FIAP kurallarına ve düzenlemelerine göre gerçekleştirilecek olan
uluslararası fotoğraf yarışmamıza tüm fotoğraf severler katılabilirler.
Organizasyon:
“Orhan Holding 12. Uluslararası Fotoğraf Yarışması”, Orhan Holding
tarafından düzenlenmektedir ve yürütücülüğü de Orhan Holding
tarafından gerçekleştirilecektir.
Yarışma Kategori ve Bölümleri:
Yarışma Sayısal (dijital) kategoride ve üç bölümde gerçekleşecektir.
1- Sayısal: Siyah-Beyaz (Serbest)
2- Sayısal: Renkli (Serbest)
3- Sayısal: Renkli veya Siyah-Beyaz Deneysel (Serbest)

Bu yıl konumuz “SERBEST”tir.
INTERNATIONAL
PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST 2016
Katılım Koşulları:
• Yarışmaya katılım ücretlidir.
• Her dalda en çok 4 (dört) fotoğraf ile katılınabilir.
• Yarışma seçici kurul üyeleri, yarışma sekreteryası görevlileri, TFSF
temsilcisi ile birinci dereceden akrabaları dışında, dünyanın her
yanından tüm profesyonel ve amatör fotoğrafçılara açıktır.
• Katılımcılar gönderdikleri fotoğrafların telif haklarına sahip
olmalıdırlar. Fotoğraflarını göndermekle bu haklarını teyit etmiş
sayılırlar.
• Katılımcı, yarışmaya gönderdiği eserin tümüyle kendisine ait olduğunu
ve tüm izinlerinin alındığını kabul, beyan ve taahhüt eder. Ödül alan
katılımcılardan bu beyan ve kabulleri dışında hareket ettiği anlaşılanlara
kural ihlali işlemi uygulanır.
• Yarışmaya gönderdiği fotoğraf üzerinde, yapıt kendisine ait olmadığı
halde kendisininmiş gibi göstermeye ve değerlendirme kurulunu
yanıltmaya yönelik her türlü müdahale ve değişiklikleri yapan
katılımcılara kural ihlali işlemi uygulanır.
• Kural ihlali yapan kişilere “TFSF U/UA Yarışma Düzenleme
Standartları Yönergesi”nin 13.Maddesi’ndeki yaptırımlar uygulanır. Ödül
iptal edilir ve yeri boş bırakılır. Ödül alan katılımcılardan bu beyan ve
kabulleri dışında hareket ettiği anlaşılanlardan elde ettikleri ödül, unvan
ve her türlü kazanımları geri alınır. Ödül verilmişse, ödül sahibinin ödülü
iade etmesi gerekir. Bu iptal durumu, diğer ödül almış ve/veya alamamış
yarışmacılara talep hakkı doğurmaz.
• Haklarında yukarıda açıklanan gerekçelerle TFSF tarafından verilmiş
kısıtlılık kararı devam eden veya FIAP kırmızı listesinde yer alan
katılımcılar bu yarışmaya katılamazlar.
• Düzenleme Kurulu FIAP kırmızı listesi ile TFSF kısıtlamalılar
listesinde yer alan katılımcıları yarışma öncesinde denetleyip yarışma
dışında bırakmakla yükümlüdür.
• FIAP patronajlı bir yarışmaya katılmakla yarışmacı, FIAP üyesi olsun
veya olmasın, yarışmaya gönderdiği fotoğrafların gerek duyulduğu
takdirde FIAP kural ve tanımlarına uygunluğunun tespit edilebileceğini
önceden kabul etmiş sayılır. FIAP elindeki bütün imkân ve teknikleri
kullanarak bu araştırmayı yapabilir. Katılımcının kendisinden istenen
gerekli bilgileri sunmaması, fotoğraf makinesi ile çekilen orijinal dosyayı
vermemesi veya problemin çözümüne yönelik FIAP ile işbirliğine
girmemesi durumunda katılımcı, kural ihlali yaptığı gerekçesi ile FIAP
tarafından yasaklanır ve ismi her şekilde teşhir edilir. Yarışmaya
gönderilen fotoğrafların EXIF verilerinin muhtemel soruşturmaları
kolaylaştırmak için bozulmamış olarak tutulması tavsiye edilmektedir (*).
• Orhan Holding, gerekli gördüğü durumda katılımcılardan fotoğrafların
asıl dosyalarını isteyebilir.
