Plastherm PVC Profil Sistemi
Sert PVC maddesinin kimyasal özellikleri
Hammadde kabulden, profil üretimine kadar; üretimin her aşamasında eksiksiz ve kesintisiz
Asitlere, bazlara, yıkama maddelerine (deterjan,
sabun), alkollere, yağlara (bitkisel, hayvansal),
karbonik asite, benzin veya suya dayanıklıdır.
Malzeme alev almaz, alev aktarmaz, ateş kaynağı
uzaklaştırıldığında alevi söner. (DIN 4102 kısım
4’e göre B 2 sınıfına girmektedir
yapılan kalite kontrolleri sürekli güvenilirliği sağlmaktadır. Yağmur nem ve güneş, mevsimsel
ısı farklılıkları gibi harici unsurların PVC profilleri üzerindeki etkisi ve profillerin bu dış etkilere
dayanıklılığı Plastherm’in ileri teknoloji ürünü cihazlarla yaptığı sürekli test edilir. Köşe kaynak
direnci, yağmur sızdırmazlığı ve dış doğal etkilere karşı renk hassasiyeti, basınç altındaki mekanik mukavemeti gibi teknik özellikler konusunda, üretim sürekli denetlenir. Bunun neticesinde mükemmel ürünler elede edilir.
Plastherm PVC Profile System
Starting with purchasing of raw materials, forward profile production quality control is supplying
confidence without faults and interrupts in each phase of production. Influences of exterior factorus, as sun rays, rain, moisture and seasonal temperature’s differences, upon PVC profiles and
its resistability is continually passing through the tests in with apparaturs aquipped laboratory.
Thanks to this, perfect profile is obtained as a result. Corner weld strength, air and rain isolation,
colors’ persistance under effects of natural conditions, mechanical strength, and under pressure
effects are being continuously verified in production

Plastherm PVC Profile Sistemi
Plastherm PVC profilleri 60 mm. genişliğinde ve 4 odalıdır.
Plastherm PVC pencere profilleri özel katkılı sert PVC’den üretilmektedir. Bu özelliği ile ultraviole
ışınlarına, sıcağa ve ateşe son derece dayanıklıdır. -45°C ile 45°C’de etkilenmezler.
Plastherm PVC sisteminde tek cam veya çift cam uygulamasında co-extruderli kendinden contalı çıtalar
sayesinde yağmur-güneş, soğuk-sıcak gibi her türlü hava şartlarına ve kimyasal etkilere karşı dayanıklıdır.
PVC Pencere sistemleri boya bakım istemez.
Plastherm PVC Pencere sisteminde sızdırmazlık contaları olarak EPDM kauçuk contalar
kullanılmaktadır.
Pencerelerdeki EPDM contaları; en olumsuz iklim
şartlarında bile işlevini yerine getirerek tam bir kapsama
ve kavrama sağlar. Böylelikle derzlerde oluşan hava infiltrasyonunun satandartlara müsaade edilen miktarın çok
altında olmuşması sağlanır.
Profillerin içlirene yerleştirilen galvanizli çelik destek sacları
rüzgar güçlerine ve çeşitli darbe etkilerine karşı direnci
arttırmaktadır.

Plastherm PVC pencere sistemi her türlü hava şartlarında toz, su, ısı ve sese karşı yüksek derecede izolasyon sağlar.
Kapalı mekanların ısıtılması ve soğutulmasında dikkat edilmesi gereken önemli noktalardan biri,
mekanın yapı elemanlarının ısı iletkenlik özelliğidir. Bina içi ısıma ve soğutma veriminin yükseltilmesi
için seçilecek en etkin yollardan biri tercihen “yalıtkan” malzemelere yönelik olmasıdır. PVC bu malzemelerden biridir.
PVC’nin ısı iletkenlik katsayısı 0.13 kcal/mwh°C’dir. Aynı tabloda metallerin yüksek düzeyde iletken bir
malzeme olduğu ise çok açık görülmektedir.
PVC doğrama kullanıldığı zaman
• Pencerelerdeki ısı kaybı, ahşaba
göre % 30-35, normal Alüminyum doğramaya göre ise % 25-39
oranında azalmaktadır.

