164 KIS (KALE Alert Cylinder) Quick Installation Instructions

Kapı iç tarafındaki rozetinizin vidalarını sökünüz, iç rozet parçasını ve dış
rozet parçasını çıkarınız. Kapınızda takım kol var ise 15. - 16. adımları
veya tas rozet varsa 17. ve 18. adımları uygulayınız.
Unscrew the rosette inner side of the door; take out inner rosette part
and outer rosette part. Apply step 15 and 16 if there is a handle set on
your door and apply step 17 and 18 if there is a recessed rosette.

Kapı üzerindeki mevcut silindirinizin anahtarını 25º döndürünüz (a).
Tespit vidasını tornavida kullanarak çıkarınız (b). Şekildeki gibi anahtardan
tutarak silindiri çekip yuvasından çıkarınız (c).

Rotate the key of the current cylinder on the door 25° (a). Unscrew
mounting screw with a screwdriver (b). As shown in the figure, hold the
key and then pull and take the cylinder out of its housing (c).
Daha önce çıkarttığınız ön rozetinize, ürün kutusunda yer alan iki adet
saplamayı geniş ağızlı düz tornavida kullanarak, şekildeki deliklere monte
ediniz.
Screw two studs from the product package into sockets shown in the
figure on the front rosette you take out at first by using a broad
flat-head screwdriver.

Kutudan çıkan yeni ayarlı silindirinizin milini saat yönünün tersine 25º
döndürünüz (a). Silindirinizi kapıdaki yuvasına sokunuz. Daha önce
çıkardığınız veya kutudan çıkan 75 mm'lik vidayı şekildeki gibi tornavida
ile sıkarak montajını yapınız (b).

Rotate the shaft of the new adjusted cylinder you take out of the box
25° counter-clockwise (a). Insert the cylinder in its housing on the door,
tighten and install 75-mm screw from the package with a screwdriver as
in the figure (b).

Pil kapağının vidasını şekildeki gibi çıkacak şekilde gevşetiniz. Pil kapağını
çekerek çıkarınız. Vida çıkmaz olduğundan gevşedikten sonra boş
dönecektir.
Loosen the screw of the battery cover to remove it as in the figure. Pull
and take out the battery cover. The screw is unlocatable, so it will be
off-position after loosening.

Ürünle birlikte gelen 9V’luk pili (a), şekildeki gibi pil kablosuna (b) takınız.
Daha sonra kapağı yerine takarak vidalayınız.
Insert 9V alkaline battery you take out of the box (a) into the battery
cable (b) as seen in the figure. Then place and screw its door.

Unscrew the rosette cover with a screwdriver (a). Then take out the
upper plastic cover (b).

Silindir milini, ikaz ünitesinin şekilde görülen deliğine geçiriniz (a). Daha
sonra ikaz ünitesi arka tarafından çıkan kablo ucunu tırnağına dikkat
ederek silindir üzerindeki yuvasına sokunuz (b). Sökerken ise konektör
tırnağını ok yönünde iterek çıkarınız.
Pass the cylinder shaft through the hole in the alert unit as seen in the figure (a).
Then insert the cable end coming out of backside of the alert unit in its housing
on the cylinder by taking care of its nail (b). While taking it out, push the
connector nail in direction of the arrow and remove it.

İkaz ünitesinden çıkan, uzun kalan kabloyu, plastik kutu içindeki boşluk

Push the long cable coming out of the alert unit inside the hole in the
plastic box (a). In the meantime, push the electronic unit towards the
door and make sure its properly seated on the door (b).

Kapının ön tarafından çıkarttığınız ve daha önce saplamaları taktığınız
rozetinizi, şekildeki gibi deliklerden geçiriniz.
Pass the rosette, which you took out of front side of the door and in
which you screwed the studs, through the holes as seen in the figure.

Paketten çıkan 40, 60 veya 80 mm'lik vidalardan boyu uygun olanını ön
rozetinizdeki saplamaları karşılayacak şekilde kuvvetlice sıkınız. (Bir
elinizle tornavidayı sıkarken diğer elinizle ön taraftaki saplamalar bulunan
rozet parçasını tutunuz.)
Take a screw having suitable size out of 40, 60 or 80-mm screws from
the package and tighten it strongly in a way that it fits the studs on
front rosette (You need to tighten the screwdriver with one hand and
hold the other rosette on the front having studs with the other hand.)

Rozet kapağını takınız ve daha önce söktüğünüz vidasını çok sıkmadan
montajını gerçekleştiriniz.
Insert rosette cover and install it without strongly tightening its screw
which you unscrewed before.

