1- CONDITIONS OF USAGE
This manual will inform you about the operation and maintenance of the machine in general. If you encounter any
technical problem, please contact our suppliers or authorized services.
-This machine has been designed to be a power hoe and in compliance with what specified in the machine description and
safety warnings of this instruction manual.
-Any other use is not allowed. Our company is not responsible for the damages caused by the not prescribed operation. The
user is fully responsible.
-Use, maintenance and repair clauses prescribed by the manufacturer are also integral part of machine intended use.
-Only people familiar with this power hoe and well aware of its risks can use, repair and maintain it.
-The manufacturer is not responsible for damages caused by non-authorized changes made on this machine.
2- GÜVENLÝ KULLANIM KURALLARI
1.Makinanýn kontrol ve kullanýmýný tamamýyla anlayana kadar bu kýlavuzu okuyun. Makinanýn nasýl kontrol ve stop
ettirileceðini öðrenin.
2. 18 Yaþýndan küçükler ve makinayý yeterince tanýmayanlar makinayý kullanamazlar!
3. Makinayý kullanan kiþi çalýþýrken diðer insanlar ve eþyalardan yeterince uzak olduðundan emin olmalýdýr. Direkt ve
dolaylý hatalardan kullanýcý sorumludur.
-Ýnsanlar (özellikle çocuklar) ve hayvanlar yakýnýnda iken çalýþmayýn.
4. Çalýþýrken el ve ayak yaralanmalarýna karþý maksimum dikkati gösterin.
5. Güvenli bir kullaným için daima orjinal yedek parça kullanýn.
6. Asla bu makinayý kapalý alanlarda çalýþtýrmayýn ve kullanmayýn.Egzoz gazý saðlýða
zararlýdýr.
7. Motorun egzoz sýcaklýðý 80°'yi aþar yanma tehlikesi!
8. Kapalý elbiseler ve tamamen kapalý güvenlik ayakkabýlarý giyin.Motorlu toprak frezesine bakým yaparken veya
frezeleri takarken mutlaka dayanýklý eldiven takýn.
9. Bütün baðlantý elemanlarýnýn sýkýlýðýný kontrol edin.
10. Çalýþacaðýnýz alandaki taþ, tel, cam parçasý, geniþ çalýlar,metal cisimler ve aðaç kütüklerini temizleyin.
11. Güvenlik cihazlarý iyi durumda deðil ise makinayý çalýþtýrmayýn.
12. Eðer çalýþýrken bir cisme çarpýlýrsa makinayý durdurun ve hasarý kontrol edin.
13. Gün ýþýðýnda yada yeterince aydýnlatýlmýþ ortamda çalýþýn.
14. Asla makinayý çalýþýr vaziyette kullanýcýsýz býrakmayýn.
15. Makina için uygun olmayan aþýrý dik ve eðimli yerlerde çalýþmayýn.
16. Motoru sadece vites kolu boþta '0' iken çalýþtýrmaya baþlatýn.
17. Freze muhafazasý takýlmadan kesinlikle toprak frezelemesi yapmayýn.
18. Frezenin ve biçme býçaðýnýn çýkarýlmasý, takýlmasý temizlenmesi sýrasýnda
motor kesinlikle durdurulmalýdýr.
19. Makinanýn orjinal parçalarýný çýkarmayýnýz.
20. Aletinizi kullanýrken vitesi boþa almayýnýz
21. Yangýn tehlikesinden kaçýnmak için;
-Yakýt ikmalinde motor ve þasiye yakýt dökülmemesi için geniþ bir huni kullanýn.
-Yakýt deposunun seviye göstergesine uygun þekilde doldurun.
-Yakýt doldururken sigara içmeyiniz ve yanýcý maddelarden uzak durun.
-Aleti parlayýcý ve patlayýcý ortamlarda kullanmayýn.

