
TAR30,TAR50,TAR60 ve TAR80 pompada 4kg/ cm2 , TAR25,TAR55 AB,TAR90 AB pompada 2kg/ cm2 ,TAR100,
TAR125 ve TAR150 pompada 5kg/ cm2, basınç vardır. Önce supapı kullanarak bu havayı tamamen tahliye edin.
Sonra civataları sökerek hava kabı lastiğini kontrol edin, gerekiyorsa değiştirin.Tekrar işlemi tersten yaparak hava
kabını toplayın, içine gerekli basınçlı havayı basın, basıncı kontrol edin.

There’s approx.4kg/cm² of air pressure in pumps TAR30,TAR50,TAR60 and TAR80, 2kg/cm² of air pressure in
pumps TAR25,TAR55AB, and TAR90AB,5kg/cm² of air pressure in pumps TAR100,TAR125 and TAR150.Firstly,
release all the air using the valve.By removing the bolts check the air chamber rubber, replace it if needed.Make
the assembly by performing these steps in reverse order, pump the pressurized air inside and check the pressure.
