Yöneticinin Mesajı
2012 has been a static year for the automotive sector in
general. The Euro crisis occurred in Europe has caused a
significant decline in the automobile production figures.
SEGER also had a decline in its production and sales figures
compared to the previous year as a result of the downsizing
of the Automotive market caused by the inevitable effects of
the crisis in Euro territory.
Despite the decrease in the production, we have continued
our work on the improvement of our current productivity.
We’ve implemented the “Equipment Management System“
in 2012 with the goal of using the production equipment
more efficiently and we’ve been using this system actively
since its beginning. In addition to that, we’ve expanded the
KANBAN applications to include our suppliers in order to
reduce the stock costs by eliminating unnecessary stocks.
The main purpose of all those studies is to release our
products to the market under more suitable conditions by
reducing our production costs.
2012 has also been a year which we’ve focused on our studies
that are geared towards improving the process sustainability
by elevating the technological level of our production
processes in terms of technological development. The
automation ratio of the horn assembly lines has reached
70% with new process design studies conducted in 2012. In
addition to that, the construction of our new assembly line
targeting a 90% automation ratio is underway and we are
estimating to initiate the pre-serial production phase by the
end of 2013.
SEGER has also focused on new product designs in 2012.
As a result of those studies, we’ve developed a compact air
horn model to be used particularly in the heavy duty vehicle
segment. We are planning to launch this new model designed
completely by SEGER’s capable design team and patented by
SEGER, in the first half of 2013.
Geride bıraktığımız 2012 yılı genel olarak otomotiv sektörü
için durağan bir yıl olarak geçti. Avrupa’da Euro krizi özellikle
Avrupa’daki otomobil üretimlerinin ciddi oranda azalmasına
sebep oldu. Euro bölgesindeki bu krizin etkisi ile otomotiv
pazarındaki daralmaya paralel olarak SEGER’in de üretim ve
satışlar adetleri bir önceki yıla göre bir miktar geriledi.
Üretimdeki bu daralmaya rağmen, mevcut üretim verimliliğini
arttırmaya yönelik çalışmalarımız hız kesmeden devam etti.
Üretim yaptığımız ekipmanlarımızı daha verimli kullanabilmek
adına 2012 yılında Türkiye fabrikamızda Ekipman Yönetim
Sistemini kurduk ve etkin bir şekilde kullanmaya başladık.
Bununla birlikte gereksiz stoklardan kurtularak stok
maliyetlerimizi azaltmak için KANBAN uygulamasını
tedarikçilerimizi de kapsayacak şekilde genişlettik. Tüm bu
çalışmaların ana hedefi üretim maliyetlerimizi azaltarak
ürünlerimizi pazara daha uygun şartlarla sunabilmektir.
Teknolojik gelişim alanında ise üretim proseslerimizin
teknoloji seviyesini yükselterek, proses hakimiyetinin
artmasına yönelik çalışmalarımız 2012 yılında yoğunlaştığımız
bir alan oldu. 2012’de yapılan yeni proses tasarım çalışmaları
ile korna üretim hatlarındaki otomasyon seviyemiz %70’e
ulaşmıştır. Bununla birlikte otomasyon seviyesinin % 90
olarak hedeflendiği yeni montaj hattımızın yapımı devam
etmekte olup, 2013 sonunda ön seri üretime başlamayı
planlıyoruz.
SEGER, 2012 yılında yeni ürün tasarımlarına da yoğunlaştı.
Bu çalışmaların bir sonucu olarak, özellikle ağır vasıta
segmentindeki
araçlarda kullanılmaya yönelik olarak
kompakt bir havalı korna modeli geliştirdik. Tasarım
çalışmaları tamamen SEGER’in yetkin tasarım ekibi
tarafından yürütülen ve patent hakları SEGER’e ait olan bu
yeni modelimizi 2013’ün ilk yarısında piyasaya sunmayı
hedefliyoruz.
2013 will be a year where SEGER will participate more in the
“new vehicle projects” in the OEM market and reach more
“new customers” in the new regions in the Aftermarket.
2013 yılı, OEM pazarında SEGER’in “yeni araç projelerinde”
daha fazla yer alacağı ve aftermarket pazarında ise yeni
pazarlarda daha fazla “yeni müşterilere” ulaştığı bir yıl
olacaktır.