-Motor çalýþýrken yakýt deposunu doldurmayýn.
-Bakým ve ayar yapmak için yakýt deposunda yakýt varsa makinayý devirmeyin.
22. Aletinizi kullanma ve bakým klavuzunda belirtilen ilerleme hýzlarýndan daha hýzlý kullanmayýnýz.
23. Alet üzerindeki emniyet stop tertibatýný kesinlikle iptal etmeyiniz. Alet üzerinde hiçbir deðiþiklik yapmayýnýz.
2-SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Read this manual until fully understanding the control and operation techniques of the tractor. Learn to
control and stop the machine.
2. People younger than age 18 and people, who are not familiar enough to the machine, cannot use it.
3. While operating the device, be sure of keeping distance from other people as well as items. The operator is
responsible of the direct and indirect harms resulting from disobeying the regulation.
Do not operate the machine if you are in the vicinity of people (especially children) and animals.
4. Take care of your foot and hands to prevent injury.
5. For a safety operation, always use original spare parts.
6. Never start up or operate the device in closed areas. Exhaust gas is hazardous to human health.
7. The temperature at the exhaust of the engine exceeds 80oC. Burning hazard!
8. Wear only closed clothes and safety shoes.During the maintenance of the motor-hoe or assembly of the hoes
wear safety gloves.
9. Check all the tightness of the joining elements.
10. Clear the area that you work on from particles such as stone, wire, glass, large bushes, metal parts and logs
etc.
11. Check controls and safety devices before use. In case of not functioning get them repaired.
12. If you hit substance while operating the machine, stop and check any possible damage in the machine
13. Use the machine during daylight or well-illuminated areas if no headlights provided.
14. Never leave the device while in operation.
15. Do not use the machine in too steep and sloped areas, which are not appropriate for the machine.
16. Start the engine only when gearshift control lever is at “0” position.
17. Do not use hoe without safety cover.
18. Any repair or cleaning works on the hoe should be carried out while engine is not working.
19. Do not dismantle the original parts. Do not repair or modify them.
20. Never use the machine without clutch engagement.
21. To avoid risk of fire:
· Use suitable funnel to avoid split of fuel over the engine and vehicle.
·
Do not overfill the fuel tank.
· Do not smoke and keep fuel away from fire.
· Do not use the machine in an environment, which contains flammable and explosive ingredients.
· Do not fill the fuel tank while engine is working.
· Do not overturn the machine while servicing if there is fuel in fuel tank.
22. Do not exceed given speeds in this manual.
23. Do not remove the safety stop mechanism on the machine.Do not make any change on the machine.

-TARAL Tarým Makina ve Aletleri Sanayi A.Þ. tarafýndan imal edilmiþ olan bu makinanin garanti þartlarý, makina ile
birlikte verilen Garanti Belgesinde belirtilmiþtir. 23.02.1995 tarihli 4077 no'lu Tüketicinin Korunmasý Hakkýnda
Kanun ile bu kanuna istinaden yayýnlanmýþ yönetmelik ve tebliðlere göre hazýrlanan bu Garanti Belgesi, Gümrük ve
Ticaret Bakanlýðý Tüketicinin Korunmasý ve Piyasa Gözetimi Genel Müdürlüðünce verilmiþtir.
1.Bu klavuzda belirtilen ilk çalýþtýrma iþlemi yapýlmadan kullanýlmasý halinde makina garanti kapsamý dýþýnda kalýr.
2.Ýmalatçý firmanýn sorumluluðu,defo veya imalat hatalarýna baðlý olsa bile, makinanýn kullanýmý esnasýnda kiþilere
ve eþyalara verilen zararý kapsamaz.Buna baðlý olarak dolaylý ve doðrudan verilen zarar ve hasarý bedeli
ödenmeyecektir.
3.Makina üzerinde damgalanmýþ seri numarasý deðiþtirilmiþ ise, herhangi bir deðiþiklik yapýlmýþ ise, makina bir
kazaya uðramýþ ise, satýn alan sözleþmedeki ödeme yükümlülüklerine gerektiði gibi uymamýþ ise, montaj firmanýn
yetkili elemanlarý tarafýndan yapýlmamýþ ise, imalatçý firmanýn onayý alýnmadan deðiþiklik veya onarým yapýlmýþ ise,
garanti geçerli deðildir.

