ASSOCIATE AND UNDERGRADUATE
PROGRAMMES FOR INTERNATIONAL
STUDENTS
Akdeniz Üniversitesi Ön Lisans ve Lisans
Programlarına Uluslararası Öğrenci Seçme ve
Yerleştirme Yönergesinin 9 ve 10. Maddesi
doğrultusunda
üniversitemiz
tarafından
gerçekleştirilecek tercih alımları ile tercihlerin
değerlendirmesi ve yerleştirilmesi işlemlerinde
uygulanacak genel ilkeler aşağıdaki gibidir:
Acceptance and Assessment of The Preference and
Placement General Procedures operated by Akdeniz
University in accordance with Articles 9 and 10 of the
Directive on the Selection and Placement of
International Students on Associate Degree and
Undergraduate Programmes are detailed below:
Tercih İşlemleri
1. Adaylar, Akdeniz Üniversitesi resmi internet
sayfasında duyurulan tarihlerde (21 Mayıs - 12
Haziran 2016) tercih yaparlar. Belirtilen tarihler
içinde tercih yapmayan adayların yerleştirme
işlemleri yapılmaz.
Preference Procedures
1. Candidates must complete the preference procedures
between May 21st and June 12th 2016, as explained
on the Akdeniz University official website. If the
procedures are not completed between the specified
dates, no place will be allocated to the candidate on
any academic programme.
2. Adaylar tercih işlemlerini AKUS başvuru
sayfasından
(https://bys.akdeniz.edu.tr/akus/)
kullanıcı adı ve şifreleri ile online olarak
yapacaklardır.
2. Candidates must select the programmes which they
prefer to study by logging-on to the AKUS online
application
system
(https://bys.akdeniz.edu.tr/akus/?lang=en) using their
usernames and passwords.
3. Adaylar Tablo 1, Tablo 2 ve Tablo 3’te yer alan
programlardan en fazla 10 (on) diploma programı
tercih edebilirler.
3. Candidates can apply for a maximum of 10 (ten)
diploma programmes listed in the Table 1, Table 2
and Table 3.
4. Lisans düzeyinde eğitim veren fakülte ve
yüksekokulların bölüm ve programlarına Temel
Öğrenme Becerileri Testinden en az 50 alan aday
tercih yapma hakkına sahiptir.
4. Candidates who have achieved a minimum score of
50 in the Basic Learning Skills Test may be eligible
to select a preferred faculty or school which provides
undergraduate degree diploma programmes.
5. Ön lisans düzeyinde eğitim veren Meslek
Yüksekokullarının bölüm ve programlarına Temel
Öğrenme Becerileri Testinden en az 30 alan aday
tercih yapma hakkına sahiptir.
5. Candidates who have achieved a minimum score of
30 in the Basic Learning Skills Test may be eligible
to select a preferred vocational school which
provides associate degree diploma programmes.
6. Özel Yetenek Sınavı ile öğrenci kabul eden diploma
programlarına Temel Öğrenme Becerileri Testinden
en az 50 alan aday tercih yapma hakkına sahiptir.
6. Candidates who have achieved a minimum score of
50 in the Basic Learning Skills Test may be eligible
to select a preferred diploma programme which
requires participation in a Special Talent
Examination.
7. 30’un altında puan alan adayların tercih hakkı
bulunmamaktadır.
7. Candidates who have achieved less than 30 cannot
take part in Preference Process.
Tercihlerin Değerlendirilmesi ve Yerleştirme
Assessment of Preferences and Placement Procedures
1. Başvuruların değerlendirilmesi ve adayların
yerleştirilmesi üniversite tarafından yapılır.
1. Assessment of applications and replacement
candidates will be carried out by Akdeniz University.
2. Yerleştirmede sadece Temel Öğrenme Becerileri
Testi sonucu esas alınır.
2. Basic Learning Skills Test results are only taken into
consideration during the Placement Process.
3. Tercihleri değerlendirilecek adaylar, başvurulan
programların kontenjan sayısına göre, tercih sırası
dikkate alınarak AKUS sonucunun büyükten küçüğe
doğru sıralanmasıyla belirlenir. Değerlendirmede
eşitlik olması halinde adayların diploma notu
dikkate alınır. Diploma notunun da eşit olması
durumunda yaşı küçük olan aday için yerleştirme
yapılır.
3. Candidates will be selected by grading the AKUS
Examination results from the highest to the lowest in
accordance with the published quotas and the order
of their preferences. If there are any candidates with
equal results on the list, the higher diploma grade
will be taken into consideration. In cases where the
diploma grades are equal, the youngest candidate
will be placed according to his/her preference.
4. Özel yetenek sınavı ile öğrenci alan programlar için
tercihte
bulunan
adayların
başvurularının
değerlendirilmesi ve yerleştirme işlemleri ilgili
birimlerin özel yetenek sınavı yönergelerindeki
ölçütlere göre AKUS’ tan alınan puan, özel yetenek
sınavı puanı ve tercih sırası esas alınarak belirlenir.
4. Regarding programmes which require candidates to
participate in a special talent examination;
applications will be assessed according to the criteria
which are listed in the directives of the programme
concerned. Results from the AKUS examination, and
the results of a special talent examination will be
taken into consideration, as well as the order of
preference which was submitted by the candidate.
5. Tercih sırası eklediğiniz program sırasına göre
oluşacaktır.
5. Your order of preference will be determined by the
order in which you add your preferences.
6. Adayların AKUS sonucuna göre yerleştirme
işlemleri tamamlandıktan sonra boş kalan
kontenjanlara Akdeniz Üniversitesi resmi internet
sayfasında duyurulan tarihlerde ek yerleştirme
yapılır.
6. After the placement process has been completed in
accordance with the AKUS Examination Results,
additional placement procedures for the remaining
places in the quotas will be carried out for candidates
who have not already been placed on any diploma
programme.
7. Ek yerleştirme sonucunda boş kalan kontenjanlar
için yeniden yerleştirme yapılmaz.
7. The additional placement process will be carried out
once only, and no further places will be allocated
within the published quotas.
8. Özel Yetenek Sınavı ile öğrenci alan programlar için
ek yerleştirme yapılmaz.
8. The additional placement process will not be carried
out for programmes which require participation in a
special talent examination.
9. Başvuru koşullarını sağlayan ve tercih yapmış olan
adaylar bir programa yerleştirilmiş sayılmaz.
9. Candidates who meet the published application
requirements, and who have taken part in the
preference process, are not guaranteed to be given a
place on a diploma programme due to other factors
being taken into consideration.
10. Akdeniz Üniversitesi Ön Lisans ve Lisans
Programlarına Uluslararası Öğrenci Seçme ve
Yerleştirme Yönergesinin 7. Maddesi 1. bendinde
belirtilen başvuru koşullarını taşımayan adayların
tercihleri değerlendirmeye alınmaz.
10. Applications will not be assessed if the candidate
does not meet the requirements set out in Article 7/1
of the Directive on the Selection and Placement of
International Students on Associate Degree and
Undergraduate Programmes.

program is compulsory. The duration of the
preparatory program is not included in the
total number of years of study required for
graduation shown in the columns for education
period. The students who are successful in the
English exemption test can directly begin the
