The developed countries, having started to
make effective use of bims, aware of the
advantages of pumice components, reached to
their investment targets immediately, they
evaluated their times and labour productivity
to the new investments.

Nevflehir'deki 15.000 m2 kapal›, 270.000 m2
aç›k alanda Alman MASA teknolojisi ile
donat›lm›fl üretim tesislerinde kusursuz yap›
elemanlar› üretimini, ülkemizde sektöründe ilk
olarak sahip oldu¤u avrupa uyum yasalar›
çerçevesinde al›nm›fl olunan CE ve TSE
belgeleri ve yine üretimden sevkiyat›na kadar
ISO 9001:2000 kalite kontrol sistemlerince
denetlendi¤i, deneyimli kadrosuyla ve her
aflamada bilgisayar destekli fabrikam›zda
bimsten mamül hafif yap› elemanlar› üretim
faaliyetlerine devam etmektedir.
BLOKBIMS Co Inc, which is aware of this
fact, is maintaining its activites of production
of lightweight building components made of
pumice, in a closed area of 15.000 m2 and an
open area by 270.000 m2 in Nevflehir, in the
production plants equipped by German MASA
technology and in our factory supported by
computer-aid at every stage to produce
excellent building components free of faults
with its experienced staff and CE and TSE
certificates obtained for the first time in its
sector in our country within frame of the
European harmonization laws and regulations
and also by being subject to supervision of
quality control systems of ISO 9001:2000 from
production phase to shipping phase.

Duvar Örülmesi
Wall Applications
1) Duvar uygulamasına başlamadan önce zemin düzgün ve terazisinde olmalıdır.
Bunun için temizlenip süpürülen zemin üzerine çimento takviyeli harç ile bir tesviye
tabakası uygulanır.
The floor on which the wall will be applied must be exactly clean and smooth.
Cement added plaster is applied as one layer on the clean and swept floor.
2) Her köşeye geçici olarak birer BLOKBİMS blok yerleştirilerek mastar ipi
çekilir.
BLOKBIMS Bims Block is placed temporarily in every corner and then the pattern
cord is taken up.
3) Teraziye alınan zemin üzerine, BLOKBİMS Blokların yerleştirmesine bir
köşeden başlanarak ilk sıra örülür.
The first layer of the wall is applied on the balanced floor through placing
BLOKBIMS Bims Blocks beginning from one corner of the floor.
4) Duvar uygulamasında harç cepli ürünler kullanılıyorsa dikey derzlere harç
konulmalı ve dikeyde ara derz boşluğu bırakılmamalıdır.
If products with cement mixture will be used at the wall application, plaster should
be filled in the vertical groutings and there should not be left any empty space at
the vertical side of the grouting.
5) Geçmeli duvar bloklarında düşey derze harç konulmaz.
While applying telescopic wall blocks, plaster should not be applied in the,
vertical grouting.
6) BLOKBİMS duvar bloğu yerine yerleştirildikten sonra lastik tokmak ile hafif
darbelerle düzeltilmeli, yandaki bloğa yanaştırıp teraziye alınmalıdır.
After BLOKBIMS wall blocks are placed in the spaces of the floor, they should be
fixed by softly pinching the wall and balanced as drawn to the next block.
7) Bloklar üzerine harç uygulanarak yatay bağlantı derzi oluşturulur. Derz
kalınlığı maksimum 7-10 mm kadar olmalıdır.
Horizontal connection grouting is formed with plaster application on the blocks.
The highest grouting thickness size should range between 7-10 mm
8) Duvar örümünde blokların birbiri üzerine bindirme payı bloğun 1/2 oranında
olmalıdır.
During the wall application process, it is essential that overlapping rate of the blocks
should correspond to the ratio of 1/2 the block.
9) Gerektiğinde bloklar spralle kesilerek daha küçük ölçülerde kullanılabilir.
Blocks can also be used at smaller sizes being cut with spirals.
10) Duvar ile kolon arasında kesinlikle boşluk bırakılmamalı harç ile doldurulmalıdır.
There should not be left any space between the wall and column, it should be
certainly
filled with plaster.
11) Duvar ile kiriş bağlantısında, duvarın üst yüzeyi ile kiriş arasında 1-2 cm boşluk
bırakılmalı her iki duvar yüzeyinden bu kısımda kamalama yapılmalıdır. Oluşturulan
bu boşluklar poliüretan köpük veya harç ile doldurulmalıdır.
1-2 cm space should be left both between the upper surface of the wall and the
girder
on the wall and between the wall and girder connection. Furthermore, this part
should
be stabbed beginning from both of the two wall surfaces. These remaining spaces
should be filled with polyurethane foam or plaster.

yer almaktad›r. Toplam 12 hanelik yap›larda tafl›y›c› olarak kullan›lan
bu malzemede herhangi bir hasar gözlenmemifltir.
Sonuç
Bilindi¤i gibi depremde dayan›kl› yap› tan›m›nda 7.4 büyüklü¤ündeki
bir depremde yap›n›n s›va ve duvarlar›nda çatlama ve a¤›r hasar
normal karfl›lanmaktad›r. Buna karfl›l›k depremin etki etti¤i bölgelerde
yer alan ve yukar›da tan›mlanan yap›lardaki duvarlarda, çatlaman›n
görülmemesi, BLOKB‹MS ile yap›lan duvarlar›n deprem karfl›s›nda
performans›n›n yüksek oldu¤u sonucunu vermektedir. Ayr›ca
yap›larda s›va çatla¤›n›n dahi bulunmamas›, BLOKB‹MS’in s›va tutma
yetene¤i ve penetrasyonunun yüksek olmas›ndand›r.