4.Tüketici herhangi bir anlaþmazlýk durumunda, ilgili yasa, yönetmelik ve tebliðlerde belirtildiði üzere, ilgili hakem
heyetine ve tüketici mahkemelerine baþvurma hakkýna sahiptir.

6.Makinanýzla birlikte size TARAL YETKÝLÝ SERVÝS KÝTAPÇIÐI verilecektir. Servis ve yedek parça istekleriniz için
bu kitaptan yararlanabilirsiniz.
3-WARRANTY TERMS
The warranty specifications of this machine, which is produced by TARAL are given in the warranty certificate
supplied together with this machine. This warranty certificate, which is prepared regarding the regulations based on the
Law About the Protection of the Consumer with the date of 23.02.1995 and number of 4077, is given with the
permission of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Istanbul Industry and Trade City Management.
1- The machine is out of the framework of the warranty, if the machine is operated disregarding the first operation
procedure described in this manual.
2- The responsibility of the producer company does not include the damages to the human beings and other items
during operation, even if they depend on the flaw or production errors. Therefore the cost of any direct and indirect
damage and loss will not be paid.
3- If the serial number stamped on the machine is changed, if any modification is made, if the machine is involved in
an accident, if the buyer does not obey the responsibilities in the contract appropriately, if the assembly is not done by
the authorized personnel of the producer company, if any modification or maintenance is performed without the
permission of the producer company, the warranty is not valid.
4- In the case of any disagreement, as stated in the corresponding regulations and laws, the consumer has the right to
apply to the arbitration committee and consumer courts.
5- The operation life of the machine is 10 years.
6- TARAL AUTHORIZED SERVICE BOOKLET will be given to you with the machine. You can make use of this
booklet for your service or spare parts needs.
4- ÝLK ÇALIÞTIRMA
Deðerli müþterimiz, ürünümüzü kullanmaya baþlamadan önce, ürünle birlikte verilen ÝLK ÇALIÞTIRMA KUPONU
ile birlikte size en yakýn TARAL Yetkili Servisine baþvurarak makinenizin ÝLK ÇALIÞTIRMASINI yaptýrýnýz. Bu
iþlem için, makinaya eklenecek yað, yakýt vb. sarf malzemeleri hariç herhangi bir ücret ödemeyeceksiniz. Bu iþlem
sýrasýnda size makinanýn kullanýmý ve bakýmý hususunda bilgi verilecektir. TARAL Yetkili Servisince Ýlk Çalýþtýrma
iþlemi yapýlmamýþ makineler GARANTÝ KAPSAMI DIÞINA ÇIKACAKTIR.
4- FIRST OPERATION
Dear consumers, before starting to use our product, make the first operation of your machine by visiting the TARAL
authorized service, which is nearest to your location, together with the FIRST OPERATION COUPON supplied with
the machine. You will not be charged for this, except for the materials to be added to the machine like oil, fuel, etc.
During this procedure you will be informed about the operation and maintenance of the machine. The machines, which
are not gone through the first operation procedure performed by TARAL authorized service, will be EXCLUDED
FROM THE SCOPE OF WARRANTY.
5- MAKÝNANIN KULLANIMI
Taral daima ürettiði malýn tasarým ve kalitesini sürekli geliþtirmeye gayret eder. Bu tanýtma ve kullanma kýlavuzu
basýldýðýnda en son ve en yeni bilgileri içermesine raðmen toprak frezesi ile tanýtma ve kullanma kýlavuzu arasýnda
bazý küçük farklýlýklar olabilir. Kýlavuzla ilgili herhangi bir þüpheli durumda lütfen bir yetkili satýcýmýza baþvurun. Bu
tanýtma ve kullanma kýlavuzu toprak frezesinin eksiksiz bir parçasýdýr. Ve daima makina satýldýðýnda makina ile birlikte
verilir.
Önce stop manetini (1) daha sonra debriyaj manetini (2) sýkarak kilit mandalý (3) ile iki maneti kilitleyin.Daha sonra
motor el kitabýna göre motorunuzu çalýþtýrýn.Stop manetini (1)sýký vaziyette iken debriyaj manetini býrakarak aletinizi
kullanýnýz.

