Competition Rules and Technical Information
FITA Regulations which have been in force since 01 January 2005 and the
Black Sea Games Statute are valid in the Black Sea Games Archery
Competitions.
According to the Black Sea Games Statute, Archery events will be held
with at least the participation of 6 countries.

Any problem which is not mentioned here shall be dealt with as follows:
- Black Sea Games Statute shall be valid in general issues
- FITA Regulations shall be valid in technical issues
4.1. Participation
In Archery, Boys and Girls born in 1989-1990-1991-1992 shall be allowed
to participate in the Games
4.2. Competition Rules
Athletes shall bring their own archery equipment and suits.
4.3. Competition Management
4.3.1. International Technical Delegate
Events will be held under the supervision of the Technical Delegate
assigned by International Federation.
4.3.2. Technical Board
Turkish Archery Federation is responsible for all the technical preparations
and arrangements regarding the Archery events in the Games
4.4. Technical Information
In the competitions, a training plate of 122 cm shall be used and in
qualifications points shall be according to the FITA Regulations.
LED Screen shall be used in finals.
4.5. Drawing of Lots
Back numbers and targeting allocations shall be fixed in Team leaders
Meeting.
4.5. Scoring System
In classification, qualification and finals, scoring shall be according to FITA
Rules. In finals on 06-07 July 2007, a LED screen table shall be used.
Results shall be announced in the official web page of the Games upon the
finals of each competition and also be delivered to participating countries
as hard copies.

7.
Entries and Technical Meetings
7.1 Entries
Entries to the First Black Sea Games shall be done in four steps as
follows:
7.1.1. Pre - entries
First entry forms were received from the related countries on 19 January
2007.
7.1.2. Entries by number
Second entry forms will be received on 09 March 2007.
7.1.3. Entries by number and name ( Final entries )
In Final entry forms, the countries shall inform both their numbers and
names of the participants by 08 June 2007.
7.1.4. Entry confirmation
Entry confirmation shall be done during the technical meeting of each
sport.
7.2. Technical Meetings
The Team Leaders Meeting for archery competitions shall be held on 04
July 2007 in Akçaabat Fatih Stadium. Team Leaders and coaches shall
participate in the Meeting.
Back numbers and target allocation shall be defined in Team Leaders
Meeting.
8.
Jury of Referees
FITA shall designate 2 referees for the competitions. Shooting director and
other referees shall be designated by the organising country. Each
participating country shall designate one referee.
Competition Jury shall be defined as 3 people in the Team Leaders
meeting.

9.
Arbitration and Protests
FITA Regulations and Black Sea Games Statute are valid in the Black Sea
Games Archery Competitions.
10.
Anti-doping
During the Games, doping tests shall be carried out randomly. Moreover,
blood and EPO analysis shall be done.
11. Medical Services
Necessary medical services shall be supplied at the following venues
during the Games:

2. At the training venues
3. At the Games Village
12.
Prize Ceremony
The prize ceremony shall take place at the end of the final in the competition
Stadium.