• Katılımcılar yarışma sonuçlarından e-posta yoluyla haberdar
edilecektir.
• Fotoğrafların yükleme, değiştirme silinme ve kategorize edilmesi
sırasında ortaya çıkabilecek olası sorunlardan TFSF sorumlu
olmayacaktır.
• Şartnamede belirtilmeyen durumlar için TFSF U/UA Yarışma
Düzenleme Standartları Yönergesi ile Düzenleme Kurulu ve TFSF YK’nin
kararları geçerli olacaktır.
Yayın ve Telif (Kullanım) Hakkı:
• Ödül ve sergileme alan fotoğraflar Orhan Holding arşivinde
saklanacaktır. Bu fotoğraflar sahiplerinin isimleri belirtilmek kaydı ile
her türlü tanıtım amaçlı kullanım hakkına sahip olunacak ve ayrıca bir
telif ücreti ödenmeyecektir.
• Yarışmaya katılan yarışmacılar, ödül ve sergileme alan fotoğraflarının
Orhan Holding tarafından sergi ve kataloglarda kullanılmasını kabul
ederler.
• Gönderilen fotoğrafların tamamı yarışmacı tarafından çekilmiş
olmalıdır. Başkasına ait görüntülerin olduğu gibi veya kısmen
kullanılması durumunda ortaya çıkabilecek telif hakkı ihlallerinin tüm
hukuki sorumluluğu katılımcıya aittir.
• Yarışmaya gönderilen fotoğraflarda görünebilecek insanların,
fotoğrafının çekilmesine ve bir yarışmaya gönderilmesine, fotoğrafın
internette ve basılı yayın organlarında yayınlanmasına izin verdikleri
kabul edilir. Söz konusu kullanımlardan dolayı ortaya çıkabilecek
anlaşmazlıkların tüm sorumluluğu yarışmacıya aittir.
• Eser gönderenler gönderdikleri eserlere ilişkin gereken izinlerin
kendileri tarafından alınmış olduğunu, doğabilecek anlaşmazlıklarda
tüm sorumluluğun kendilerine ait olduğunu beyan ve taahhüt
etmektedirler. Bu konuda oluşabilecek anlaşmazlıklarda Orhan Holding
sorumlu olmayacaktır.
• Ödül alanların ödül törenine katılamamaları durumunda, ödülleri
adreslerine gönderilecektir. Gönderilen ödüllerin postada zarar görmesi
halinde Orhan Holding sorumluluk taşımayacaktır.
• Yarışma sonrasında, ödül alan ve sergilemeye değer görülen
fotoğrafların yer aldığı bir sayısal albüm hazırlanacak ve Aralık 2016’dan
itibaren http://ipc.orhanholding.com , www.orhanholding.com internet
sitesinden indirilmeye hazır tutulacaktır.
• Yarışmada ödül alan ve sergilenmeye değer görülen fotoğraflar,
http://ipc.orhanholding.com , www.orhanholding.com internet sitesinde
yayınlanacak ve belirlenecek olan alanlarda sergilenecektir. Ayrıca
Yarışmada ödül, mansiyon ve özel ödül alan fotoğraflar
http://www.tfsf.org.tr web sitesi ile TFSF’nin sosyal medya (Facebook,
instagram, twitter vb) hesaplarında yayınlanacak ve TFSF yayını Almanak
2016’da kurumumuza ayrılan sayfalarda yer alacaktır.
• Yarışmaya http://ipc.orhanholding.com web sayfasına üye olarak
fotoğraf yükleyen yarışmacılar, belirtilen tüm hususları kabul etmiş
sayılacaklardır.
Yarımamıza katılım:
Katılımlar http://ipc.orhanholding.com web sitesi üzerinden olacaktır
ve yalnızca bu adresten gönderilen fotoğraflar değerlendirmeye
alınacaktır.
• Fotoğrafların uzun kenarı minimum 2500 piksel olmalıdır.
• Fotoğrafların çözünürlüğü minimum 240 dpi olmalıdır.
• Fotoğraflar paspartusuz ve kenar boşluksuz olmalıdır. Fotoğraf
üzerinde katılımcıya ait isim, imza, logo ve tarih vb bilgiler
olmamalıdır.
• Yarışmaya gönderilen her fotoğraf isimlendirilecektir.