5- OPERATION OF THE MACHINE
Taral is engaged in improving the design and quality of its product continuously. Although this manual contains the
last and newest information when it is prepared, there may be some small differences between the manual and the
motor-hoe itself. In case of any ambiguity about the manual, please apply to our authorized supplier. This operation
and maintenance manual is an integral part of the motor-hoe. And it is given together with the machine when the
machine is sold.
Clamp the engine stop lever (1) first, then the clutch lever (2) and using the lock lever (3) fix these two levers. Then
run the engine according to the instructions given in the engine manual. While clamping the engine stop lever (1),
release the clutch lever and use your machine.
5.1- MONTAJ
Býçaklar bir ünite üzerinde sað ve sol olarak dizilidir. Üniteler birbirine baðlandýðýnda býçaklar arasýnda 60°'lik
farklýlýk olmaktadýr. Bu þekilde altýgen bir diziliþ meydana gelir.Ýþe baþlamadan önce civatalarý kontrol ederek
gevþemiþ olanlarý sýkýþtýrýnýz. Býçak kesici aðzý daima yürüme istikametine bakmalýdýr.
Makinanýn sökülmesi:
Makinayý aþaðýdaki gibi sýrayla sökün.
Sökme iþlemine üst kýsýmdan baþlayýn ve bütün ayrý parçalarý çýkarýn.

5.1- ASSEMBLY

The blades are aligned along a unit as left and right oriented. After the units are connected, there is a difference of 60
between the blades. In this way the alignment is hexagonal. Before starting to work check the bolts and tighten the
loose ones. The cutting side of the blade should always be aligned with the walking direction.
Disassembly of the machine:
Disassemble the machine in the following order:
Begin with dismantling of the upper parts and disassemble all the parts.

olmadýðýný kumanda telleri gerekli þekilde gerilmiþ durumlarýný koruyup
korumadýklarýný sýk sýk kontrol ediniz. (Gerek duyuldukça vidalarý,
somunlarý, baðlantý parçalarýný v.b.dikkatle sýkýþtýrýnýz.) Bir çalýþma
gününün baþlangýcýnda,

5.2- CONTROLLERS
Every 10 hours: check the safety and rigidity of the joints of the mechanism and tightness of the controller wires very
often. (If necessary, tighten the bolts, nuts and other joining elements carefully) At the start of a working day check
-Engine oil level,
-Fuel level in the tank.
Check the oil level in the gearbox of the tractor and the hoe and make the necessary addition.

5.3- MOTORUN ÇALIÞTIRILMASI VE DURDURULMASI
Motor tanýtma ve kullanma kýlavuzuna bakýnýz. Motoru çalýþtýrmadan önce daima þunlarý kontrol edin.