DOMESTIC DEALERS MEETING
The annual domestic dealers meeting
was held between 18–20 January 2013, at
Crowne Plaza Hotel in Bursa.
BAYİ TOPLANTISI
Geleneksel olarak yaptığımız bayi toplantımız
bu yıl 18-20 Ocak arihleri arasında Bursa’daki
Crowne Plaza Hotel’de düzenlenmiştir.
The meeting which all of our domestic dealers
participated, started with the opening speech of
our general manager Mrs. Tülin Tezer and followed
with a presentation of 2012 figures by our Sales and
Marketing Team Leader, Mr. Cüneyt Coşkun . During
the meeting, our expectations from our dealers and
targets have been addressed and the comments and
opinions of our dealers have been heard. Following the
meeting, the dealers have been given a factory tour
including the assembly lines, press workshop, plastic
injection, tooling workshop, painting house and quality
laboratories. In addition to that, the new products that
will be added to the product range have also been
introduced to the dealers.

konuşması yapması ve ardından Satış ve Pazarlama
Takım Liderimiz Cüneyt Coşkun’un 2012 yılının
verilerini sunmasıyla devam etmiştir. 2013 yılındaki
hedeflerimiz ile ilgili beklentilerimiz dile getirilmiş
ardından bayilerimizin yorum ve görüşleri dinlenmiştir.

getirilerek kendilerine üretim alanı, montaj bantları,
preshane, plastik enjeksiyon, kalıphane, boyahane
ve kalite laboratuarları gösterilerek bilgi verilmiştir.
Ayrıca bayilerimize Seger’in ürün gamına yeni olarak
katacağı ürünler de tanıtılmıştır.

next day our guests had a Mount Uludağ tour and
enjoyed the beauty of our white paradise.
Akşam düzenlenen gala yemeğinde değerli bayilerimiz
ve aileleri ile Seger ailesi hep beraber eğlenerek keyifli
bir akşam geçirmişlerdir. Ertesi gün gerçekleştirilen
Uludağ turu ile bölgemizin beyaz cennetinin güzellikleri
misafirlerimiz tarafından oldukça beğenilmiştir.

OVERSEAS
SEGER continues its activities to respond increasing
customer demands in aftermarket business. SEGER
which has caught the success of selling horns in many
countries around the world has already had new
customers from Germany, Tunisia, Morocco, South
Africa, Chile, Spain, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, Lithuania
and delivered first orders. At the same time, SEGER
aims to increase its sales all around the world by adding
new customers to its sales network.
AFTERMARKET
YURTDIŞI YEDEK PARÇA PİYASASI
SEGER, dünyanın çeşitli ülkelerinin yedek parça
piyasalarından gelen taleplere cevap vermeye devam
ediyor. Dünyanın birçok ülkesine korna satma başarısını
yakalamış olan SEGER, yakın zaman içerisinde Almanya,
Tunus, Fas, Güney Afrika, Şili, İspanya, Ukrayna, Suudi
Arabistan ve Litvanya’daki yeni müşterilerine ilk
sevkiyatlarını gerçekleştirmiştir. Yeni pazarlara ulaşma
hedefiyle devam eden faaliyetleriyle SEGER, kısa
zaman içerisinde yeni pazarlardan edineceği yedek
parça müşterileriyle ürün dağıtım ağını genişletmeye
devam edecektir.

