BAŞVURU VE ÖDEME
Nasıl başvurabilirim? Katılım ücretini nasıl öderim?
Başvurular 6 Nisan tarihinde başlar ve online olarak www.nike.com/istanbul
adresinden yapılır.
Başlangıç çizgisinde sen de ol. Nike Women’s Race , sporcular için
tasarlanmıştır. Deneyimli koşucular için olduğu kadar yeni başlayanlar için de
muhteşem bir organizasyondur. Arkadaşlarını çağır ve keyfini katla!
Kimler kayıt yaptırabilir?
Nike Women’s Race, kadın sporculara yöneliktir. Etkinlik 18 yaş ve üstü
koşuculara açıktır. 18 yaş altındakiler etkinliğe katılamayacaktır.
Başvuru aşağıdaki adımları içerir:
Kayıt olmak için www.nike.com/istanbul sayfasında yer alan Kayıt Ol butonuna
bas. Açılan sayfada istenen bilgileri doğru şekilde doldur.
Bu seni ödeme sayfasına yönlendirecek. Kayıt için 24 yaş üstü için 40 TL(KIRK
TÜRK LİRASİ) – 18-24 yaş arası için 20 TL (YİRMİ TÜRK LİRASI) ödenmesi
gerekmektedir. Ödeme bilgilerini girdiğinde kayıt işlemi tamamlanacak ve eposta ile kayıt bilgilerin sana ulaşacak.
Koşu setini almak için 05.06.2015 tarihinde, KÇP Expo alanına git. Kimliğini
yanında getirmeyi sakın unutma.

adresinden yapılabilir. Kayıtlarımız sınırlıdır ve kapasite dolması halinde kayıtlar
kapatılacaktır.
Yarış günü başvuru yapmak mümkün müdür?
Yarışma günü başvuru yapmak mümkün değildir.

Nike Women’s Race başlangıç setini ne zaman ve nereden alabilirim?
Başlangıç setini almak için neye ihtiyacım var? Kendimi nasıl tanıtmalıyım?
Nike Women’s Race setini 5 Haziran 2015 tarihinde KÇP Expo alanından
alabilirsiniz. Koşu setini bizzat sen almak zorundasın. Kimlik tespiti yapılmadan
setler verilmeyecektir.
6 Haziran 2015 tarihinde tişörtünü önceden giy ve başlangıç setini yanında
getirdiğinden emin ol. Tişörtün olmadan yarışa katılamayacaksın. Göğüs
numaran ve koşucu çipin olmadan performansın ölçülemeyecektir.
Resmi Nike Women’s Race tişörtüyle koşmak zorunda mıyım?
Evet. Koşu tişörtlerini giymeyen kişilerin başlama çizgisinden geçmesine izin
verilmeyecektir.

Dereceye girmen durumunda sürpriz hediyeler seni bekliyor olacak. Dereceye
giremediysen üzülme! Nike Women’s Race koşusunu bitiren tüm yarışmacılar
madalya kazanacaklar.

KOŞU HAKKINDA BİLGİLER
Koşu saat kaçta ve nerede başlayacaktır?
Etkinlik alanı saat 8:00’de açılacaktır. Koşuya saat 9:30’da Küçükçiftlik Park
önündeki yoldan başlayacağız.
Kazananlar ne zaman açıklanacak?
Kazananlar hemen yarış sonrası RFID çiplerinden elde edilen sonuçlara göre
sahnede açıklanacaktır. RFID çipi olmadan koşuya başlayan ya da parkur
içerisindeki RFID noktalarından geçmeyen koşucuların sonuçları
değerlendirilmeyecektir.
Nike Women’s Race etkinlik alanında eşyalarımı koyabileceğim bir yer olacak
mı?
Eşyalarını bırakabileceğin bir vestiyer bulunacak. Paketler içerisinde değerli ve
tehlike unsuru olabilecek eşyalar kabul edilmeyecektir. Alan saat 15:00’e dek
açık olacaktır.
Koşu sırasında yiyecek içecek alabilecek miyim?
Su istasyonlarından içecek temin edebilirsiniz.
Koşuyu tamamlayabilmemiz için verilen limitli bir süre var mı?
Bir saat
Koşacağımız yolda güvenlik nasıl sağlanacak?
Yarış boyunca sağlığın ve güvenliğinden emin olmak için sağlık ve güvenlik
ekiplerimiz görev başında olacaktır.
Koşuyu ne kadar sürede tamamladığımı nasıl öğreneceğim?
Sonuçlara yarış bittikten belirli bir süre sonra internet sitemizden ve Facebook
sayfamızdan ulaşabilirsin.
Koşu sırasında çekilmiş fotoğrafımız olacak mı?
Her koşucunun yarış sırasında tamamen ücretsiz olarak fotoğrafı çekilebilir. Yol
boyunca fotoğraf geçitlerimiz olacaktır. Facebook sayfamızdan ve internet
sitemizden resimlerine bakabilirsin.