Motor stop kolu ile kavrama kolu bir yay sayesinde beraberce bloke edilir. ( Þekil-4 ) Aksi taktirde motor çalýþmaz.
Motoru çalýþtýrmak için kontrol kolunu (start) çalýþtýrma konumuna getirin. Çalýþtýrma ipini “ E “ tutamaðýndan tek
elle kavrayýn. ( Þekil-6 ) Yavaþça diþli mandalý tutana kadar çekin ve sonra hýzla çekin. Motor bir kez çalýþtýktan
sonra tutamaðý hemen býrakmayýn. Ýp tamamen sarýlýncaya kadar gevþekçe tutun. Sonra gaz kolunu “ C “ kursun
ortasýna getirin. ( Þekil-5 )
5.3- STARTING AND STOPPING THE ENGINE
Read the engine manual. Before starting the engine first check these:
-Is the fuel tank full?
-Is the oil level in the gearbox at the correct position (Figure-3)
Press safety device and clutch lever and lock them with hinge (Figure-4). Otherwise the engine does not start. To
start the engine, adjust the control lever to the working (start) position. Hold the operation rope at the “E” holder with
one hand (Figure-6). Pull slowly until the gear grips the lever and then pull it fast. Once the engine is run, do not
release the handle. Hold it loosely until the rope is completely wound. Then put the gas lever “C” in the middle
(Figure-5).

MOTOR STOP EMNÝYETÝ
Þekil-4 'deki “ A ” kolunun ana fonksiyonu elciði býrakýnca motorun stop etmesidir. Herhangi bir sebeple makina
sürücünün elinden kurtulduðunda alet durmaktadýr. Emniyet kolu, her zaman motoru yeniden çalýþtýrma pozisyonunda
olmalýdýr. Aksi halde motor çalýþmaz. “ A “ yukarýda ise motor stop, aþaðýda ise motor çalýþma pozisyonundadýr.
“ A “ emniyet ve “ B “ kavrama kolu beraberce bloke edilmelidir. ( Þekil-4 )
Motor tanýtma ve kullanma kýlavuzundaki kurallara kesinlikle uyun.Rodaj (50 saat)
Makinanýn ilk 50 çalýþma saati boyunca çok aðýr iþler yapmayýn.
ENGINE STOP SAFETY
The main function of the lever “A” shown in Figure-4 is stopping the engine when the handle is released. The machine
is stopped immediately after it is released from the hand of the operator for any reason. The safety lever must be on the
position of restart. Otherwise the engine does not start. If the lever “A” is up, the engine is in the stop position, if it is
down the engine is in the start position.
The safety lever “A” and the clutch lever “B” should be locked simultaneously (Figure-4).
Use your machine according to the instructions given in the engine manual.
The time period for the first operation is 50 hours. Do not use the machine intensively during the first 50 hours of
operation.
ÞANZIMAN
Ýlk 50 çalýþma saatinden sonra(rodaj) yaðý deðiþtirin. Yað deðiþtirme iþlemi eski yaðýn kolaylýkla boþaltýlmasý için motor
sýcakken yapýlmalýdýr.
a. Yað doldurma tapasýný çýkarýn.
b. Vites kutusunun sað alt tarafýndaki boþaltma tapasýný ve ayaðýn aþaðý kýsmýndaki boþaltma tapasýný çýkarýn;
yaðýn boþalmasýný bekleyin ve tapalarý geri takýn.
c. Aþaðýdaki özelliklere sahip olacak yeni yaðý dökün (gereken miktar 2,5 litredir)
- Sýcaklýðýn -6 ile +32°C arasýnda olduðu ortamlarda SAE 90.
- Sýcaklýðýn +32 ile +60°C arasýnda olduðu ortamlarda SAE 140.
Yað ikmali iþleminin tamamen dolana kadar önce tapadan yapýlmasý ve daha sonra iþlemin doldurma tapasý
aracýlýðýyla bitirilmesi tavsiye edilir.
Her 20 çalýþma saatinde bir yað seviyesini kontrol edin, bunun için tapayý gevþetin ve tapa yataðýnda yað çýkýþý
olmasýna dikkat edin.
NOT:
Yað seviyesinin kontrolü motor soðukken ve motorlu çapa düz bir zemin üzerindeyken yapýlmalýdýr. Her 300 çalýþma
saatinde bir “Rodaj” bölümündeki açýklamalarý izleyerek vites kutusunun yaðýný deðiþtirin.
GEARBOX
After the first operation time of 50 hours;
Add the oil. The procedure of oil addition should be done when the engine is warm (after usage) so that the used oil will
leak easily.
a. Remove the oil tap
b. Remove the tap at the right side of the gearbox and that at the lower end; wait until the oil is drained and put the
taps back to their positions.
c. Use the oil with the specifications given below (Required volume is 2.5 lt):
o

