2005 yýlýnda kurulan Çýnar Endüstri Tesisleri ve Ýnþaat A.Þ.,
kamu ve özel kuruluþlarýn, inþaat, altyapý, mekanik montaj,
taahhüt ve proje tasarýmý konularýnda ihtiyaçlarýna cevap
vermektedir.
Çýnar Endüstri Tesisleri ve Ýnþaat A.Þ. was founded in 2005 to
serve for public and private institutions in construction,
substructure, mechanics fields as contactor and project
designer.
Çýnar Endüstri Tesisleri ve Ýnþaat A.Þ., kurulduðu günden bu yana kalite,
güvenilirlik, dürüstlük, müþterilerine ve hizmet deðerlerine baðlýlýk ve
þeffaflýk ilkelerinin baþarýnýn anahtarý olduðuna inanmakta ve buna

Çýnar Endüstri Tesisleri ve Ýnþaat A.Þ. olarak görevimiz, kalifiye personelimiz ile
kalite anlayýþýmýza baðlý kalarak planlamadan teslimata kadar zamanlamaya
uyarak, sözleþme gereklerini yerine getirmektir. Her projemizide, azami dikkat
ve disiplin ile iþçi saðlýðý ve çevre güvenliðinden ödün vermemek prensibimizdir.
Our mission is to complete all of the work under an assigned contract from
planning to delivery on time with a quality work produced by our highly qualified
technical staff. As a principle, we consider environmental health and safety under
legal order in every project with care and discipline.

Çýnar Endüstri Tesisleri ve Ýnþaat A.Þ., kalite politikasýnda aþaðýda yer alan

Bu doðrultuda Çýnar Endüstri Tesisleri ve Ýnþaat A.Þ.;
• Yönetim kadrosu; hedeflere ulaþmak için isteyerek, severek ve benimseyerek
çalýþan, genç, dinamik, özgür düþünce yapýsýna sahip, açýk görüþlü, çaðdaþ iþ

HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
Ýþ güvenliði ve iþçi saðlýðý Çýnar Ýnþaat’ýn önemli bir önceliðidir. Çýnar
Ýnþaat güvenli ve saðlýklý bir çalýþma ortamý yaratarak her türlü zararý en
aza indirmek için ciddi önlemler almaktadýr. Ýþ Saðlýðý ve Güvenliði
politikamýzýn temel ilkeleri þunlardýr;
Work safety and employee health is an essential priority of Çýnar Endüstri
Tesisleri ve Ýnþaat A.Þ.. Çýnar Endüstri Tesisleri ve Ýnþaat A.Þ. takes serious
measures to minimize all kind of losses by creating a safe and healthy
working environment. The basic principles of the HSE policy are;
• Her türlü kaza, olay ve yaralanmalar önlenebilir.
• Any sort of injury and incident can be prevented.
• Herhangi bir iþe baþlamadan önce Ýþ Güvenliði Analizi (JSA) yapmak bir
ön koþuldur.
• To make Job Safety Analysis (JSA) is a prerequisite before start up of any
activity.
• JSA sürecinde öngörülmüþ herhangi bir tehlike olmasý halinde, tehlike
ortadan kalkmadan ya da tam anlamýyla kontrol saðlanmadan
çalýþmaya baþlanýlmayacaktýr.
• If any hazard is foreseen during JSA process, the work shall not be started
until the measures are taken to manage the hazard.
Bu ilkeler doðrultusunda;
According to these principles;
• Çalýþanlarýn ÝSG farkýndalýk ve yetkinliklerini arttýrmak için her düzeyde
planlý eðitimler, iþbaþý eðitimleri, kurslar ve çalýþma alaný denetimleri
ile saðlanacaktýr.
• In order to increase awareness and competence of staff, training shall be
provided at all levels with HSE courses, tool box meetings, site
inspection.
• Acil durum prosedürleri de herhangi bir kaza anýnda zararý en aza
indirmek için hazýr olacaktýr.
• Emergency procedures shall also be available in order to minimize harm
from any incidents.
• Kazalar; tekrarýný önlemek, yeni tedbirler önermek ve ÝSG Yönetimi nin
zayýf yönlerini belirlemek amacýyla incelenip analiz edilecektir.
• Accidents shall be investigated and analyzed to determine the causes
and weak points in HSE management with the purpose of
recommending measures to prevent reoccurrence.
Özetle, Çýnar Ýnþaat, yeni bir faaliyete baþlamadan önce ÝSG konularýný
deðerlendirmeyi ve projeye özel ÝSG planlarý geliþtirmeyi taahhüt eder.
Bu planlar geliþtirilirken temel amaç ÝSG politikalarýnýn, yasal
gerekliklerin ve müþteri þartnamelerinde belirtilen nihai iþ bitimi
hedeflerine uygun olarak çalýþmanýn tamamlanmasýdýr.
In summary, Çýnar Endüstri Tesisleri ve Ýnþaat A.Þ., shall assess health,
safety matters before entering into new activities and develop project
specific HSE plans. In developing these plans, the main objective is the full
implementation of the HSE policy with the legal requirements and client
specifications with the ultimate goal of “Zero Lost Time” work completion.

