Dream Villa 4 is one of a collection of 5 detached villas set in an elevated position above Kalkan Bay with
breathtaking views over the whole of Kalkan out towards Mouse + Snake Islands.
The Villa has been finished to a very high standard in a contemporary style and each has a large infinity-edged
pool.
This Villa features a games room plus an indoor poor, as well the out door one. Each villa has a spacious open plan
living / kitchen / dining area on the ground floor which has direct access to the pool terrace.
The kitchen equipped with appliances such as oven, hob + extractor, dishwasher and large American-style fridgefreezer.
The living area is comfortably furnished and has floor to ceiling windows to make the most of the stunning views. A
large flat-screen TV and a DVD player are provided. The dining table seats 8.
The centre of Kalkan is an approximate 10 - 15 minute walk - this is downhill all the way, therefore, it's uphill on the
way back so taxi's home are advised.

Very large games room with indoor pool, Jacuzzi, seating area, two shower rooms, table tennis, pool table, gym
equipment (treadmill, exercise bike). Access to a lower garden and steps to the road.
Outdoor Pool:
The pool dimensions are approximately 6.50 metres x 4.90 metres (1.60 metres deep).
