Nasıl başvurabilirim? Katılım ücretini nasıl öderim?
Kayıtlar 11 Ağustos 2014 tarihinde başlar ve kayıtlara online
olarak www.nike.com/runistanbul adresinden erişim sağlanabilir.
Başlangıç çizgisinde sen de ol. Yarış herkese açıktır. Nike Run İstanbul, koşu
meraklıları ve tutkulu profesyoneller için organize edilmiştir. Deneyimli
koşucular ve yeni başlayanlar için muhteşem bir etkinliktir. Arkadaşlarını çağır
ve keyfini katla!
Başvuru aşağıdaki adımları içerir:

Run Istanbul’daki yerini teyit etmek için tercih ettiğin Nike mağazasına gidip
katılım ücretini öde. Koşu kitini al.
16 ve 17 yaşlarında olup koşuya katılmak isteyenler için kayıt, internet sitesi
üzerinden talep edilen verilerin sisteme girilmesini takiben veli izni ile birlikte
seçilen Nike mağazasına gitmeyi gerektirmektedir. Veli iznini
www.nike.com/runistanbul adresinden yükleyebilirsin.
Kaydın tamamlanması için, yetişkinler için 40 TL ile reşit olmayanlar/öğrenciler
için 20 TL tutarındaki koşu katılım bedelinin seçilen NIKE mağazalarında
ödenmesi gerekmektedir. Koşuya katılımın sınırlı olduğu unutulmamalıdır ve
kapasitenin dolması halinde ilave katılıma izin verilmeyecektir.
Kayıt, Run Istanbul’a katılım hakkını garanti etmemektedir.

En son başvuru yapabileceğim tarih nedir ?
www.nike.com/runistanbul web adresinden kayıtlar 21 Eylül 2014 tarihine
kadar ya da tüm yerler dolana kadar yapılabilir. Kayıtlarımız sınırlıdır; bu
nedenle en kısa zamanda başvurunu tamamlayıp kitini almaya git.
Yarış günü başvuru yapmak mümkün müdür?
Yarışma günü başvuru yapıp yapamayacağınızı garanti edemeyiz. Lütfen
güncellemeleri www.nike.com/runistanbul web sitesinden takip ediniz.
Kayıt esnasında bir kesilme olma durumunda ne yapmalıyım?
Lütfen bize [email protected] adresinden ulaşınız. Size onay göndeririz ya
da sizi başvuruyu nasıl tamamlayacağınız konusunda yönlendiririz.
Başlangıç kitini, internet kaydını tamamladıktan sonra, senin için verilen
tarihlerde tercih ettiğin Nike mağazasından yetişkinler için 40 TL(KIRK TÜRK
LİRASİ) – reşit olmayanlar/öğrenciler için 20 TL (YİRMİ TÜRK LİRASI) karşılığında
teslim alabilirsin. Öğrenci kimliğini yanında getirmeyi sakın unutma.
Kayıt için ödediğin tutarın 10 TL’si Nike Türkiye tarafından senin adına Atletizm
Federasyonu’na bağışlanacaktır.

Nike Run Istanbul başlangıç kitinin içinde neler var?
NikeDri-FIT tişört. (Tişörtler kadın-erkek için ayrıdır ve farklı beden seçenekleri
vardır.)
Koşu göğüs numaran ve çipi
Nike Run Istanbul başlangıç kitini ne zaman ve nereden alabilirim? Başlangıç
kitini almak için neye ihtiyacım var? Kendimi nasıl tanıtmalıyım?
Nike Run Istanbul başlangıç kiti, kaydını tamamlamanı takiben 1 hafta
içerisinde kayıtta tercih ettiğin Nike mağazasına gönderilecektir. Belirlemiş
olduğun mağazada katılım ücretini ödedikten sonra kimliğini (öğrenciler kayıt
ücretini öderken öğrenci kartlarını göstermek zorundadır. Aksi durumda yetişkin
ücreti tahsis edilecektir) göstermek suretiyle , başlangıç kitini teslim alabilirsin.
Koşu kiti şahsen teslim alınmalıdır. Kimlik tespiti yapılmadan kitler teslim
edilmeyecektir.
28 Eylül 2014 tarihinde tişörtünü önceden giy ve başlangıç kitini yanında
getirdiğine emin ol. Tişörtün, göğüs numaran ve koşucu çipin olmadan
başlangıç çizgisinden geçmene izin verilmeyecektir.
Resmi Nike Run Istanbul tişörtüyle koşmak zorunda mıyım?
Evet. Koşu tişörtlerini giymeyen kişilerin başlangıç çizgisinden geçmesine izin
verilmeyecektir.
ÖDÜLLER
Kategoriler kadın ve erkekler için düzenlenmiştir. 1., 2. ve.3 olman durumunda,
ödül kazanacaksın. Nike Run Istanbul koşusunu bitiren tüm yarışmacılar
madalya kazanacaklar.

