Exemption Period for freetime count during end/new year, 2014-2015
Dear Valued Customer,
We would like to announce the exemption period for freetime count in Japanese ports
during end/new year 2014-2015. Please also note that vessel schedules might be changed,
and there are possibilities of gate closures during the period which will impact containers
gate in and out.
Exemption Period:
From 30th Dec 2014 to 04th Jan 2015

All days including Sat/Sun/National holidays and above mentioned period will be
counted for containers already out of freetime period.

Special exemption period is applicable to import demurrage, import detention, and
export detention. For export demurrage exceptions, please find below table for CY
open/cut and SI cut dates for each vessel and port pair.
