Ingredients Glucose Syrup, Water, Sugar, Thickening Agent (Pectin E 440), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid E 330), Natural-Identical Caramel Flavor, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate E 202), Edible Glitter, Colorant (Amonnium Sulphate Caramel E 150 D, Quinolin Yellow E 104, Brown HT E 155). Directions For Use Put the required amount of glamour cold glaze into a bowl and whip it until it gets a smooth texture to be easily applied. Sparkling cold glaze providing a spectacular image to your pastry products can be applied with a brush or spatula directly or after whipping with some water according to desired texture.
