ÖFKE KONTROLÜ
Öfke, her insanda var olan doğal bir duygudur. Öfkelenen çocuk, saldırgan davranışlar sergileyebilir. Ebeveynlerin sıklıkla sordukları bir soru, öfke krizine girmiş çocuklara nasıl tepki vermeleri gerektiğidir. Bunun cevabını anlamak için öfke krizine girmiş çocuğunuzun yaşadığı fizyolojik reaksiyonları bilmekte fayda vardır.Herhangi bir
olay karşısında öfkelenmiş çocuğun vücudunda önce stres hormonları salgılanır. Stres hormonu tüm vücuda yayılırken, gerilen motor nöronlar elektrik yükünü boşaltır. Bu boşaltımla beraber çocuk, bağırır, ağlar, kendini yerden
yere atar. Yani aslında çocuğun öfke krizi sırasındaki hareketleri, onun sinir sistemi üzerindeki yükü boşaltıp sakinleşmeye çalışmasının bir sonucudur. Öfke nöbeti ardından, çocuklar sıklıkla gevşer, gülümser. Bu davranış,
çocuğunuzun az önce 'abartı davranışlar' sergileyip numara yaptığı anlamına gelmez.
Küçük çocukların beynini bizden ayıran farklardan biri de, sinir hücrelerini uyarıp duran binlerce uyaranı algıladığı halde bunları düzene koyma becerisinden yoksun olmalarıdır. Ne şekilde davranacağını bilmeyen çocuğa kızmak çelişkili bir durumdur. Şefkatle ve sıkıca sarıldığınızda, çocuğunuzun bedeninde oksitosin salgılanır. Bu hormon onun hem sakinleşmesine, hem de yaşam boyunca duygularını yönetmesine yarayacak sinirsel iletişim araçlarını geliştirmesine yardımcı olur.
Güne olumlu bir şekilde başlamak genellikle günün güzel kapanacağının işaretidir. Sabah yaşanan gerginlikler
sebebiyle, gün boyu karşılaşılan küçük problemler karşısında daha kolay sinirlenip gerilebilir. Geniş bir zaman diliminde yapılan kahvaltı, küçük bir konuşma zamanı, cesaret verici sözler söylemek onun gün boyu yaşayacağı
olumsuz durumlarla başa çıkmasında yardımcı olur.
Bu krizleri sıklıkla yaşayan çocuklara nasıl davranmak gerekir?
Çocuğun öfkesine boyun eğildiği ve istediği yerine getirildiği takdirde bu davranışların hem sıklığı hem de
şiddeti artarak devam edecektir. Bunu unutmayarak, çocuğunuzun genellikle öfkelendiği mekanlar var ise buralardan bir süre uzak durmak, isteklerini öfkelenmeden anlattığı zaman onun bu davranışını övmek, öfke nöbetine
girdiği zaman, dünyanın merkezinde o varmış gibi davranmadan, durumu uzaktan takip etmek, fark ettirmeden
dikkatini başka yöne kaydırmak, öfkenin de mutluluk ve üzüntü gibi normal bir duygu olduğunu unutmadan, çocuğun bu duyguyu da yaşamasına izin vermek ve onu anladığınızı hissettirmek, çocuk sakinleştikten sonra, onunla
beraber duruma ilişkin resimler yapmak ve resim üzerinden sohbet ederken ona duygularını anlattırmak, bu konuyu onunla tartışmak, çözüm önerilerinde bulunmak, öfke nöbeti sırasında kendine veya çevresine zarar vermeye
çalışan bir çocuğun bu davranışını engellemek ve güvenli bir ortamda, yanında durarak sakinleşmesini beklemek,
sakinleşme sürecinde ona sarılarak, onu motive etmek, ‘Sakinleşebileceğini biliyorum’, demek, sonrasında ise,
‘Sakinleşmeyi başardın, tebrik ederim’ gibi cümleler kurmak, onun öfkesinin farkında olduğunuzu, bunu anladığınızı söylemek, bu duygunun normal bir duygu olduğunu ve zaman zaman öfkelenmeye hakkı olduğunu söylemek,
fakat onun öfkelenmesinin, sizin fikrinizin değişmesine etkisi olmayacağını ona aktarmak, ve konu ile alakalı olarak baştaki kararınızı korumak, onun, öfke nöbetlerini davranış kalıbı haline çevirmesine engel olacaktır.

Ayın enstrümanı “Ağız Arpı”, modelleri ve tarihçesi hakkında bilgi verilmesi.
1.Hafta:
Sesin tanımı, oluşumu ve havadaki hareketi hakkında öğrencilerin bilgilendirilmesi.
Ses nedir? Sorusuna yorumlar alınması. 10 Kasım hakkında bilgilendirme ve
“İzindeyiz Yüce Atam” marşının seslendirilmesi.
2.Hafta:
“İzindeyiz Yüce Atam” marşı içerisinde dikkat edilmesi gereken noktaların belirlenmesi, nefes noktalarının anlatılması, piyano eşliğinde seslendirilmesi. Sesin oluşumu ve havadaki hareketinin bir fizik deneyi ile uygulamalı olarak anlatılması. Ses
dalgaları ve yükseklikleri hakkında bilgi verilmesi.
“Cumhuriyet en güzel şey hürriyet” marşının dinlenmesi ve seslendirilmeye başlanması.
3. Hafta:
Nasıl duyarız? Sorusuna öğrencilerden yorumlar alınması. Ağız arpı ile titreşimler oluşturulması ve ağız arpı müzik aletinin tanıtılması. Kulak kesiti görselleri ile insan kulağının nasıl duyduğunun izlenmesi.
4. Hafta:
Öğrencilerin sınıfta yer alan objeler ile titreşimler ortaya çıkartıp havadaki hareketlerini, dalga büyüklüklerini anlatmaları. Ay boyunca öğrendiklerimizin genel tekrarı.