Plastherm PVC Profile System
Plastherm PVC profiles has 60mm. width and has 4 rooms.
Plastherm PVC window profiles are produced from solid PVC containing special additives. This
properties gives the material extreme resistancy for uv lights, heat and flame. Solidity remains
stable btw -45°C and +45°C.
In Plastherm PVC system, single or double windows have self sealed wood strips with co-extruder,
which is resistant to chemical impacts and any kind of weather conditions like rain-sun, cold-hot
weather.
In Plastherm PVC window system, EPDM rubber seals are used as gasket. EPDM gaskets in
windows provide full grasp and control and so the gasket performs sharply even in most unwanted
weather conditions. Accordingly, the air infilitration collected in channels are far below the quantity standarts allow.
The galvanized steel plates placed inside the profiles for
supporting, increases the window resistancy to wind and
various strike effects.
Plastherm PVC window system has high isolation values
for dust, water, heat and sound in any kind of weather
condition.
Su tahliye kanallarında dış cidar ile iç cidar arasındaki şaşırtmadan dolayı, tahliye edilen yağmur suyunun rüzgarın etkisi ile içeri girmesi engellenir. Ayrıca destek sacı bölümüne temas etmeyen bu kanallar
havalandırmayı da sağlar.

In closed enviromental heating and cooling, one of the
most important aspects is the heat conductivity of environment’s structural elements. In buildings, the most efficient way for heating and cooling is to
choose insulative materials. PVC is one of them. PVC’s heat conductivity coefficient is 0.13 kcal/
m2h°C. In the same table metals obviously seem to be highly heat conductive.

The extruded rain water is disabled to re-enter the profile due to the level difference between inner and
outer channels. As those channels do not intersect with supprt plate, they allow ventilation.
When PVC carpentary is used
• The heat loss is %30-35 less than wood and %25-39 less than the normal aliminium carpentary.
Easy mountability with under profile nails and easy to take the carpentary onto balance as well as low
heat loss.
• In central heating system especially, less cellular radiator unit and group is used, furnace gets
smaller and heating and installation materials are less used. Other materials’ double glass maximum heat isolation values are shown in the table.
Minimum influence from weather conditions, maximum durability
• In Plastherm window system, when Isıcam is used, the heat isolation value is 2,5 W/m2K, is
higher than the standarts accepted

1) PVC-U Atık Su Boruları organik, inonganik
asitlere ve alkalilere karşı dayanıklıdır 60°C’ye
kadar fiziksel özelliklerini korur, deforme olmaz

Important not fore Installation
1. Hiçbir boru ve ekparça montaj için
kesinlikle ısıtılmamalıdır.
1. None of the pipes and fittings should
be heated for installation.
2. Boruların rahat takılıbilmesi için
contanın görünen yüzeyine ve takılcak
borunun girme derinliğine kadar dış
yüzeyine kaydırıcı sürülür. Kaydırıcı
olarak madeni yağlar kesinlikle
kullanılmamalıdır. Sıvı jel türü temizleyici
Maddeler kaydırıcı olarak kullanılabilir.
Açı oluşturmadan düz eksende ittirilerek
ekleme yapılır.
2. For the easy installation lubricant is
applied to the visible part of the gasket
and on the outer surface of the pipe’s
depth to be inserted. Do not use lube
oils as a lubricant. Cleaning materials
of liquid gel type can be used. The
insertion is made on linear axiswithout
forming any angle.

The product diversities of Plastherm are PPR-c pipes & fittings, Pe-xb, Pe-xc, Fiber glass pipes, Aluminium foil pipes, Pvc waste water pipes and fittings, Pvc windows, doors and Aluminium composit
panels for buildings.
We are honored to produce all products with German DIN standart and highest technology by using
worldwide famous brand of BOREALIS raw material.
Plastherm has all international quality certificates such as ISO - TSE - DVGW - SKZ - TZW - CSTB GOST in order to give full satisfaction of products according to consumers and clients.
Plastherm is supplying all products for domestic market 40% and 60 % for exportations as a percentage.
It exports its products to 50 countries all over the world and its exportation amount is about 40 million
dolars every year.