We are HOQUE CORPORATION from Bangladesh. We
are sole agent of SEGER company in Bangladesh since
2002. It was really good opportunity for us to start
promoting SEGER brand horns in Bangladesh since the
beginning. By the help of qualified products supplied
by SEGER, we’ve reached remarkable results very
soon in this horn business. As our long experience we
know SEGER first priority is to provide top quality horn
to their customers with the most convenient prices.
Product performance of SEGER during guarantee
period is very good. Continual improvement of quality,
technology and teamwork of SEGER satisfy us very
much. During our several SEGER factory visit we
followed SEGER maintain sophisticated and state of
the art technology as well as continuous development

It has been 8 years since SEGER came to China. SEGER
China was established in 2004, it was very hard to
develop the China domestic market at the beginning.
After 8 years of hard work, SEGER China has sold about
6 million horns in China domestic market, more than 3
million car users have used SEGER horns. Now , SEGER
China has more than 210 sales service centers, and
more than 20.000 repair shops and car beauty shops
have SEGER display area, they are making the brand
and product promotion every day.
We always wish to SEGER a successful and prosperous
business future.
We hope from all of our efforts, we can take 20% of
China domestic horn market, to let more and more
people know SEGER horns, to try our effort to realize
the best horn brand in the world.

Since 2006, we have also developed the OEM market
and SEGER China is currently supplying for more
than 43 different car manufacturers. In addition to
that, we received the first OEM project from BYD
at the beginning of 2013, one of the biggest local
car manufacturers in China. More and more car

SEGER Çin fabrikası bundan 8 yıl önce 2004 yılında
kuruldu ve ilk başlarda Çin iç pazarında tutunmak
gerçekten çok zordu. Fakat zaman içerisinde, 8 yıllık
zorlu bir çalışmanın sonucunda Çin iç piyasasına bu
sürede 6 milyon korna satılmış olup, 3 milyondan fazla
sürücü tarafından SEGER korna kullanılmış oldu. Şu
anda SEGER Çin fabrikasının Çin iç pazarında 210’dan
fazla servis noktası vardır ve 20.000’den fazla tamirci
ve bakımcıda SEGER tanıtım alanı bulunmakta olup, her
gün ürün ve marka tanıtımı yapılmaktadır.
2006 yılından beri OEM pazarında da gelişme
sağlanmıştır ve şu anda Çin’deki 43 farklı OEM firması
SEGER kornası kullanmaktadır. Buna ek olarak, 2013 yılı
başında Çin’in en büyük araç üreticilerinden biri olan
BYD firmasından ilk OEM projesi alınmıştır. Gittikçe
daha fazla araç üreticisi SEGER kornalarını kabul
etmeye başlamıştır.
Bu çabalarımız sonucu Çin pazarında %20 oranında pay

SEGER proudly presents our new 90AH air horn with
great excitement. The design of the horn completely
belongs to SEGER and we applied for its patent rights.
We named our horn as “Cobra”. We promoted our Cobra
horn for the first time to our domestic distributors
in January. Our domestic distributors liked the size,
sound tone and sound power of our horn very much.
Fair price of the horn makes our domestic distributors
very excited and they commented that they can sell
in big quantities. Now our 90AH Cobra air horn can be
used only in the vehicles with the air tank. Next step is
producing our Cobra horn with compressor in order to
make it available to be used on passenger cars. Due to
its compact design Cobra air horn will cover less space in
the vehicle while its price will be lower than traditional
air horns. We expect our precious customers will like
our 90AH Cobra air horn very much and we are waiting
for your valuable orders.

