Reinforcements, Manufacturing process of the composites, Manufacturing process of
the composites, Cermets and Intermetallic materials. Super alloys Single crystals,
Oxides Plastic Materials, Welding of plastic materials, CVD coated ceramics, Solgels, Functionally graded materials, multilayer coatings, Toll steels
The class meets for a 3 hour lecture a week. The problems are solved as the course
progresses and emphasis is placed on the solution of engineering problems. The
students are given homeworks.
