Please note that as of 5th of April 2016 all new Head Office/ Branch/ Branch Abroad/ Specific
Sales Activity (SA) applications should only be submitted via IATA customer portal at
www.iata.org/cs. In case that you are not a portal user (https://portal.iata.org/ISSP_Login)
you need to register and then use the dedicated service “IATA Accreditation”. Before
applying for a Branch Abroad in another country than your Head Office is located in,
please verify that the possibility of such is covered by local law and regulations of the
country you are seeking to operate in.

Instructions and special requirements in order to become an IATA
Accredited Agent:
Application Form submitted by authorized signatory on behalf of company
Agency Trading Licence (“Isletme Belgesi”) issued by the Ministry of Tourism, showing
the category A or B and type of trading
Commercial Registry Gazette (“Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi”) containing information on
foundation, former and present addresses, shareholders, shares and paid-up capital
Shareholder Portions Table (“Hazirun Cetveli”) for incorporated companies
Steering Committee Decision Records (“Yonetim Kurulu Karari”), for companies
having a status other than incorporated, showing shareholder portions
Year-end balance sheet (“bilanco”) stamped by the Turkish tax office and P&L account
(“kar / zarar hesabi)”.
Company’s certificate of registration (“Faaliyet Belgesi / Oda Sicil Kayıt Sureti”)
provided by the Chamber of Commerce within last 3 months.
Authorised Signature Identification (“Imza Sirkuleri”) of the agent
Bank Guarantee Letter, the level will be set after receipt of the application form
Letter of appointment or copy of the contract signed with the GDS

Photos of the interior and exterior of the Travel Agency location

TEMİNAT MEKTUBU TESLİMATI İÇİN İZLENMESİ GEREKEN PROSEDÜR:
1) Teminat mektubunun hazırlandığı bankanın Genel Müdürlüğü’nden bir teyid yazısı ile
birlikte teslim edilmesi gerekmektedir. Genel Müdürlük yerine ilgili şubeden hazırlanacak
teyid yazısında imzası bulunan yetkililerinin teminat mektubunu imzalayan yetkililerden
farklı olması gerekmektedir. Ayrıca gerek teminat mektubunu gerekse teyid yazısını
imzalayan tüm yetkililerin imza sirkülerinin birer kopyası ile birlikte teslim edilmesi
gerekmektedir.
2) Acentanız tarafından örnek metin ile teminat mektubu bire bir karşılaştırılarak kontrol
edilmelidir. Farklı metindeki teminat mektupları ve yukarıda istenen belgelerin eksik
olması durumunda kabul edilmeyecektir. Dolayısıyla zaman kaybını önlemek için bu
konuda gerekli duyarlılığın gösterilmesi gerekmektedir.