Ürünle birlikte gelen topuzunuzu silindir miline takınız ve sonuna kadar
itiniz. Daha sonra plastik kapağa sürtmemesi için çok az bir miktar (1-2
mm kadar) geri çekiniz.
Insert the knob from the package into cylinder shaft and push it until it is
fully seated. Then, draw it back slightly (1-2 mm) to prevent it from
rubbing the cover.

Topuz yanlarındaki montajlı gelen iki adet vidayı kutu içinden çıkan allen
anahtarı kullanarak sabitleyiniz. Kale İkaz Silindirinin montajı
tamamlanmıştır!
Fix the two screws installed sides of the knob by using the hex wrench
from the package. You have completed installation of Kale Alert Cylinder!

Eğer kapınızdaki silindir ve kapı kolu şekildeki gibi ise, kol takımı
çıkartılmalıdır. Yerine yeni kol tedarik edilmelidir ayrıca kapının ön tarafına
takılmak üzere silindir koruyucu rozet ya da sadece silindir rozeti alınmalı
ve kapıya monte edilmelidir.
If the cylinder and the handle on the door is as in the figure, handle set
must be taken out and replaced with a new handle; in addition, you
should only get a cylinder backing rosette or only cylinder rosette to
insert and install on front face of the door.

Şekildeki gibi yeni kapı kolu takıldıktan sonra, ürün paketinden çıkan
3,9x19 mm'lik üç adet vida ile ikaz ünitesini şekildeki gibi kapıya monte
edebilirsiniz. Gerekirse vidalama işleminden önce kapıya işaret koyarak
kapınızda vidanın rahat girmesi için delik açabilirsiniz. Üçüncü vida yeri pil
yuvasının altındadır.
After you inserted the new door handle as seen in the figure, you can install the
alert unit with three 3,19x19-mm screws from the product package. If needed,
you can mark the door and make a hole on the door for the screw to be inserted
in before screwing. Third screw socket is under the battery compartment.

Eğer kapınızdaki mevcut silindir şekildeki gibi tas rozetli kapıda ise
öncelikle rozetinizdeki vidaları sökünüz. Tas rozeti ve silindirinizi 2.
adımda açıklandığı gibi çıkarınız .
If your current cylinder on the door with recessed rosette is as
seen in the figure, unscrew the screws on your rosette first. Take
out the recessed rosette and then the cylinder as indicated in
step 2.
Kapınızdaki tas rozet çıkarıldıktan sonra rozet boşluğunu tas rozet sacı
ile kapatınız. Daha sonra 3. adımdan itibaren montaj adımlarını aynen
uygulayınız. Tas rozet destek sacı, ikaz ünitesinin tabanı ile aynı
boyuttadır. Bu iki parçanın alt taraflarının tam oturmasına dikkat ediniz.
After you take the recessed rosette out of the door, battery cover the rosette
housing with a recessed rosette plate. Later, apply the installation steps
beginning from step 3. Recessed rosette plate is in the same size as the base
of the alert unit. Be careful to seat undersides of these two parts properly.

Adjustment of Alert Running-Up Time

İkaz sisteminin ilk fabrika ayarlarında devreye girme süresi 8 saniyedir.
Bu süreyi kapınızı kilitleme alışkanlığınıza bağlı olarak 12 saniye olarak
değiştirebilirsiniz. Pil kapağının vidasını şekildeki gibi çıkacak şekilde
gevşetiniz. Pil kapağını çekerek çıkartınız.
Running-up time of the warning system in factory settings is 8 seconds.
You can change it to 12 seconds according to your door locking habit.
Loose the battery cover screw and take it out as seen in the figure; then
pull and take out the battery cover.

Pili şekildeki gibi kablosundan çıkartmadan kaldırınız ve okla gösterilen düğmeye ince
uçlu bir cisimle (kalem ucu gibi) 1-2 saniye süreyle basılı tutunuz. Bu işlem sonrasında
uyarı sesi duyulacaktır. Sesli ikazın devreye girme süresi değişecektir. Eğer süreyi eski
haline ayarlamak isterseniz, tekrar aynı düğmeye 1-2 saniye süreyle basılı tutunuz.
Lift up the battery without disconnecting its cable as in the figure and
press 1-2 seconds onto the button indicated with an arrow by using a
fine-tipped object (such as pen point). Then you will hear an alert
sound. Sound alert running-up time will change. If you want to change
back the time, press 1-2 second again on the button.

Süreyi değiştirdikten sonra, pili yuvasına kablosu sıkışmayacak
şekilde yerleştiriniz, pil kapağını yerine takıp vidasını sıkınız.
After you changed the time, insert the battery in its compartment
without compressing the cable; insert the battery cover and tighten
its screw.
