Working Principle
Reverse flame combustion principle is applied in this type of boilers in
order to produce superheated water without boiling and evaporating of
water under high pressure.
Perfect combustion of fuel particles, which could not burn completely
in first pass, is achieved by reversing them onto flame, hence
secondary combustion mechanism applied. Perfect combustion
provides advantage of high efficiency and low emissions.
Flue gas turbulators inside the tubes help to achieve this feature. Boiler
accessories provide safe operation at high pressure. High pressure
switch, low pressure switch, and differential pressure switches are
indispensable features of safe operation.
Çalýþma Prensibi
Yüksek basýnç altýnda kýzgýn su üretiminde kullanýlacak olan bu
kazanlarýda alev geri dönüþlü yanma prensibi uygulanmaktadýr. Bu
prensipte ilk çekiþte tam yanmayan yakýt partikülleri tekrar alev üzerine
dönerek ikincil bir yanmaya tabi tutulur ve böylece tam yanma saðlanýr.
Tam yanma yüksek randýman ve düþük baca gazý emisyonu avantajý
saðlar.
Duman borularý üzerinde bulunan özel türbülatör de buna yardýmcý olur.
Kazan üzerindeki armatürler, kazanýn yüksek basýnçta emniyetli bir
þekilde çalýþmasýný saðlar. Yüksek basýnç ve alçak basýnç prezostadý ile
fark basýnç prezostadý emniyetli çalýþmanýn vazgeçilmez birer
unsurlarýdýr.