ENVIRONMENT POLICY
Çýnar Endüstri Tesisleri ve Ýnþaat A.Þ. çevre politikasýnda; faaliyetlerinin
çevreye verebileceði zararlarý en aza indirgemek için çalýþmalarýný
aþaðýda belirlenen ilkeler doðrultusunda þekillendirmektedir.
Bu doðrultuda Çýnar Endüstri Tesisleri ve Ýnþaat A.Þ.;
• Çalýþmalarýnýn çevre üzerindeki etkisini tespit eder ve olumsuz etkileri
en aza indirecek her türlü önlemi alýr.
• Çalýþmalar için gerekli enerji ve doðal kaynaklarý en etkin þekilde
kullanýr; israfý önlemek için gerekli önlemleri alýr.
• Çalýþmalarýnýn sonunda meydana gelen atýklarý kontrol altýnda tutar;
hava, su ve topraðýn kirlenmesini önlemek için gerekli önlemleri alýr ve
bunlarý sürekli geliþtirir.
• Yaptýðý iþ, sunduðu hizmet ve ürettiði ürünlerde çevre ile ilgili
yürürlükteki yasal mevzuatýn þartlarýný yerine getirir.
Çýnar Endüstri Tesisleri ve Ýnþaat A.Þ. has an environmental policy for
studies in line with the following principles in order to minimize the
negative effects of its activities on the environment. Accordingly, Çýnar
Endüstri Tesisleri ve Ýnþaat A.Þ.;
• Detects the impact of its studies on the environment and takes all
measures to minimize the negative effects.
• Uses the required energy and natural resources in an optimal way; takes
necessary measures to prevent waste.
• Controls the wastes emerging at the end of its studies; takes necessary
measures to prevent air, water and land pollution and continuously
develops these measures.
• Complies with the related environmental legislation in place and other
conditions of the institutions with which it is affiliated during all studies,
services and products provided.
• Ensures that all environmental work is always performed in line with the
policies established.
• Controls any threat at the beginning when there is a risk of negative
effect on the environment in order to not harm life or property, and
follows up, issues required regulations and ensures all kinds of
protection at each level of practice.
• Çevre ile ilgili tüm çalýþmalarýnýn, oluþturduðu politikalar
doðrultusunda yapýlmasýný ve bunun sürekliliðini saðlar.
• Kendisinin ve diðer þahýslarýn canýna, malýna ve mülküne zarar
vermemek için çevreye vereceði zararlý bir etki söz konusu olursa
tehlikeyi daha baþlangýç aþamasýnda kontrol edip, sürekli izleyerek
gerekli düzenlemeleri yapar ve uygulama aþamasýnda mümkün olan
her türlü korumayý saðlar.
• Çalýþanlarýnýn, çevre bilincini geliþtirmek amacýyla sürekli eðitim ve
bilinçlendirme çalýþmalarý yürütür.
• Maintains continuous training and awareness raising studies to improve
the environmental consciousness of employees.

4.500m² fabrika sahasý ile bugüne kadar yerli ve yabancý, farklý bir çok
sektördeki çelik imalat projelerini baþarý ile tamamlamýþtýr.
Among the leading sectors that Çýnar Industrial Plant and Construction
Inc. shows activity are industrial facilities, mine sites, bridge structures,
petrochemical, refinery and energy plants.
With its experienced mechanical staff and facility scope of 4.500 sqm;
Çýnar Industrial Plant and Construction Inc. accomplished a lot of local