- SAE 90 in the ambience with temperature values between 6 C and +32 C.
o
- SAE 140 in the ambience with temperature values between +32 C and +60 oC.
The oil addition procedure should be performed through the oil tap until the gearbox is full and then it is recommended
to finish the procedure using the adding tap.
Check the oil level every 20 hours of operation, release the tap and make sure that there is oil drainage at the tap
housing.
NOTE:
The control of the oil level should be done when the engine is cold and the motor-hoe is on a plain ground. Each 300
hours of operation change the oil of the gearbox.

5.4- EKÝPMANLAR

açýsýndan muhafazayý asla sökmeyiniz.Ýþe baþlamadan civata ve somunlarý kontrol ediniz.

5.4- EQUIPMENTS
There is a protection shield over the blades (Figure-7). Even if this shield does pretend leaping up of the debris, its
main function is to protect the operator against any possible damage during the operation. Stone, soil, nut or bolt can
leap up. For your own safety do not remove the protection shield.
5.5- TAÞIMA
Kýsa mesafede aletin taþýnmasý gerektiðinde küçük ön tekerleði kullanýnýz. Bu aksesuar yoksa uygun bir taþýma
vasýtasý üzerinde veya bagajda uygun bir þekilde yerleþtirilerek taþýnabilir.
5.5- TRANSPORTATION
Use the small front wheel if the machine has to be transported for short distance. In the absence of this equipment it
can be carried using a suitable vehicle or in the baggage in an appropriate way.
6- BAKIM
6.1- PERÝYODÝK BAKIM
Bu bölümde belirtilen iþlemler tavsiye edilen zaman aralýklarý ile yapýlmalýdýr.(''Saat" denince gerçek çalýþma saatleri
anlaþýlmalýdýr.)SAE EP 90 yað kullanýnýz.Yað miktarýný yað seviye gözünden kontrol ediniz.Yað seviyesinden fazla
yað koymayýnýz.
Motor: Motor tanýtma ve kullanma kýlavuzuna bakýnýz.
Hava filtresi: Motor tanýtma ve kullanma kýlavuzuna bakýnýz.
Her 50 saatte bir aþaðýda belirtilen noktalarý gresleyiniz.
1. Didonu kilitleyen çözen pim: Yaðlama yerindeki gresörlüðü gresleyiniz.
2. Didonun yükseklik ayar pimi: Yaðlama yerindeki gresörlüðü gresleyiniz.
3. Kuyruk milleri: Kamalý kuyruk millerine biraz gres sürünüz. Ekipmanlarý baðlamadan önce gerekli yerleri gresle
doldurunuz.
Vites kutusu:Doldurma tapasýný çýkararak (1) yað seviyesini kontrol ediniz. Yað seviyesi doldurma tapasýnýn üst
kenarýna yakýn olmalýdýr.
Not: Yað seviyesini motor durduktan en az 10 dakika sonra ve toprak frezesini yatay konumda iken kontrol ediniz.
Aþaðýdaki ayarlarý kontrol ediniz.
.Her 600 saatte bir yaðý deðiþtiriniz.Vites kutusu altýndaki boþaltma tapasýný (2) ve boþalmayý kolaylaþtýrmak için
doldurma tapasýný (1) çýkarýnýz ve yaðýn boþalmasý için 10 dakika bekleyiniz. Alt tapayý yerine takýp yað ile
doldurunuz.Yaðýn uzunca bir çalýþma süresinden sonra henüz sýcakken boþatýlmasý tavsiye edilir. Yaðýn sýcak olmasý
kolay akmasýný ve içerideki tortu ve çözeltinin dýþarý çýkmasýný saðlar.