İNEGÖL-BURSA
Geographical Location and Directions:
Oylat cave is located where the Oylat Canyon ends 1 km.
to the south of Hilmiye village situated 17 km. southeast
of İnegöl. The road to Oylat hot spring diverging from the
Inegol-Ankara highway must be used in order to arrive at an
allowed distance to the cave.
Features:
Consisting of two interconnected tubes, the total length of
the Oylat cave is 665 meters. Having generally a profile with
maindros, the cave can be split into two categories in terms
of its development characteristics. The section extending
from the entrance to the large collapsed hall a.k.a. sinkhole,
is comprised of narrow corridors. The ceiling height of this
section is around 15 meters with a width varying from 2 to 5
meters. In this place, a giant furnace and precipitation pools
take up significant space. Also in this place, 4 to 5 meters wide
pebble storerooms with polished surfaces underneath are
found. However the second section of the cave is comprised
of a large collapsed hall. The ground lot difference from the
beginning to the end of the hall reaches to an unprecedented
93 meters while its width varies from 25 to 55 meters and
the ceiling height varies from 3 to 15 meters. The hall is
comprised of large blocks and giant precipitation shapes
such as stalactites, stalagmites and columns. The last section
located on the higher ground of the hall is comprised of a
thick layer of pebbles and sand.
Oylat cave consisting of various development and
meteorological characteristics also serves as a habitat for
a variety of species. Among those species are centipedes,
butterflies, worms and guanobies. They live in a perfect
harmony the way mother nature intended. When walking
down the cave tunnels, you can almost feel the soft breeze
through the narrow corridors and passages connecting the
levels and the halls of the cave. In this cave, a history of
thousands of years echoes through eternity.

Coğrafi Konumu ve Ulaşım:
Oylat mağarası, İnegöl’ün 17 km güneydoğusunda bulunan
Hilmiye köyünün 1 km güneyinde, Oylat kanyonunun sona
erdiği noktada yer alır. İnegöl-Ankara karayolundan Oylat
kaplıcasına ayrılan yol ile mağaranın yakınına kadar herhangi
bir vasıta ile gidilebilir. Özellikler:
Birbirine bağlı iki kattan oluşan Oylat mağarasının toplam
uzunluğu 665 metredir. Genel olarak menderesli bir profile
sahip olan mağarayı gelişim özelliklerine göre iki bölüme
ayırabiliriz. Girişten büyük çöküntü salonuna kadar olan
bölüm, dar galerilerden oluşmuştur. 2-5 metre arası genişlikte
olan bu bölümün tavan yüksekliği ortalama 15 metre
civarındadır. Burada dev kazanı ve damlataş havuzları geniş
yer kaplar. Ayrıca 4-5 metre kalınlığında çakıl depoları (taraça
şeklinde) ile bunların altlarında cilalanmış yüzeyler görülür.
Buna karşılık mağaranın ikinci bölümü büyük bir çöküntü
salonundan oluşmuştur. Başlangıcı ile son noktası arasında
93 metrelik büyük bir yükselti farkı olan bu salonun genişliği
25-55 metre, tavan yüksekliği ise 3-15 metre arasında
değişmektedir. İri blok ve dev damlataş şekillerinden (sarkıt,
dikit ve sütun) oluşan salonun yukarıda bulunan son kesimi,
kalın bir çakıl, kum ve mil tabakalarından oluşmuştur.
Birbirinden farklı gelişim ve meteorolojik özelliklere
sahip bölümlerden oluşan Oylat mağarasında zengin bir
canlı topluluğu yaşamaktadır. Bunlar arasında yarasalar,
binayaklılar, kelebekler, solucan ve guanobiler yer almaktadır.
Mağarada salonları ve katları birbirine bağlayan dar galeri ve
geçitlerde hissedilir bir rüzgar vardır. ULUDAĞ
AREA OF LAKES - BURSA
The area where lakes with many sizes found on the northern
slopes of Mount Uludağ is called «Area of Lakes». The most
known lakes in this area of a total of seven lakes are called
Aynalı(Mirrored) Lake, Kilimli (Rug) Lake, Heybeli (Satchel)
Lake, Buzlu (Icy) Lake and Kara (Black) Lake. Despite being
isolated from the deterioration caused by the humans for
long years as there hasn’t been a proper road leading to the
area, the area has been suffering a certain level of pollution
and deterioration for the last few years with the arrival of
more SUV’s and 4x4 vehicles. The area of lakes standing 250
meters down the mountain peak (2.543 mt. ), is a favourite
spot for nature trekkers and mountain climbers. Kara (Black)
Lake which is one of the seven lakes, is rumored to have no
bottom based on the ancient beliefs as those lakes have
generally been named after their appearances. Especially in
the summer, it is a major route preferred by the hikers after
the summit.
ULUDAĞ GÖLLER BÖLGESİ - BURSA
Uludağ’ın zirvesinin hemen kuzey yamacında bulunan irili
ufaklı göllerin bulunduğu alan Uludağ Göller Bölgesi olarak
adlandırılır. Yedi gölün bulunduğu alandaki göllerden en
bilinenleri Aynalı göl, Kilimli göl, Heybeli göl, Buzlu göl ve
Kara göldür. Göller bölgesi düzgün bir yol olmayışı nedeniyle
uzun yıllar insan tahribatından uzak kalsa da son yıllarda
arazi araçlarının daha sık gelip gitmesi sonucunda kirlilik
ve tahribata uğramaktadır. Zirve’nin(2543mt) 250 metre
aşağısında bulunan göller bölgesi özellikle dağcıların ve
doğa yürüyüşçülerinin tercih ettiği bir noktadır. İsimlerini
genellikle görünüşlerinden alan göllerden Kara gölün dipsiz
olduğu konusunda hikâyeler anlatılır. Özellikle yazın görsel
bir keyif almak isteyen yürüyüşçülerin zirveden sonraki
başlıca rotaları göller bölgesidir.

