TOSÇELİK GRANÜL uses the best alloy content scrap that it
receives from the group companies in the low carbon steel shot
production.
TOSÇELİK GRANÜL, grup şirketlerinden aldığı en uygun alaşımları
içeren hurdaları çelik bilye üretiminde değerlendirmektedir.
This assures stability in the quality of low carbon steel shots
which is higly dependent on the scrap content.
Low carbon steel shot features increased impact absorbing
capacity as the impact energy is distributed evenly on the shots.
In contrary to high carbon steel shot, low carbon steel shot
enjoys more life time as it does not feature micro cracks.
Structural properties of low carbon steel shot reaches increased
hardness and thus offers better cleaning performance during
usage.
+ LOW CARBON STEEL SHOT
Low Carbon Steel Shot is only produced using carefully selected
scraps with low carbon, low phosphor, and low sulphur content.
Since the production process does not require secondary heat
treatment, perfect shots of bainitic structure are produced
without cracks also resistant to impact and wear.
Low Carbon Steel Shots do not break into small pieces but on the
contrary they wear maintaining their spherical form during
usage.
Low Carbon Steel Shot has longer life time and thus less
consumed than high carbon steel shot (approx. 20%). Low carbon
steel shot not only assures longer life time » more blasting with
less media » less consumption of natural resources but also
means less energy cost, labor use and low amount of waste.
- HIGH CARBON STEEL SHOT
High Carbon Steel Shot is produced by any sort of scrap. It gets
rigid and brittle martensitic structure after the casting.
Secondary heat treatment that must be applied after the shots
are cast cause cracks on the surface of the shots.
Because of these cracks produced during the production, shots
are broken rapidly during blasting and start to have edges due to
rigidity. Consequently, high carbon shots damage blasting
machine parts easily and lead very high maintenance costs.
Bu durum, hurdaya büyük oranda bağlı olan düşük karbonlu çelik
bilye kalitesinde devamlılığı garanti altına almaktadır.
Düşük karbonlu çelik bilye yüksek darbe emme kapasitesine sahip
olup darbe enerjisi bilye üzerine eşit olarak dağılır.
Düşük karbonlu çelik bilye, yüksek karbonlu bilyenin aksine mikro
çatlak barındırmadığı için daha uzun ömürlüdür.
Yapısal özelliği nedeniyle düşük karbonlu çelik bilye kullanım
esnasında yüksek sertliğe ulaşır ve temizleme performansı artar.
+ DÜŞÜK KARBONLU ÇELİK BİLYE
Sadece düşük karbonlu, düşük fosforlu ve düşük oranda kükürt
içeren seçilmiş özel hurdalardan üretilir.
İkinci kez ısıl işlem uygulanmaması nedeniyle beynitik yapıya
sahip çatlak içermeyen, darbe ve aşınmaya dayanıklı mükemmel
taneler elde edilir.
Kumlama işlemi sırasında bilyeler kırılarak küçük parçalara
ayrılmazlar, her zaman küreselliklerini koruyarak aşınırlar.
Düşük karbonlu çelik bilye, yüksek karbonlu bilyeye göre daha uzun
ömürlü olması nedeniyle (yaklaşık %20 oranında) daha az tüketilir.
”Daha az bilye » daha çok iş » daha az doğal kaynak tüketimi”
anlamına gelen düşük karbonlu çelik bilye, diğer taraftan daha az
enerji sarfiyatı, işgücü kullanımı ve düşük seviyede atık miktarı
demektir.
- YÜKSEK KARBONLU ÇELİK BİLYE
Üretimlerinde her türlü hurda kullanılır. Döküm sonrası sert,
kırılgan martenzitik yapıya sahiptirler.
Döküm sonrası uygulanması zorunlu ikincil ısıl işlem bilye
yüzeyinde çatlaklara sebep olur.
Üretim sırasında oluşan çatlaklar nedeniyle taneler kısa sürede
sert ve köşeli parçalar halinde kırılırlar. Bu nedenle yüksek
karbonlu bilyeler kumlama makinesi parçalarını daha fazla
aşındırarak yüksek bakım maliyetlerine sebep olurlar.

Steel Shots are required to be in
spherical form as much as possible.
Extended or compound particles, tails,
hollows, broken pieces, slag and dirt
have to be at minimum level.
Çelik bilyeler mümkün olduğunca
