The fast enterprise adoption
of tablets is a strong tail wind
for our business. Apple's iPad
was the initial spark of this
mega trend. SignDoc Mobile
is very popular among
professional iPad users and
attracts broad media
attention: Recently ZDNet
Asia portrayed SOFTPRO ESigning as a major feature of
AIA’s iPOS – System.
Now there are some new kids

and Finland.

participants from 17 countries and 22

Both the Samsung Galaxy Note II and
Galaxy Note 10.1 Tablet are major
milestones in signature capturing on
Android devices: Their S-Pen stylus
and digitizer leverages Wacom's
electromagnetic-resonance technology
to deliver 1,024 pressure levels.

S-Pen is used within SignDoc Mobile

SignDoc and SignPads enable an endto-end electronic process, even when
a signature is required. As a result of
their paper-free payment process,
Iowa Central:
• Eliminated the need to maintain a
separate credit card receipt;
• No longer stores, for up to seven
years, a paper copy of the signed
receipt;
• Maintains accurate student records.
The student’s file is automatically
populated, eliminating the need for
manual data entry.
Prior to adding E-Signing capabilities
to its E-Commerce system, Iowa
Central had a separate credit card
system. The college had to store
signed credit card receipts for up to
seven years, and staff would have to
manually enter transaction
information in the student’s account.

The vehicle registration authority of
the district of Rosenheim is one of the
busiest government agencies in the
German state of Bavaria. Every year
more than 100,000 documents are
created to manage the register of
motor vehicles.The authority approved
the use of end-to-end digital form
processing including electronic
signatures in 2010. Citizens can now
complete and sign electronic forms
using a DESKO Tablet Kiosk. SignDoc
was integrated in the municipal
software modules of AKDB.
