Today, the world of textile dying units faces enormous
environmental challenges. Significant increases in the
cost of water and effluent treatment, plus pressure to
conserve resources, call for a rethink of efficiencies and
the production process. MMS Eco -Jet is an ecologic
machine that cuts energy and water consumption while
increasing the dyeing quality more effectively than any
other produced dyeing machine: its production costs
and environmental impact are currently the lowest on
the textile market. MMS Eco -Jet is the technological
evolution of Produced dyeing machines and it reduces
by a further point the bath rate with respect to the latter, while bringing it up to 1:3 on basic cotton fibers according to the absorption ratio and further lowering it for
synthetic fibers.
Günümüzde, tekstil boyahaneleri tekstil atıkları nedeniyle
birçok çevre problemi ile karşı karşıyadır. Tüketilen
suyun fiyatının ve arıtma maliyetlerinin artması yanı
sıra çevre koruma bilincinin baskısı altında kalan boya
haneler maliyet, yatırım ve proseslerini tekrar elden
geçirmek zorunda kalmaktalar. MMS Eco-Jet doğaya
saygılı ekolojik bir makine olarak boyahanelerde uygulanan proseslerin su ve enerji tüketimini düşürürken
boyama kalitesini arttırmaktadır. Makine, sektördeki şu
ana kadar üretilmiş en düşük su ve enerji tüketimi, en
az çevre kirletme etksine sahip makinadır. MMS Eco-Jet
günümüze kadar üretilmiş boya makinalarının teknik
özelliklerinin harmanlanması sonucu oluşmuş ve bir
adım daha ileri giderek boyama flottesini pamuk kumaş
için (kumaşa göre değişmekle birlikte) 1:3 e kadar indirebilmiştir.

Hydraulic platform, controlled by fluid power, for
fabric trolley rotation. İt is made of stainles steel.
Squeezer for fabric in rope form, with the self a justment of speed, to be installed on the inlet side of the
line in order to reduce the water amount on the fabric
by squeezing rollers coated with rubber. It automatically eliminates the tension in the rope and prepares
it fort he opening process. The unwinder is mounted
on height adjustable frame to allow the threading up
process. Beater placed between the unwinder and
the centring unit, it allows the opening of the fabric as
it moves down upon leaving the unwinder. Widening
and centering unit opens the fabric by the spiralled
rollers and centers it to ensure the fabric alignement
with centre of the Machine. Squeezing ünit allows the
squeeze the cotton fabric up to 70% pick up. Reel type
plaiter designed for speeds up to 125 m/min.

otomatik olarak giderilerek rahat açılabilir forma getirilir. Ortalayıcı ile detiwister arasında kumaşa, çırpıcı
ünitesi ile açık en formuna getirilir. Ortalayıcı ve açıcı
silindirlerle kumaş açılarak makinenin merkezine
çekilir. Sıkma ünitesi ile pamuklu kumaş %70’lere kadar sıkılabilir. İstifleyerek sallama ile makinanın hızı
125 m/dk.’ya kadar çıkartılabilir.

Kontinü yıkama makinası müşteri isteklerine göre
tasarlanıp üretilmektedir. Kumaş Yıkama performansı
kumaş tipine, su akışına, üretim hızına, kumaş-su etkileşim miktarına ve banyo sıcaklıklarına bağlı olduğundan makinanın tasarımı tamamen kumaş cinsine ve
üzerine uygulanan işleme göre tasarlanmaktadır.
Makinada kumaş yıkama kalitesini arttırmak için
banyo aralarına sıkma silindirleri veya vakum ünitesi
koyarak banyo sularının birbirinden aranması sağlanır.
Yeni geliştirilmiş su püskürtme sistemi ile kumaşın
her iki yüzünün en boyunca yıkanması sağlanır.

Ballon squeezer is designed for processing tubular knitted
fabrics after dyeing and washning. It unwinds and stretches
the fbric in rope form and reduces the fabric moisture content
avoiding the hydro extractor process.The machine is completely
made of stainless stell. It is composed of the following component;

• First Padder

MMS Ballon squeezer with two padders Regulates the
residual moisture in the first padder and applies the chemical
product in the second.
Machine is designed to the both side of the tubular fabric.
Cleaning application occures by specifically designed spray
nozzle which are located one next to each other. Water is filtered automatically before pumping to the spray nozzless.

sıkılması için dizayn edilmiştir. Makine paslanmaz sectan imal
edilmektedir. Makina aşağıdaki ünitelerden oluşmaktadır.

Balon Sıkma, tek veya çift fular olarak imal edilmektedir.

MAKİNE ÖZELLİKLERİ
Makine, tüy dökme işlemi yapılmış tüp örgü kumaşların yüzeyinin
temizlenmesi amacıyla kullanılır. Kumaş makineye yüklenirken ön yüzü, ters çevrilirken ise arka yüzü temizlenir.
Temizleme işlemi kumaş yüzeyine basınçlı su püskürtülerek
yapılır. Pis su isi filtrenerek tekrar kullanılır.
İşletmeye olan faydaları
1- Su tasarrufu: Üzerinde bulunan otomatik tamburlu
filtre ile kullunılmış suyu filtreliyerek su tasarrufu sağlar.
2- Zaman tasarrufu: Üzerinde bulunun otomatik tamburlu filtre ile temizlik konusunda operatorlere iş bırakmaz