APPLICATION AND PAYMENT
How can I apply? How can I pay the participation fee?
Applications start on 6th April and are made online on www.nike.com/istanbul .
Be amongst those who will be on the start line. Nike Women’s Race is designed
for running fans. It is an excellent organization for experienced runners as well
as beginners. Invite your friends and double your joy!
Who can register?
Nike Women’s Race is aimed for women. The event is open for runners, who are
18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18, you cannot enter.
Application consists of the following steps:
In order to register, click on the Register button on www.nike.com/istanbul .
Correctly fill the required information on the page.
This will direct you to the payment page. Registration fee is 40 TL (forty Turkish
liras) for those older than 24 years and 20 TL (twenty Turkish liras) for 18-24
years old. Once you enter your payment information, your registration will be
completed and the required information will be sent to you by e-mail.
In order to obtain the running set, go to KCP Expo area on 05.06.2015. Don’t
forget to bring your identity card with you.

When is the application deadline?
Applications can be made on www.nike.com/istanbul web page until 5th June
2015. The number of participants is limited and registration will be closed if the
maximum number is obtained.
Is it possible to apply on the race day?
It is not possible to apply on the race day.
What should I do in case of a disconnection during registration?
Please call us on 02122666453. We will send you a confirmation or help you to
complete your application.
STARTING SET
What are there inside Nike Women’s Race starting pack?
Nike Dri-FIT women t-shirt. (xs,s,m,l,xl.)
Running chip
When and where can I obtain the Nike Women’s Race starting set? What do I
need to obtain the starting set? How should I introduce myself?
You can obtain Nike Women’s Race set from KCP Expo area on 5th June 2015.
You have to obtain the running set yourself. Sets will not be given without
verifying identity.
Wear your t-shirt in advance on 6th June 2015 and make sure you brought your
starting set. You cannot participate in the race without your t-shirt. Your
performance cannot be measured without your number tag and runner chip.
Do I have to run with the official Nike Women’s Race t-shirt?
Yes. Those who do not wear their running t-shirts will not be allowed to cross
the start line.
AWARDS
Surprising gifts will be waiting for you if you rank in the competition. If not,
don’t worry! All participants completing Nike Women’s Race will receive a
medal.
WE ARE BRINGING THE WINNER TO ‘’NIKE WOMEN’S RACE STOCKHOLM’’ RUN
ON 27TH JUNE.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE RUN
What time and where will the run start?
Event area will be opened at 8 AM. Race will start from the road in front of
Kucukciftlik Park at 9:30 AM.
When will the winners be announced?
Winners will be announced on the stage based on the results obtained from
RFID chips right after the race. Those who start running without their RFID chips
or who do not pass from the RFID points within the track will not be evaluated
for their results.
Will there be a place where I can leave my stuff in Nike Women’s Race event
area?
There will be a coatroom where you can leave your stuff. Valuable and
dangerous items within packages will not be accepted. Event area will open
until 15:00.
Will I be able to buy food and beverages during the race?
You will be able to get beverages from water stations.
Is there a limited period of time in order to complete the run?
One hour
How will security be provided on the road where we will be running?
In order to ensure your health and security during the race, our health and
security teams will be on their duty.
How will I learn how long it took me to complete the race?
You can access the results a while after the end of the race on our website and
Facebook page.
Will we have photos taken during the race?
All runners can have their photos taken free of charge during the race. We will
have photo points all along the way. You can see the photos on our Facebook
page or our website.