• Fotoğraflar jpg/jpeg dosya formatında gönderilmelidir.
Yarışma sonrasında tüm katılımcılara katalog, CD formatında
gönderilecektir. Teslimatta sorun yaşanmaması için iletişim bilgilerinizi
eksiksiz doldurmalısınız.
Kayıt ve foto¤raf yükleme adımları:
• Açılış sayfasındaki “Kayıt” bağlantısıyla ekrana gelecek olan form
doldurulmalı ve sonrasında [email protected] adresinden
e-postanıza gelen kayıt linkini kullanarak kayıt işlemi
tamamlanmalıdır.
• Son katılım tarihine kadar belirlediğiniz kullanıcı adı ve parola ile
kişisel katılımcı sayfanıza girerek, fotoğraf yükleme, değiştirme, silme
ve yarışma katılım ücreti ödeme işlemlerini yapabilirsiniz.
Katılım ücreti ödeme adımları:
• Yarışmaya katılım ücreti 20 TRY / 15 USD / 10 EUR olarak
belirlenmiştir.
• Web sitemizin “Ödeme Sayfası”nda “Orhan Eğitim ve Kültür Vakfı”
koşul ve talimatlarını sayfamızdan görebilirsiniz.
• Ödemeler, Orhan Eğitim ve Kültür Vakfı’na bağış olarak alınacaktır.
• Son katılım tarihine kadar “katılım ücretini” ödemeyen
katılımcıların fotoğrafları yarışmada değerlendirmeye
alınmayacaktır.
• Ödemeler sırasında oluşabilecek aksaklıklardan Orhan Holding
sorumlu değildir.
Ödüller (Her kategori için):
• FIAP Altın, Gümüş, Bronz Madalyaları,
• FIAP Mansiyonları plaket (4 adet),
• Orhan Holding Özel Ödülü plaket,
• Sergileme (Her bir kategori için en fazla 11 eser seçilebilir).
• FIAP En İyi Fotoğrafçı Ödülü plaket (Toplamda en fazla sergileme
ve ödül alan katılımcıya verilecektir).

All photography lovers can participate in our international photo contest,
which will be held according to rules and regulations of FIAP.
Organization:
"Orhan Holding 12th International Photo Contest" is organized by Orhan
Holding, and it will also be run by Orhan Holding.
Contest Categories and Sections:
The contest will be in the digital category and have three sections.
1- Digital: Monochrome (Open);
2- Digital: Color (Open);
3- Digital: Color or Monochrome Experimental (Open).
Theme:
This year the photo contest has an open theme.
Conditions of Participation :
• There is an entry fee for the contest.
• For each section, a maximum of 4 (four) photos can be submitted.
• The contest is open to all professional and amateur photographers
from anywhere in the world. The only exceptions is that selection
committee members, contest secretariat officials, and first degree
relatives of the TFSF representative cannot participate in the contest.
• Participants must be the original copyright holder of the photo that
they submit. By submitting their photos, they are considered to have
affirmed their rights.
• The participants declare and affirm that they are the sole owner of the
photo(s) that they submit, and that all permissions concerning to the
photo are granted. If a prize winner is discovered to have violated these
conditions, they are subject to the rule violation process.
• Participants that represent a photo as theirs when it is not owned by
them, or act in any other way with the intention to deceive the selection
committee are subject to the rule violation process.
• Participants who violate the rules are subject to the sanctions stated
in Article 13 of "TFSF U/UA Contest Organization Standards Guideline".
The prize is cancelled and a new winner is not selected. Prizes, titles
and any other benefits of contest winners who are discovered to have
acted in violation of their declarations and affirmations hereby are
revoked. If a prize was given, the prize winner is required to return it.
This cancellation does not give other prize winners or contestants any
rights to claim the prize in question.
• Participants that were banned from the contest by TFSF due to the
reasons explained above and whose ban is still in effect, and people on
the FIAP red list, cannot participate in the contest.
• Checking the FIAP red list and TSFS banned list, and ensuring that
those on the lists do not participate in the contest is the responsibility of
the selection committee.