MMS 07 BIO WASH
MACHINE
MACHINE PROPERTIES
Bio wash machine is designed to clean the surface
of the biopolished fabrics. There are two types of bio
wash machines: one for tubular and one for open
width fabrics. Bio wash machine requires mostly
synchronization with padders. Cleaning application
occurs by specifically designed spary nozzle which
are located one next to each other. There are two
pipes including 24 spraying nozzle in each side of the
fabric to maximize the cleaning application. Water is
filtered automatically before pumping to the spray
nozzles.
BENEFITS
1. Saving Water: To minimize the water amount used in the bio wash process, filtered water is recirculating automatically.
2. Saving time: Automatic filter cleaning system can minimize the operating time of the operator.
3. No additional time required for Bio Wash process.
4. Mostly bio wash process occurs togather with the stentering or slitting and squezing
process so that processing time of the fabric
is not changing.
5. Since the fabric cleaned perfectly, fabric flies will not be carried over next processes

Makine, tüy dökme işlemi yapılmış kumaşların yüzeyinin temizlenmesi için kullanılır. Tüp ve açık en kumaşlar için iki ayrı tipte makine mevcuttur. Makine
işletmede bulunan herhangi bir fular önüne kolayca monte
edilerek kullanılır. Makineden geçen kumaşın, her iki
yüzeyine basınçlı su püskürtülerek temizlenmesi sağlanır.
Kumaşların her iki yüzeyine iki ayrı yıkama ünitesinden
su püskürtülerek daha iyi temizlenmesi sağlanır. Sistem
kendi haznesindeki suyu filtre ederek yüksek basınçlı
pompayla nozzlelara basarak kumaşı temizler.
Filtreleme işlemi otomatik filtre ile yapılır.

6. Enzimi temizlemenin en büyük faydası Kurutma ve Ram’ların filtrelerinde ve baca temizliği evrelerinde bariz bir şekilde kaba elyaf kalıntılarının azalması
şeklinde gözle görülmektedir.
MMS 08 MOISTIRIZING
MACHINE
İŞLETMEYE OLAN FAYDALARI:
1. Ticari nem miktarı istenilen değere getirilerek kumaş firesi azaltılır.
2. Kumaşın dolgun bir tuşe alması sağlanır.
3. Doğru miktarda neme sahip olan kumaşın ram, sanfor işlemleri kolaylıkla yapılır.
4. Ram makinelerinde 1. fular çıkışına monte edildiğinde ikinci fulara gerek duyulmadan, kumaşa yaştan yaşa işlem yapılabilir.
5. Sanfor ve ram çıkışına monte edildiğinde kumaş üze
rinde olması istenen nem miktarının oluşması sağlanır.
6. Proseslerde enerji ve zaman tasarrufu sağlar.
MACHINE PROPERTIES
Fabric remoistening machine is designed for to conditioninig and remoistening the cotton, viscose and cotton
blended fabrics. Application occurs by specifically designed spray disks, called rotors, which are located one
next to each other within a rotor carrier. The supply unit
provides the desired liquid amount. Rapid rotor rotation
produces a uniform flow of microscopically small droplets. Adjustable sliders form a defined spray fan on each
rotor, and the individual spray fans are arranged next to
each other without a gap and cater for a uniform application. A frequency - controlled rotary pump lifts liquid
from the store tank to the rotor carrier via a prefilter.
Liquid not sprayed by the rotors in the rotor carriers is
returned to the supply unit via return filter. As a result
it does not get lost and remains within the liquid circuit.
Remoistening machines can be assembled to stenter or
sanforizing machine.

MMS 08 AÇIKEN/TÜP
NEMLENDİRME MAKİNESİ
MAKİNE ÖZELLİKLERİ
Rotorlu nemlendirme makinesi pamuk, viskon ve pamuk
karışımlı kumaşların homojen olarak nemlendirilmesi için
geliştirilmiştir. Makine, kumaşların pulvarize su bulutu içinden geçirilerek homojen olarak nemlendirilmesini sağlar.
Pulvarize su bulutu, özel olarak dizayn edilmiş yüksek
hızda dönerek su püskürten rotorlarla elde edilir. Kumaş
nemlendirme hızını arttırmak için su deposunda ısıtma
sistemi mevcuttur. Nemlendirme işlemi gerçekleşirken
kumaşta su damlama izi oluşma riski PLC kontrollu otomasyon ile engellenir. Su tüketimi yaklaşık 6-12lt/100kg
kumaştır. Kolay sökülür rotorları sayesinde temizliği çok
kolay yapılmaktadır. Nemlendirme makinesi ram, sanfor,
kalite kontrol makinesi gibi bitim işlemi yapan makinalarla
senkronize çalışır.
MMS 09 SELVEDGE CUTTING MACHINE

Edge cutting device should be assembled to the stenter or sanforizing
machine. Edge Cutting is done while the fabric is passing through the trims.
Edge cutting machine eliminates the problems commonly associated with
conventional high speed blade systems. Also it has gained acceptance worldwide as the premier method for selvedge trimming. Point of cutting can be set
to be within 5-10mm from holes of innermost row of pins. Trimmed selvedge
waste will never remain on the pins after trimming. After a miss-pin, fabric
edge will return to its previous position and trimming will resume without
operator attention. Edge following feature will result in uniform trim waste
width, in the event there are changes in tension between pin chain and stripper roll, automatic edge following feature maintains uniform trim waste width
without operator attention. Machine can run in manuel and automatic mode.
Since the trims are made up of stainless stael, life term of the trims are too
long. Machine has its own oiling system whicih makes life term of the trims
longer.