KOŞU HAKKINDA BİLGİLER
Koşu saat kaçta ve nerede başlayacaktır?
Etkinlik alanı saat 13:00’de açılacaktır. Koşuya saat 19:00’da Caddebostan Sahil
yeşil alanından başlayacağız.
Kazananlar ne zaman açıklanacak?
Kazananlar hemen yarış sonrası RFID çiplerinden elde edilen sonuçlara göre
sahnede açıklanacaktır. RFID çipi olmadan koşuya başlayan ya da parkur
içerisindeki RFID noktalarından geçmeyen koşucuların sonuçları
değerlendirilmeyecektir.
Nike Run Istanbul etkinlik alanında eşyalarımı koyabileceğim bir yer olacak
mı?
Kesin kayıt noktasında aldığın başlangıç seti ile eşyalarını bırakabileceğin bir
vestiyer olacaktır. Değerli ve tehlike unsuru olabilecek eşyalar kabul edilemez.
Koşu sırasında yiyecek içecek alabilecek miyim?
Koşu sırasında su istasyonlarından içecek temin edebilirsin.
Koşuyu tamamlayabilmemiz için verilen limitli bir süre var mı?
Maksimum bir saat süre sınırı vardır.
Koşu süresince güvenlik nasıl sağlanacak?
Sağlık ve güvenlik ekiplerimiz sağlığın ve güvenliğinden emin olmak için koşu
parkurunda görev başında olacaktır.
Koşuyu ne kadar sürede tamamladığımı nasıl öğreneceğim?
Sonuçlar yarış bittikten sonra internet sitemizde ve Facebook sayfamızda
yayınlanacaktır.
Koşu sırasında çekilmiş fotoğrafımız olacak mı?
Her koşucunun yarış sırasında tamamen ücretsiz olarak fotoğrafı çekilebilir. Yol
boyunca fotoğraf noktalarımız olacaktır. Facebook sayfamızdan ve internet
sitemizden resimlerine bakabilirsin.
Koşu gününde ulaşım nasıl olacak?
Koşucularnı ulaşımı deniz yoluyla sağlanacaktır. Detaylar ilerleyen günlerde
paylaşılacaktır. Kapasite aşımının önüne geçmek için kesin kayıt noktasında
ulaşımını nasıl sağlayacağını belirtmelisin.

APPLICATION AND PAYMENT
How can I apply? How can I pay the participation fee?
Registration opens on 11th August 2014 and is accessed via online on
www.nike.com/runistanbul.
You also be on the start line. Running is for everybody. Nike Run İstanbul is
organized for leisure runners and passionate professionals. It is a great event
both for experienced runners and beginners. Invite your friends and double your
fun!
Application consists of following steps:
Register on www.nike.com/runistanbul .
For your final confirmation of a place in Run Istanbul, go to a Nike shop of your
choice and pay the participation fee. Take you running kit.
Registration will be completed after the required information is entered to the
system on the website or for 16 & 17 year olds that would like to participate,
through the store of your choice providing the parental consent form which can
be downloaded from www.nike.com/runistanbul .
To complete the final registration, the participation fee of 40 TL for adults and
of 20 TL for minors/students should be paid in the NIKE store determined during
registration. Don’t forget that the number of places is limited and when
capacity is full no further entries will be permitted.
Registration doesn’t guarantee the right of participation to Run Istanbul.

What is the latest date to apply ?
Registration via www.nike.com/runistanbul is open until l 21st September 2014
or until all places are filled. Places are limited, so complete your registration
and go to take your kit as soon as possible.
Is is possible to apply on the run day?
We cannot guarantee whether you can apply on the run day. Please follow the
updates on www.nike.com/runistanbul .
What to do in case of an interruption while registration?
Please contact us from [email protected]. We will send you a confirmation
or we will tell you how to complete the application.
You can take your start kit after completing the internet registration between
the dates given to you from the Nike store you choose for a price of 40 TL
(FORTY TURKISH LIRAS) for adults and for 20 TL (TWENTY TURKISH LIRAS) for
minors and students. Don’t forget to bring your student card with you.
10 TL of the participation fee you pay for registration will be donated on behalf
of you to the Athleticism Federation by Nike Turkey.
START KIT
What is there in the Nike Run Istanbul start kit?
Nike Dri-FIT -shirt. (T-shirts are different for women and men and there are
different size options.)
Run chest number and chip
When and from where can I take Nike Run Istanbul start kit? What do I need
to collect the start kit? How should I introduce myself?
Nike Run Istanbul start kit will be sent to the Nike store you choose during the
registration within 1 week following the completion of registration. You can
take your start kit after you pay the participation fee in the store you
determine, on condition you present your identity (students are obliged to
present their student card while paying the participation fee. Otherwise, fee for
adults will be collected). You are obliged to take the start kit in person. Your
start kit will not be provided to you without identification.
On 28th September 2014, wear your T-shirt in advance and be sure that you
have your start kit with you. You will not be allowed to be on the start line if you
don’t have T-shirt, chest number and runner chip.
Am I obliged to run with the official Nike Run Istanbul T-shirt?
Yes. The people without running T-shirts will not be allowed to pass the start
line.
PRIZES
The categories are organized for women and for men In case that you are
placed 1st, 2nd or 3rd you will receive a prize. All competitors completing the Nike
Run Istanbul running will receive a medal.

INFORMATION ABOUT RUN
How many hours will the run take and where will it start?
The event area will open at 13:00. We will start the run at 19:00 on
Caddebostan Coast green area.
When will the winners be announced?
The winners will be announced on the stage just after the run in accordance
with the results obtained from the RFID chips. The results of the runners who
start running without RFID chips or who don’t pass the RFID points on the
raceway will not be taken into consideration.
Will there be a place to leave my stuff on Nike Run Istanbul event area?
There will be a cloakroom to leave your belongings and the start kit you take
from the final registration. The belongings considered to be valuable or
dangerous cannot be accepted.
Will I be able to take food and drink during the run?
You can obtain drink from the water stations during the run.
Is there a limited time to complete the run?
One hour is the maximum time limit allowed
How will security be provided during the run?
Our health and security teams will be on duty to be sure of your health and
security all along the run route.
How will I learn the time that I complete the run?
Results will be published on our web site and our Facebook page after
completion of the run.
Will there be a photo of us taken during the run?
A photo of every runner can be taken totally free of charge during the run.
There will be our photo gates all along the way. You can see your photos from
our Facebook page and our web site.
How will be the transportation organized on the day of run?
The transportation of the runners will be performed by boats. The details will be
shared on the following days. To prevent the capacity overflow, you should
indicate how you will reach the final registration center.
