GENEL KATALOG 10 General Catalogue 1 TANITMA INTRODUCTION Önceleri elektrik yüksek gerilim tesisatlarý için kablo baþlýklarý, Kimya Sanayý tesisleri için çeþitli makina imal eden firmamýz Redüktör imaline 1967 yýlýnda baþlamýþtýr. Bugün Türkiye’nin en büyük fabrikalarýndan en küçük atelyelerine kadar her köþesinde binlerce ZET Redüktörü çalýþmaktadýr. Türk iþçisinin emeði ve yerli sermayenin bir araya gelerek ürettiði % 100 yerli Zet Redüktörleri hergün daha kaliteli üretimi ile Redüktör sanayiinde önder olma durumunu korumak amacýndadýr. Zet Redüktör uzun yýllarýn tecrübeleri ile üretimini genel maksatlara uygun biçimde geliþtirip iki ve üç kademeli helisel diþlili redüktörler olarak standart hale getirmiþtir. Standart tip iki kademeli Z.F.T. tipi Redüktörler ile üç kademeli 3KU3KF-3KT tipi Redüktörleri 0.34 HP güçden 40 HP güce kadar -5 d/d’dan 400 d/d’ya kadar seri olarak üretmektedir. With its rich experience “ZET Reducer” has developed its production according to common needs by standardizing its reducers as double and triple reduction helical gearings. ZET Reducer is producing standart type double reduction 3KU-3KF-3KT type Reducers from 0.34 HP up to 40 HP from 5 R.P.M. up to 400 R.P.M. Our firm has alsostandardized worm gear reducers ad single and double reduction models and is mass producing these regularly. The Z.F.T. and S. type reducers are either produced without motor or they are suitable to flange mounted connection. Except our regular production the following reducers are also in our manufacturing program. Heavy series single, double, triple and quadruple reduction reducers with high speed shaft and output shaft in the same line. Z.F.T. ve S. tipi Redüktörler, elektrik motoru ile direkt akuple ayaklý veya flanþlý baðlantýya uygun veya motorsuz olarak da imal edilen Redüktörlerdir. Seri imalatýmýz dýþýnda aðýr seri bir, iki, üç ve dört kademeli giriþ ve çýkýþ milleri birbirine paralel olan ayrýca giriþ mili çýkýþ miline 90°dik ve çýkýþ mili yatay düzleme paralel veya çýkýþ mili yatay düzleme dik konumda olan Redüktörleri de üretim programýna almýþtýr. Aðýr seri bu Redüktörler maliyetleri yüksek olduðundan ancak sipariþ üzerine imal edilmektedir. Ayrýca müþterilerimizin özel istekleri ve deðiþik konstrüksiyonlu Redüktörler adete bakýlmaksýzýn proje çalýþmasý yapýlarak imal edilmektedir. ZET Redüktörleri müþterilerine anýnda hizmet etmeyi prensip edinmiþ bu maksatla Z.F.T. ve S. tipi Redüktörlerin en çok kullanýlan modellerin deðiþik güç ve devir sayýlarýnda olmak üzere 1500 adet’lik bir stok planlamasý ile üretimini sürdürmektedir.
