Elde edilen bulgular sonucunda, cinsiyet, ya~,kldem,haftailk ders yOkO degi~kenine gore ogretmenler araslnda lemel ogretim becerilerine sahip olma aylslndan bir larkililk bulunmaml~llr (p>0,05).SONUY: Ogrelmenlerin yakla~lk %90'1 lemel ogrelim becerileri sergilerken, %10 'u ozellikle ye~illi ogrelim slratejileri, yontem ve lekniklerden haberdar degildir. METHODOLOGY: The investigation is descriptive study. The teachers basis instruction abilities her public survey has been developed. It includes the public survey's dimensions attitudes and an organization communication and careful attention, feedback, shapely, summarize and do ask a question and go over repeatedly and education approaches election. The information about ability to study was gathered through a questionnaire, developed by researchers, which consists of 46 questions of the type five likert. Data were analyzed using percentage, "t" and "f" test statistical techniques.RESUL TS: A total 80 person has joined (%57,7 female, %42,5 male) in this study subjects average age are 41. CONCLUSION: While the teachers approximately % 90 main education ability exhibitions, % 10 is not found education strategies and a method and about techniques knowledge various especial/y.