• Participants agree to their photos getting inspected if necessary
according to FIAP rules and declarations by submitting their photos to a
contest under the patronage of FIAP, regardless of whether they are a
FIAP member or not. FIAP may use all the resources and techniques
available to them to perform this inspection. The participants may be
banned by FIAP and their names may be disclosed if they do not present
the information asked of them, do not provide the original file of the
photo taken by the camera, or do not cooperate with FIAP for the
resolution of an issue, as they will be considered to be in violation of the
rules. It is recommended that EXIF data of the submitted photos are kept
intact in the case an investigation occurs. (*)
• Orhan Holding may ask for the original file of the photos if deemed
necessary.
• The participants will be notified about the contest results via email.
• TFSF cannot be held responsible for potential problems that may
occur due to downloading, changing, deletion or categorization of the
photos.
• For situations not listed in these specifications, TFSF U/UA Contest
Organization Standards Guideline and Selection Committee and TFSF
YK decisions will apply.
Publication rights and Copyright (Right of Use):
• Winning photos and photos selected for the exhibit will be stored in
the Orhan Holding archive. As long as the owner is credited properly, the
photos may be used for any and all promotion purposes, and the owners
will not receive a payment for copyright.
• Photographers participating in the contest agree that winning photos
and photos selected for the exhibit may be used by Orhan Holding in
exhibits and catalogues.
• All photos submitted by the participant must be taken by the
participant. The participant is legally responsible for any copyright
violation that may arise due to inclusion of somebody else's whole or
partial image in the photo.
• It is assumed that people in the photos submitted to the contest have
agreed to having their photo taken and having this photo sent to a
contest, and this photo being published on the internet and/or printed
publications. The participant is responsible from any disputes as a result
of from the aforementioned uses of the submitted photo.
• Participants that submit a photo declare and affirm that they have
gotten all the necessary permissions regarding the photo and that they
will be held responsible for any conflicts that may arise due to an issue
concerning permissions. Orhan Holding shall not be liable regarding any
disputes because of the aforementioned issues.
• In the case that prize winners do not attend the award ceremony, their
prizes will be sent to their home address. Orhan Holding cannot be held
responsible for damages to the prize during shipping.
• Following the contest, a digital album will be prepared that contains
the winning photos and the photos selected for the exhibit, and this
album will be ready for download beginning December 2016 from the
website http://ipc.orhanholding.com , www.orhanholding.com .
• Winning photos and the photos selected for the exhibit will be
published on the website http://ipc.orhanholding.com ,
www.orhanholding.com , and will be displayed in places to be
determined. Moreover, the photos that receive a prize, honorable
mention, or special awards will be publlished on the website
http://www.tfsf.org.tr and TFSF's social media accounts (Facebook,
instagram, twitter) as well as being featured in the TFSF publication
Almanak 2016 on the pages reserved for our establishment.
• The participants that register on the website
http://ipc.orhanholding.com and upload a photo have agreed to the
these rules.
Participating in our contest:
Participation is only accepted through the website
http://ipc.orhanholding.com, and only the photos uploaded to the
website will be considered for the contest.
• The long side of a photo must be a minimum of 2500 pixels.
• Resolution of the image must be a minimum of 240 dpi.
• Photos must be submitted without a passe-partout, and they must not
have borders or other space between the image and the edges (only the
image must be sent). The photo must not feature the participant's name,
signature, logo or the date.
• All photos submitted to the contest will be given a name.
• The photos must be submitted in jpg/jpeg file format.
After the contest ends, all participants will receive a catalogue of the
photos in a CD format. You must enter your contact information fully and
correctly to prevent problems during shipping.
Registration and photo upload steps:
• Please click on "Registration" link on the home page of the website
and fill out the form. Afterwards, please complete the registration by
clicking on the confirmation link sent to your email address from the
email address [email protected].
• You can access your personal participant page with the username and
password you determined during the registration process to upload,
change, and delete photos, and pay the contest entry fee until the entry
deadline.
Entry fee payment steps:
• Contest entry fee is 20 TRY / 15 USD / 10 EUR.
• Bank account numbers of Orhan Eğitim ve Kültür Vakfı (Orhand
Education and Culture Foundation) are listed on the "Payment" page of
our website.
• When depositing the entry fee to the bank account number, please put
down your full name as the explanation/memo.
• The fee payments are accepted as a donation to Orhan Eğitim ve
Kültür Vakfı.
• The photos of the participants that fail to pay the entry fee until the
deadline will not be considered for the contest.
• Orhan Holding is not liable for any problems or delays that may
occur during payment process.

Exhibit (a maximum of 11 photos may be selected for each category).