Saving oriented improvement has become a necessity
in our facility due to energy being the main factor in
production and the costs increasing constantly.
With the improvements made between 2005-2011 based
on productivity, a significant decrease on our energy
consumption has been achieved. Energy productivity has
been achieved as 75% in natural gas, 29% in electricity
29% in water consumption.
There has been a certain increase on water and electricity
consumption in 2012 due to the increase in machinery.
Enerjinin üretimde ana faktör olması ve fiyatlarinin
sürekli artma potansiyelinde olması, tesisimizde tasarrufa
yönelik iyileştirme gerekliliğini ortaya çıkarmıştır.
2005-2011 yılları arasında verimlilik adına gerçekleştirilen
iyileştirmeler sonucu enerji tüketimlerimizde ciddi
azalmalar kaydedilmiştir. Doğalgazda %75, Elektrikte
%29, Su tüketiminde ise %29’lara varan enerji verimliliği
sağlanmıştır.
2012 yılında makina parkurundaki artış nedeniyle elektrik
ve su tüketiminde bir miktar artış yaşanmıştır.

We shall be adding a brand new certificate to our existing
ISO-14001 and ISO-TS16949 certificates which we’ve had
since 2004.
By integrating workplace safety and health studies
with the other activities, we’ve decided to implement
“OHSAS-18001 Occupational Health and Safety
Management System“ with the goal of systematically
expanding the current W.S.H. Activities. We’ve initiated
our studies based on this goal and we are targeting to
acquire OHSAS-18001 certificate by the end of 2013.
2004 yılından bu yana sahip olduğumuz ISO-14001 ve
ISO-TS 16949 sertifikalarimiza bir yenisini daha ekliyoruz.
İş sağlığı ve güvenliği çalışmalarını diğer faaliyetlere

mutual co-operation of university and private sector.
Uludağ Üniversitesi öğrencilerinin; üniversite, sanayi
ve özel sektör işbirliği ile iş ve staj imkânları oluşturmak
ve çeşitli sektörler hakkında öğrencilerin bilgi sahibi
olması için düzenlediği Kariyer Günleri’ ne 2010, 2011
yıllarında olduğu gibi 2012 yılında da katıldık.
At the Career days, Our Engineering Team Leader
Mr. Tolga Kumral gave a presentation to the future
executive candidates about the R&D activities of our
company. During the Career Fair, the applications of
the future executive candidates who are looking for
an internship possibility at our company, have been
evaluated.

