Döüeme Kal×p Sistemleri / Slab Formwork Systems H Tipi Yük úskelesi Sistemi H Type Load-bearing Scaffolding System H TúPú YÜK úSKELESú H tipi aù×r yük iskele sistemi, ana taü×y×c×s× H çerçeveden oluüan yüksek mukavemetli bir taü×y×c× sistemdir. Ana taü×y×c× çerçeveler 60x3 mm çelik borulardan, diagonal elemanlar ise 34x2 mm borulardan üretilir. ústeùe baùl× olarak 60x3.65 mm ana çercevelerde üretilebilmektedir. H çerçevelerin stabilitesini saùlamak için farkl× boylarda üretilen diagonal elemanlar ile her türlü geniülikte taü×y×c× iskele oluüturulabilir. H çerçevelerin her bir dikey borusu 5.5 tona kadar yük taü×ma kapasitesine sahiptir. H tipi yük iskelesi sistemi az say×daki standart ve kurulumu kolay elemanlar ile 2 farkl× uygulamaya olanak saùlar. -Masa Kal×p Uygulamas× -Kal×p úskelesi Uygulamas× 70 H-Type Load Bearing Scaffolding System H type heavy load scaffolding system is a high capacity load bearing system with H-Frame main load bearer. Main load bearer H-frames are made from dia 60x3mm steel tubes and diagonal components are made from dia 34x2mm tubes. H frames can be produced from dia 60x3.65 mm tubes upon request. By the use of the diagonal components that produced for providing the stability of H-frames, Load bearing scaffolding system can be assembled at desired width value. Every single vertical prop of the H frames has load bearing capacity upto 5.5 tons. Üst parça; plywood, tali taü×y×c×(×zgara), ana taü×y×c×(mahya) ve dört yollu baül×ktan oluüur. Plywood vidalar ile tali taü×y×c×lara baùlan×r. Tali taü×y×c×lar baùlant× elemanlar× ile ana taü×y×c×lara sabitlenir. Dört yollu baül×klarda ana taü×y×c× kiriülere baùlant× elemanlar× ile sabitlenip üst parça oluüturulur. Alt parçada H çerçeveler, diagoneller ve alt ayar milleri bulunur. Alt ayar milleri çerçevelere kriko ask×s× ile birleütirilir. Diagoneller ise çerçeveler üzerinde bulunan kilitli pimlere geçirilerek alt parça da tamamlan×r. Alt ve üst parçalar pim ve kopilya vas×tas× ile birbirine baùlanarak Masa Tipi Sistem tamamlanm×ü olur. Masa Tipi Sistem kullan×m×nda, sistem sökülmeden kal×p arabas× yada vinç yard×m× ile yer deùiütirildiùinden kal×p kurma zaman× minimum düzeye iner. TABLE TYPE APPLICATION When used as Table type system, system consists of 2 parts (upper and lower). Upper part consists of plywood,secondary girder,main girder and 4-way heading. Plywood is Àxed to secondary girders by means of screws. Secondary girders Àxed to main girders by connection components. Upper part formed by Àxing the 4-way headings to the main girder. Lower part consists of H-frames,diagonals and lower adjustable jacks. Lower adjustable jacks connected to the H-frames by jack hanger. By connecting the diagonals to the Áip-locks on the H-frames,lower part formed. Table type scaffolding completed by the connection of the upper and lower parts with pins and detent pins.