6- MAINTENANCE
6.1- PERIODIC MAINTENACE
The procedures explained in this section should be performed in the recommended time intervals (“Hour” means real
operation hour). Use SAE EP90 for oil. Check the oil level using the oil level point. Do not overfill.
Engine: Read the engine manual.
Air filter: Read the engine manual.
Lubricate the parts stated below every 50 hours.
1. The pin for locking- releasing the handle bar: Lubricate the point for lubricating grease.
2. The pin for adjusting the height of the handle bar: Lubricate the point for lubricating grease.
3. PTO shafts: Lubricate the shafts with keyways a small amount of grease. Fill the necessary parts with grease before
attaching the equipments.
Gearbox: By removing the filling tap (1) check the oil level. The oil level should be near to the upper edge of the
filling tap.
Note: Check the oil level 10 minutes after the engine is stopped and the motor-hoe is in the horizontal position.
Check the adjustments below:
Every 600 hours change the oil. Remove the emptying tap (2) under the gearbox and remove also the filling tap (1) to
change the oil easily. Wait 10 minutes for emptying. Placing the lower tap to its position fill with the oil. It is
recommended to change oil after a long period of operation when it is still warm. The warm oil leaks out easily and
can remove the precipitates.
6.2 MAMULÜN UZUN SÜRE KULLANILMAMASI
Toprak frezesi uzun süre (bir ay veya daha uzun) çalýþtýrýlmamasý halinde aþaðýdaki önlemlerin alýnmasý önemle
tavsiye edilir.
1.Toprak frezesini özenle yýkayýp temizleyiniz.
2.Traktörün gövdesini kontrol ediniz. Gerekirse paslanmayý önlemek için boyasýný yenileyiniz.
3.Bütün cývatalarý kontrol ederek sýkýnýz.
4.Genel bir yaðlama yapýnýz.
5.Vites kutusundaki yað seviyesini kontrol ediniz. Gerekirse yað ilave ediniz.
6.Motor tanýtma ve kullanma kýlavuzunda belirtildiði þekilde motoru koruyunuz.
7.Tek akslý traktörü iyi havalandýrýlmýþ ve kuru bir yerde park ediniz.
8.Mümkünse tek akslý traktörü kaldýrýp destekler üzerine oturtunuz. Bu durumda lastiklerdeki hava basýncý yarýya
indirilmelidir.Eðer tek akslý traktörün kaldýrýlarak desteðe alýnmasý mümkün deðilse lastiklere tavsiye edilen basýnçta
hava basýnýz ve aracý zaman zaman hareket ettiriniz. Böylece lastiklerin yere basan yüzeyleri deðiþecektir.
9.Toprak frezesini bir koruyucu örtü ile örtünüz. Su geçirmeyen örtü (plastik veya muþamba gibi) kullanmayýnýz.
Bunlar nemi tutarak paslanmaya sebep olurlar.
6.2- NON-USAGE OF THE PRODUCT FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME
It is recommended that the following measures are taken in the case that the motor-hoe is not used for a long period of
time.
1.Clean the motor-hoe by washing it thoroughly.
2.Check the body of the motor-hoe. If needed renew its paint to prevent corrosion.
3.Tighten all the bolts.
4.Make an overall lubrication.
5.Check the oil level in the gearbox. Add oil if needed.
6.Protect the engine as explained in the engine manual.
7.Park the motor-hoe in a place, which is well air-conditioned and dry.
8.If it is possible, lift the motor-hoe and put it on the supports. In this case the air pressure in the wheels should be
decreased by half of it. If it is not possible to lift it, increase the air pressure in the wheels to the recommended value
and move the machine occasionally. In this way the surfaces, which make contact with the ground will be changed.
9.Cover the motor-hoe with a sheet. Do not use watertight sheet (plastic or nylon). This kind of sheet keeps the
moisture and that results in corrosion.