Our company attended «Bursa Human Resources and
Employment Meeting» organized for the first time
by the Provincial Directorate of Bursa Employment
Institute between 22 and 24 November 2012.
During the fair, we gave information about our
company to the job seeking individuals where the
leading 131 companies of Bursa had stands and the
attendance was about 19.000 visitors.
Bursa Çalışma ve İş Kurumu İl Müdürlüğü tarafından
22-24 Kasım 2012 tarihlerinde ilki düzenlenen Bursa
İnsan Kaynakları ve İstihdam Buluşmasına firmamızda
katıldı.
Bursa’nın önde gelen 131 firmanın stant açtığı ve
yaklaşık 19 bin ziyaretçinin geldiği fuarda iş arayanlara
firmamız hakkında bilgiler verildi.

but those people are full of peace and happy to be
living there. Each day they go back to their homes

We have conducted 3 organizations within the scope
of our Nature Trekking and Photography Club’s activity
schedule, throughout 2012. First trip was made to
Oylat caves and the second to Uludağ Yedigöller region
and the last trip to Cumalıkızık. In accordance with
the goals and targets of our club, we try to elevate
our motivation level and have fun at the same time by
providing solidarity and team spirit for our employees
who participate in those activities. We also awarded the
winner of the best photograph competition at the end
of the year by framing the photograph that the winner
took. The best photograph of 2012 award was given
to Mr. Kerem Turan from our Personnel Department.
Congratulations.
Our motto is «Push your limits, keep up your morale and
aim for the top.»
P.S.: During our return journey from Uludağ Yedigöller
trip, we got caught by very severe weather conditions
that would make «Survivor» island feel like a paradise
compared to the challenges that we’ve faced. We’d
like to thank all our friends who resisted those
overwhelming odds, stuck with the group until the end
and upheld their team spirit to finally reach our target.

Kulübümüzün amaçları ve hedefleri doğrultusunda,
faaliyetlere ve organizasyonlara katılan firma
çalışanlarımızın, birlik-beraberlik, dayanışma ve takım
ruhu sağlamak suretiyle hem keyifli zaman geçirmelerini
hem de işgücü ve motivasyonlarını arttırmak için gayret
ediyoruz. Yıl sonunda da tertiplediğimiz yarışma ile en
güzel fotoğrafı çeken arkadaşımıza, çektiği fotoğrafı
tablo büyüklüğünde hediye ediyoruz. 2012 yılının en
güzel fotoğrafını firma çalışanlarımızın oyları belirledi.
Personel ve idari işler görevlimiz sn. Kerem TURAN’ın
çekmiş olduğu fotoğraf birinci seçildi. Kendisini canı
gönülden kutluyorum.
Sloganımız; Limitlerinizi Zorlayın, Moralinizi Yükseltin ve
Zirveyi Hedefleyin. Not: Uludağ 7 Göllere yaptığımız gezimizin dönüş
yolunda öyle bir yağmur, fırtına, sis ve rüzgara yakalandık
ki Yaşadığımız zorlukların yanında “Survivor” herhalde
melek kalırdı. Bu zorlu koşullara rağmen direnç gösteren,
gruptan ayrılmayarak tam bir takım çalışması ile hedefe
varmamızda pay sahibi olan ve organizasyonumuza
katılan arkadaşlarımıza teşekkür ediyorum.

