None Objectives of the Course The aim of this course is to acquaint students about the concepts of and customer relationship management as a business philosophy and technology. This course focuses on the development and implementation of customer relationship strategies via use of CRM tools. Learning Outcomes LO1. To gain new perspectives of customer relationship management. LO2. To gain skills about building and managing relations with customers and suppliers in conjunction with gender issues.
