THE BS MOU SHIP WATCH LIST
The BS MOU Ship Watch List 2009, lists the ships detained frequently(more than 2 detentions),
during the period of 2007-2009. Listed ships will be under continuous watch of the PSCOs in
selecting ships for inspections and will be referred as “watch list member” on the Black Sea
Information System(BSIS). The list is in descending order of the number of times a ship was
detained in the BS MOU in the period under review. The factual information in this list (ship
name, Flag, Company) pertains to the situation at the time of last detention which took place
during the period of 2007-2009.
DISCLAIMER :
The list is derived from the inspection data submitted by the BS MOU member Authorities Bulgaria,
Georgia, Romania, the Russian Federation, Turkey and Ukraine. Although the utmost accuracy has
been observed in compiling data for this list, all responsibility is waived with regard to any
inaccuracies, since the published data are based on information recorded on board at the time of last
detention.