ACTIVITY CLUB
As SEGER Women’s Social Activity Club, we have
organized useful activities this year as well, with
the support of our company to show our female
employees that we care and to help them get rid of
their exhaustion.
By quoting «Health comes first», we held a seminar
about «Female Genital Cancers» in February with
Gynecologist Dr. Peykan Yörükoğlu to inform our
female employees about the most commonly
encountered women’s diseases and to increase their
self awareness against such diseases.
As expected, we didn’t forget the World Women’s day
on the 8th of March. We crowned this special day with
a special celebration and a souvenir for each of our
female employees.
We shared a beautiful and meaningful day in April with
Seger women and their kids by attending a theather
play called « Aladdin’s non magical lamp « as a part
of Children’s Theather activity, for the sake of re-living
our childhood for a couple of hours and celebrating
the 23rd of April National Sovereignity and Children’s
day with our children.
A trip to Pierre Loti, Sultanahmet İstanbul was
organized following the arrival of warm weather in
order to become sociable, wander around and be
informed. Our female employees had the chance of
visiting the Sultanahmet mosque, Topkapı museum,
Basilica Cistern as well as Grand Bazaar for a little bit
of (??) shopping.
We thank our company for their support in conducting
and organizing such activities and all Seger female
employees participated in those organizations and we
wish 2013 to be as enjoyable and fun as the previous
year.

SOSYAL FAALIYET KULÜBÜ
SEGER bayan sosyal faaliyet kulübü olarak bu yıl da
bayanlara verdiğimiz önemi göstermek ve onların iş
hayatındaki yoğunluklarını bir nebze olsun azaltmak
adına şirketimizin de desteği ile güzel faaliyetlere imza
attık.
İlk olarak önce sağlık diyerek günümüzde çok
sık karşılaşılan kadın hastalıkları konusunda ki
duyarlılığımız ve şirketteki bayanlarımızı bu konuda
bilinçlendirmek adına Şubat ayında kadın hastalıkları
uzmanı Dr.Peykan YÖRÜKOĞLU ile “Kadın Genital
Kanserleri” konulu semineri şirketimizin toplantı
odasında gerçekleştirdik.
8 Mart Dünya Kadınlar Günü’nü tabi ki kulübümüz
faaliyetlerinde de es geçmedik. Şirket bünyesinde tüm
şirket bayan çalışanlarımız ile birlikte güzel bir kutlama
ve birer hatıra ile bugünü süsledik.
Nisan ayında ise 23 Nisan Ulusal Egemenlik ve Çocuk
Bayramını çocuklarımızla paylaşmak ve birkaç saatliğine
çocuk gibi yaşamak adına çocuk tiyatrosu etkinliği
olarak “Aladdin’in Sihirsiz Lambası” adlı çocuk oyununu
izleyerek Seger bayanları ve çocuklarıyla birlikte bu
güzel ve anlamlı günü paylaştık.
Havaların güzelleşmesi ile birlikte gelen gezi talepleri
üzerine hem gezmek, hem sosyalleşmek hem de
öğrenmek adına Pierre Loti - Sultan Ahmet, İstanbul
gezisi düzenlendi. Geziye katılan bayan çalışanlarımız
hem tarihi yarımadada bulunan Sultan Ahmet Camii,
Topkapı Müzesi, Yerebatan Sarnıcı vb. tarihi yerleri ve
müzeleri gezdiler hem de kapalı çarşıda alışveriş yapma
imkanı buldular.
Bu organizasyonların yapılması ve yürütülmesinde bu
imkanı sağlayan şirketimize, kulüp yardımcılarına ve
özellikle bu kulüpteki organizasyonlara gelerek renk
katan tüm Seger bayanlarına teşekkür eder 2013’ün de
aynı güzelliklerle geçmesini dileriz.

Founded 2 years ago with the sponsorship of our
company, Seger Sailing Club has played a significant
role on the progress of stepping up to the challenges,
collaboration and team spirit. Although being a sport
for people from every age who love nature and sea,
sailing requires extreme effort, challenge, fast and
timely decisions. The only way to improve these
qualities is to spend as much time on the boat as
possible.
Our sailing team has ranked in all available races
organized by Bursa Yatch Club between 2011 and
2012 and crowned their success by winning 4 trophies.
Congratulations to all of our team members for their
continuity and their outstanding performances in the
IRC C class races.

KULÜBÜMÜZ
İki yıl önce firmamızın sponsorluğunda kurulan Seger
Yelken Kulübü, zorlu şartlarda mücadele ederek
çalışanları arasındaki işbirliği ve takım ruhunun
geliştirilmesinde önemli rol oynamaktadır. Yelken
sporu, denizi ve doğayı seven herkesin her yaşta
yapabileceği bir spor dalıdır. Buna karşın yarışmak ise
oldukça efor harcatıp, her türlü zorlu doğa şartları ile
mücadele ve hızlı karar verme becerileri gerektirir. Bu
yetileri geliştirmek için ise tek şart denizde ve teknede
olabildiğince fazla vakit geçirmektir.
2011-2012 Yıllarında Bursa Yelken Kulübü tarafından
düzenlenen her yarışta dereceye girerek tamamı

SESİN GÜCÜ 1981
Seger annual football tournament proved to be pretty
challenging and tough this year as it has always been.
The final game of the Seger Football tournament where
8 teams participated, was between “SESİN GÜCÜ 1981
and İDARİ PANZERLER”.
The winner was decided by penalty shootout after the
5-5 draw at the regulation. SESİN GÜCÜ 1981 who was
able to defeat İDARİ PANZERLER by penalty shootout,
won the 2012 championship title.
2012’NİN ŞAMPİYONU SESİN GÜCÜ 1981
Her yıl geleneksel olarak düzenlemiş olduğumuz futbol
turnuvamız bu senede çok çekişmeli ve üst düzey
mücadelelere sahne oldu.
Toplam 8 takımın katıldığı 2012 SEGER A.Ş. Futbol
turnuvamızın finalinde “SESİN GÜCÜ 1981 ile İDARİ
PANZERLER” karşı karşıya geldi.
Normal süresi 5-5 berabere biten maçın galibini penaltı
atışları belirledi. Penaltılarda İDARİ PANZERLERE üstünlük
kuran SESİN GÜCÜ 1981 2012 yılının şampiyonu oldu.

FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT
SEGER football team managed to advance to the 2nd round
and qualify for the final 16 by defeating their formidable
opponents, at the 7th annual DOSAB SİAD football
tournament. We shall continue our hard work to make our
team better and more successfull for the upcoming years.

TURNUVASINDA
DOSABSİAD tarafından 7.’si düzenlenen firmalar arası futbol
turnuvasına katılan SEGER A.Ş. bulunduğu gruptan güçlü
rakiplerini geçerek bir üst tura çıkmıştır ve en iyi 16 takım
arasına girmeyi başarmıştır. Önümüzdeki yıllarda futbol
takımımızın daha başarılı olabilmesi için çalışmalarımız devam
etmektedir.

FAMILY AT PICNIC
SEGER AİLESİ PİKNİKTE
We had this year’s traditional picnic organization in the
grasslands of the Dağyenice village, renowned for its
admirable lake and natural beauty, located at the skirts
of Mount Uludag. After several competitions, Adem
Topbaş from Air Horn Division won the Kite race and
İsmail, son of İsmet Çelebi from Plastic Injection Division
won the fishing race and they were given their presents
at the end of the day.
Geleneksel piknik organizasyonumuzu bu yıl Uludağ’
ın eteğinde, gölü ve doğal güzelliğiyle herkesi kendine
hayran bırakan Dağyenice köyünün mesire alanında
gerçekleştirdik. Gün boyunca çeşitli eğilenceler ve
yarışmalarla dolu dolu geçen günün sonunda balık tutma
yarışmasının galibi Plastik Enjeksiyon bölümünde çalışan
arkadaşımız İsmet Çelebinin oğlu İsmail ve uçurtma
yarışmasının galibi Havalı Korna bölümünde çalışan
arkadaşımız Adem Topbaş olmuştur. Arkadaşlarımıza
hediyeleri gün sonunda takdim edilmiştir.
